We shipped a package from Cranberry, New Jersey on February 10th to Glade Spring, VA. However, it has been taking a confusing route across the east coast, leading to a 10-day journey. Currently, it is delayed for another 2 days with an unclear delivery date. The package traveled from NJ to Romeoville, IL, then to Kernersville, NC, and now heading towards Dublin, VA. This detour has been frustrating and wasteful, as it could have reached us directly in a shorter time frame. Despite being informed of a couple more days of delay, we are unsure when it will arrive definitively.

I have been trying to locate a package that was marked as delivered, but I have not received it. Despite checking with my neighbors and providing FedEx with my contact details for directions due to our location being difficult for GPS, I have not received any assistance. The package contains items worth over $[redacted], with one item valued at $[redacted]. The seller is unwilling to send a replacement or provide a refund. I would appreciate help in locating the package or receiving compensation. If the issue is not resolved, I may need to escalate it to the Better Business Bureau. The tracking number is [redacted]51, and my address is 80 McCormick Lane, Selmer, TN [redacted]. You can reach me at [redacted]. My name is Hope Palyok.

This is the fifth complaint regarding the delivery. The wooden tables, requested to be left by the front door, were once again delivered by the garage door. The garage is 15 feet away from the public access walk and road. Boxes were left in the snow under a dripping gutter this time. Despite clear walkways, the deliveries are consistently misplaced, creating unnecessary issues. Customer service has been contacted multiple times, with disappointing results. The lack of professionalism and attention to instructions by the delivery drivers of FEDEX, USPS, and UPS is concerning. The drivers need to follow instructions correctly to avoid such recurring problems.

I dropped off a package at Walgreens, store #[redacted] on February 13th, and the clerk forgot to attach my phone number for alerts. The package was from Discover Vision Surgery and Laser Center in Leawood, Kansas, and was destined for Cardinal Health in St. Charles, Missouri. I am unable to track it as I don't have a tracking number. Could you help locate the package and provide a tracking number if possible? Thank you for your assistance.

My eye doctor in the Atlanta area sent me crucial medication needed before an upcoming eye surgery. Unfortunately, FedEx claims the delivery address is incorrect, even though it is accurate. The address is William Farley, [redacted] Green Valley Drive, Toccoa, GA [redacted], where we have resided for 40 years. Please update your records as this medication is vital. We often observe FedEx trucks on our street, so we are unsure what else may not have been delivered. Sharon Farley.

My husband Mel and I have recently experienced a challenging situation with a delivery from Walmart. Yesterday, February 21, we received a large package from FED EX. Due to my husband's health issues, including a recent kidney surgery and a Parkinson's diagnosis, he struggled to handle the heavy carton containing our order. Despite his difficulties, he managed to move it to our second-floor apartment, causing me great concern for his well-being. As senior citizens dealing with disabilities, we feel frustrated by the lack of understanding and assistance during deliveries. This incident has made us reconsider our shopping options due to the challenges we face with heavy items and excessive delivery fees. After contacting FED EX and expressing our concerns, they apologized for the inconvenience and assured us that measures would be taken to ensure future deliveries are made directly to our apartment. We hope our feedback is taken seriously to prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Leone & Mel Turner

1. I noticed that FedEx lists an office in Reno, NV on their website, but it seems to be missing or poorly marked. On the other hand, there is a significant office just a mile or two north on Virginia Street that is not mentioned on the webpage. 2. FedEx keeps delivering packages intended for neighbors, with clearly marked addresses, to my barn, which is not a residence and is far from the houses. Sometimes, we even receive packages for a completely different street. This has happened multiple times in the past few months. Moreover, we've been informed by senders that items addressed to us were returned because they couldn't be delivered. Our house stands out on this small street, with the address clearly visible in two separate locations. I hope this input is helpful. Thank you for being a valuable resource.

