I'm disappointed about my recent experience at the Fed Ex office in Lake Zurich, IL. I found it unusual when I was asked to photocopy my Driver's license. The agent mentioned this was needed to verify the address of the package, despite having a return label attached. When I checked the "Government Policy" document, it only stated that a photo I.D. should be checked, not copied. I confronted the agent about this discrepancy, but he didn't respond and proceeded with the transaction. I'm concerned about the potential misuse of my personal information in this era of identity theft. I believe merely verifying my ID visually should have been sufficient, given that all details matched. This experience has left me uncertain about the necessity of this process. Next time, I plan to use UPS instead, where I hope for a smoother transaction as I've experienced before.

I am disappointed with FedEx's handling of my package. The tracking number and my details were on it, but it was delivered to another address in town. Despite knowing where it went, they refused to help me retrieve it. The customer service agents I spoke to were unhelpful and difficult to understand. I loathe phone calls with language barriers. FedEx's lack of assistance has left me without my package. This experience has been truly unpleasant, and I doubt I will use their services again.

We are experiencing significant issues with our delivery driver. Package #9[redacted] [redacted] arrived in Ocala, FL on May 13th but despite scheduled deliveries on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, no attempts were made. After contacting Walmart, who made a call, the TV was delivered promptly. Nonetheless, the driver remained in the truck and expressed reluctance to return here. This behavior is unprecedented as we have had positive experiences with other delivery services in the past. Package #[redacted]21 was also not delivered as scheduled, citing weather conditions though there has been no rain in a month. Despite reaching out to customer service, no resolution has been provided and my calls have been blocked. As a retired banker with extensive customer service experience, I am appalled by this level of service. The driver must be reminded of the importance of upholding the company's reputation and prioritizing customer satisfaction.

I received a large box left at my mailbox instead of my porch, as usual with FedEx deliveries. This is the third time this has happened, and it was too large for my daughter to bring to me. At 86 years old, it's difficult for me to retrieve packages from the mailbox. When I first complained, I was told the driver mentioned avoiding my barking dog, which wasn't true. Our dogs are kept in a pen away from the house, so the driver couldn't have seen them near the porch. Despite my previous complaints, the problem persists. This is the second occasion where FedEx trucks have encroached on my lawn. The first time resulted in damage to my sprinkler system, and I suspect it has reoccurred. The drivers should possess the ability to navigate a horseshoe driveway without veering onto the lawn. They should understand that when delivering to houses with steep driveways, it is preferable to park on the road and carry the package to the door. On this recent instance, the driver was aware that the rear bumper was scraping the roadway, leaving a substantial gash, before proceeding up my driveway. The bumper subsequently caused significant scratches on my driveway and on the stamped concrete area during departure. If the sprinkler system is damaged again, I expect FedEx to cover the repair costs. Additionally, I request that FedEx takes responsibility for fixing the scratches on my driveway and the marked concrete section. I also brought this issue to the attention of the FedEx representative when the package was delivered to my door. Although I have taken three photos to document my concerns, I am unsure how to attach them to this Customer Complaint.

I received a text from FedEx on Saturday, May 22nd at 7:56 am, informing me that my package was out for delivery that day. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. Upon checking the tracking information, it stated that the package was delivered to my doorstep at 1:39 pm on the same day. However, the package was not received as I was home all day and did not see a FedEx delivery truck. I usually receive a text with a photo of the package on my porch upon delivery, but did not get any notification this time. I have reported the issue to FedEx via their website and contacted the sender, Chadwick's of Boston, by email to inform them about the missing package. Any advice on further steps to resolve this would be appreciated. Thank you, Connie Meints.

The Music Box May 27, [redacted], 6:27 PM PDT I have a video from Thursday, May 27, [redacted], showing 2:55 PM, there was no delivery. The package is a week late, and FedEx Smart Shipping claims it was delivered, but it was not. I have video evidence before and after their delayed delivery, and there was no delivery at my front door. The Music Box May 27, [redacted], 6:36 PM PDT This situation has been going on for over a week due to your company's actions. I have been present every day on the scheduled delivery dates. Your shippers provided no information about the package until today, over a week late, and it still has not arrived as of 5 PM. My video footage clearly shows it was not delivered. I demand not to be charged for this, either receiving a refund, a replacement order, or a drop in your high shipping prices due to the issues caused by your misleading shipping practices.

Despite FedEx Smart Shipping claiming it was delivered, the package is a week late and was not left at my front door. I have video evidence of before and after the expected delivery time showing no arrival. The lack of response from the shippers on the shipment status until today (over a week late) at 5 PM is unacceptable. My video evidence confirms the non-delivery. I demand not to be charged for this order, request a refund, or receive a replacement promptly. Additionally, I urge you to reevaluate your high shipping costs due to the inconvenience caused by your shipping practices.

Since [redacted], my wife has been importing clothes from Miami, USA to Denmark, Europe on a small scale. Although she isn't registered as a company, this has not been an issue in the past. FedEx handles the transportation and customs duties, billing her afterwards. There was a new development yesterday, as she received a notification about a Clearance Delay at customs in Copenhagen Airport due to a missing import number. Unfortunately, the email clearly stated that responses were not possible and did not provide instructions on how to address the issue with FedEx. This has left her goods stranded at FedEx's customs office in Copenhagen Airport, stuck in limbo until the required information can be resolved. Reaching FedEx to provide the missing import number seems to be an impossible task at the moment.