I placed an order for medications from Mayo Pharmacy in Rochester, MN on 2/15/21, crucial for my post-transplant care. Regrettably, I have not received them yet. The immunosuppressant drugs are essential for maintaining my Liver and Kidney transplants. Tracking number [redacted]29 indicates the package has been stuck in Indianapolis since 2/17/21, stressing me out as I've already paid $[redacted] for a week's supply. I rely on Medicare, and the delay is concerning. I appreciate weather-related challenges but expected a resolution by now. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, J. Bonser

Today, a delivery driver drove onto my snowy lawn, unable to get back to the driveway, leading to my neighbor and I helping to get him unstuck. Other delivery services have handled my driveway with ease. The driver used inappropriate language and struggled to deal with the situation. The tracking number for the package is 9[redacted] [redacted]. The driver damaged the lawn by spinning the wheels. Training drivers to handle winter situations better and avoid vulgar language is recommended. It was unpleasant to hear such language. Hiring better-quality drivers who come prepared with tools like a shovel would prevent such incidents from happening again.

FedEx is experiencing significant delivery delays, which is understandable. However, their notification system seems to be flawed. Despite my package being far from delivery, I received texts indicating it would arrive before noon, then by the end of the day, and still, it's in Tennessee, several states away. The issue here is not the delay itself but the automated notifications that seem to lack accurate tracking information. It appears as though these messages are sent without real-time tracking triggers. This practice seems unreliable and needs addressing. It's crucial for someone to inform the higher-ups at FedEx about this glitch. This kind of shortcut gives the impression that they are lagging in the industry. It's advisable for the IT department to rectify this flaw promptly.

I sent a package on February 4, [redacted], and requested an address change. I spoke with a customer service representative from El Salvador who assured me she would inform her manager. After providing the corrected destination state, I noticed the package was delivered to the wrong company and received by someone unknown named WWC. The intended recipient is C/O HOR Logistics at [redacted] Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania [redacted]. I would appreciate it if the package could be returned to my address promptly at [redacted] West Remington Drive, Apt.2A, Sunnyvale, CA [redacted]. Thank you.

I made a purchase through Amazon from Gulf Coast Flooring Distributor LLC at [redacted] Enterprise Ave Ste E, Naples, FL 34[redacted]. The package I ordered has not arrived, and I received a non-existent tracking number, [redacted]85, from the company. After reaching out to them twice, they claimed it was FedEx's mistake. However, after checking reviews, it seems this company has a history of using fake tracking numbers just to get paid. The company states the item was shipped on 2/11/[redacted] from Naples, FL, but I cannot track it due to the incorrect tracking number provided. I live at [redacted] Maplewood St, New Bedford, MA [redacted], and the item supposedly shipped from Naples, FL, 14 days ago. I'm in the middle of a bathroom renovation, and the project is at a standstill until the package arrives. I'm hopeful you can verify if the item has been shipped to my address and provide a correct tracking number. Assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I shipped a package last Wednesday with the expectation of it being delivered on Monday. Unfortunately, it only arrived four days later, and now FedEx is asking for an additional $[redacted] to release it. This delay and additional charge are not acceptable considering I paid for a Monday delivery. I believe I should be compensated for the tardiness and extra cost. The recipient needs a video conference to board the flight from Nigeria to New York, as mandated by the government. They have been waiting in Nigeria for over a year to come to NYC, and the situation is becoming financially straining for me since I have a fixed income. If the phones in the package are not delivered, the recipient won't be able to board the plane and will have to wait for another flight. The airport is causing issues by alleging that they are prostitutes and demanding a video call for entry. This has put me in a difficult position. I request that the phones be given to the recipient promptly to resolve this matter. The next flight from Nigeria is on Friday, and timely delivery is crucial. Please reach out to me at your convenience at [redacted] to discuss how you can help ensure the phones reach their destination without further delay. Thank you.

I received an item sent on 18 Feb. with priority overnight delivery scheduled to arrive on Fri, 19 Feb at 4:30 PM. However, when I tried to track it, I discovered it had been stuck in Bullhead City, AZ, for the entire week. I called on Friday, 26 Feb, to inquire about the delivery status. The representative assured me she would expedite the delivery. It finally arrived on 27 Feb in the afternoon, eight days late. The reason for the delay was attributed to weather, although the weather in Bullhead City was fine. Due to this significant delay, I had to use an alternative payment method for a purchase, resulting in a loss of cashback rewards. I am requesting a refund of $25 to compensate for the inconvenience caused by FedEx's failure to deliver promptly and professionally.

I am struggling to correct a package delivery issue. Despite multiple calls on Saturday to rectify the situation, the staff was unhelpful and ignored my instructions. Initially, I was informed they don't deliver on Saturdays, but during one call, they attempted a delivery. Subsequently, they stated the package wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday, yet I've now received an email notification for today. Regrettably, they are persistently attempting delivery at the wrong address, which has been uninhabited for over two years. The package is crucial as it contains necessary parts for my father's oxygen machine. When I raised concerns about him going without oxygen for two days, the responder callously stated it would only be a day and a half, showing little empathy or understanding of the urgency.

I reside on a paved country road to the east of Blue Ridge, Texas, [redacted]. Today, my package was delivered and left on one of the 55-gallon drums that serve as my trash bins at the roadside. Items left there are vulnerable to theft, as they may be mistaken for discarded goods. My driveway is all-weather, with an open gate in anticipation of the delivery. My porch is approximately [redacted] feet away from the road, with a designated turnaround. Fortunately, by chance, I spotted the package there just 30 minutes after its delivery around 1:30 PM local time. If I hadn't coincidentally come across it, the package would have likely been taken. This situation is unacceptable, and there needs to be accountability for lost packages, along with the inconvenience and frustration faced by the customer in seeking reimbursement, reordering, and waiting for the item to be available again. It's important to have reliable delivery personnel. The tracking number provided is from USPS, and upon checking with the local post office, they confirmed they did not deliver it. When I tracked the package on your website, it showed as delivered. It is essential to address the responsible behavior of delivery employees, as such negligence should not be tolerated.

URGENT: My package with tracking number [redacted]71 was originally scheduled to arrive on March 1, but now the tracking information indicates it will be delivered today. We have an event where we need the awards from this order by 2:30. After speaking with various FedEx representatives, there seems to be conflicting information about the delivery status. One agent mentioned it might not make it back out today once it reaches the local station, while another agent assured me it is en route to Stephenville, TEXAS and should arrive before 4:30. I am currently checking for updates and would appreciate a definitive answer on whether the package will be delivered today. I have already dispatched someone with a duplicate order, but I would prefer to recall them if the FedEx package is arriving early enough. The round trip to the location is 4 hours, so timing is crucial. Thank you.

I am disappointed that my package was left in the mud at the end of my driveway instead of the front porch as instructed. My shipment #[redacted]6 was left on Thursday (3/4/21) at 11:19 am. This careless action has led to the ruin of extremely expensive items. Our instructions were not followed, despite being at home at the time of delivery. We are reaching out to the company we ordered from to address this issue and expect it to be resolved. Multiple packages are expected in the upcoming weeks, and I hope this problem does not reoccur. It is concerning if this is a result of laziness or lack of training among your employees. I am eager for a response as I have faced difficulty getting through to customer service via phone. Please address this matter promptly.

This is the third time I am contacting you about the same delivery driver. Initially, he was walking through our flower beds and damaging our flowers. Despite being asked nicely to use the sidewalk, he ignored us and swiftly drove off in his truck. Additionally, he consistently leaves our expensive medical equipment by the garage door instead of on our covered porch, resulting in it being run over twice. Despite notifying the company we received the equipment from, he repeated this behavior. The lack of response from your company regarding these issues is disappointing. The driver's attitude is rude and lazy, and I prefer to use other shipping companies in the future.

Date: March 6, [redacted] Subject: FedEx Tracking Number: [redacted]64 Recipient: B. Catanese, [redacted] Grand St., Apt H1507, New York, NY [redacted] Hello, I am reaching out about the above-mentioned information. Today, I was anticipating a delivery from Walmart via FedEx. After receiving an email notifying me of the delivery, I discovered the package downstairs in the lobby of my multi-dwelling building, instead of at my front door as expected. This unattended delivery in a shared space concerns me, as it could have been taken by anyone. Notably, the management office of the building forbids lobby deliveries, a rule your delivery personnel should be aware of. Upon retrieval, I noticed a return sticker from the management office attached to the package. I urge FedEx to address this issue by ensuring deliveries reach intended recipients at their correct locations. Through the provided tracking number, I trust you can identify the responsible party for this mishap and take appropriate action. I intend to bring this matter to Walmart's attention as well. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