I am experiencing issues with the delivery of my package. The tracking number is [redacted]71. On April 12th, there was an attempted delivery by the driver without leaving any door tag or business card. I was unaware of this until contacting the seller on April 24th due to the non-arrival of my package. Despite checking with FED EX daily until May 15, I was unable to get information about my package. Finally, I was informed that FED EX could not deliver to my address or [redacted] Riner Rd. After contacting 1 [redacted], I was advised that the package might be destroyed unless the seller arranges delivery. The seller then notified me to pick up my package at [redacted] Riner Rd, but when I went there, the package was not available.

Living down a long lane makes receiving packages difficult for me. FedEx routinely leaves my deliveries at the end of the lane, which is a challenge due to my age and mobility issues. Despite package labels stating "delivered to the front door," most parcels end up at the lane's end where they risk damage from the weather. Other delivery services like UPS, Amazon, Walmart, and even my mail carrier have no trouble bringing packages to my front door, often providing a helpful knock and offer to bring items inside. FedEx, however, consistently leaves packages at the far end of the lane or in my driveway, making it hard for me to transport heavy items like 25-pound bags of dog food to my house.

I need assistance with a recent return via Fed Ex to Walmart. The package was picked up on May 15th for a return. After contacting Fed Ex with the tracking number, I was informed the package reached Walmart. However, when I questioned the lack of tracking updates and visibility on their system, I was advised I needed Walmart's permission to view further details. This seems unreasonable as it concerns my own $[redacted] item. I find this protocol confusing and believe it's my right to access all tracking information related to my return.

I've been experiencing challenges with the delivery of tracking number [redacted]71. Despite confirming my address multiple times, I keep getting informed that it's incorrect. I've reached out to various agents, including Andrew, and even requested to speak with a supervisor, but ended up on a customer service feedback survey. Due to recent back surgery, I can't go to a facility to pick up the package. I've provided directions from the Mansfield, OH facility to my home. It's vital for me to have the package delivered as it can't be reordered. I'm simply requesting FedEx to fulfill their job and ensure the delivery is completed. Timeliness is now a distant wish, but I am hopeful for some resolution. Your assistance in ensuring the delivery of my package would be greatly appreciated.

I dropped off a package at a Walgreens location last Thursday, it was scanned in. It is still sitting there. A clerk at Walgreens mentioned that FedEx has not stopped by. I dropped it off after Thursday's pick up time, but it should have left on Friday. My package, along with others, were still there when I checked around 12:30 PM at Walgreens. FedEx tracking does not indicate that it has been picked up as of 3:00 PM on Monday. I have attempted to contact FedEx today with no success. The Walgreens location is number [redacted] in Denham Springs, LA, at the corner of South Range and Vincent Road. The package was supposed to arrive in Virginia by tomorrow but has not left here yet. I placed an order with a shipping date of May 30, [redacted], and I have been tracking it using tracking number [redacted]82. On June 5th, I received a notification stating that the delivery was attempted at 10:26 am but I was not available or the business was closed. I reside in a gated apartment complex where the manager is unavailable on weekends and after 5 pm on weekdays. The delivery person could have contacted me to open the gate. Today, on June 9, [redacted], I received an email informing me that my package was being returned to the shipper. I tried to locate a FedEx office where undelivered packages are held, but I couldn't find one. The shipment facts indicate a scheduled delivery date of June 14, [redacted], so I am unsure if there is still a chance I will receive my package.

I sent 18 cakes for overnight delivery on Thursday, June 3rd. Unfortunately, all the cakes arrived damaged, and some even took 4 days to get here. I've been attempting to contact customer service without any luck. The delivery time was not met, and the service quality was disappointing. I arranged for two boxes to be picked up from my son's home, each heading to a different destination. One of the boxes, which has three labels including my pickup number, seems to be missing. Even though my daughter witnessed the driver taking both boxes, only one shows as picked up in your system. I have been trying to contact customer service regarding this matter, as I am unable to receive credit for the return until it is sorted out. The online claims process has been unhelpful, leaving me without any resolution. I am seeking a direct contact to discuss and resolve this issue promptly. While driving on Highway 99 near the Kurkyndahl exit in Houston this morning, I witnessed a Fed Ex double trailer truck a few cars ahead of me. Despite the driver losing control for unknown reasons, they managed the situation remarkably. Driving on these busy roads, with many reckless drivers, especially those from states with relaxed lockdowns, can be challenging. I commend this driver's exceptional skills in handling the out-of-control truck, akin to Sully's miraculous plane landing on the river. Rather than criticizing, let's praise and thank the driver for their quick thinking that averted a potential disaster. It's a miracle that no one was harmed, and we should be grateful for this outcome. Fed Ex indeed had a fortunate day.

Today, a FedEx driver came to our address at [redacted], Concession 3, Mapleton, RR#3, Listowel, N4W 3G8. I didn't expect my package, with tracking no. [redacted]35, to arrive today. I was out working in the field when the driver, a nice young lady, spoke to my brother. Initially, she couldn't find the package and thought she was at the wrong place. After some searching, she left but appeared to check her truck before driving off. Later, I discovered my package, a Kingston Brass Side Sprayer for the kitchen from Wayfair, is at the Cambridge FedEx facility for pickup. Cambridge is quite far, and I prefer FedEx to deliver it to our farm promptly. The driver, although kind, seemed unable to locate the package on her truck.
