I had a concerning experience with my FedEx delivery (#[redacted]50). The delivery person was handling my 92lb package very roughly, which made a lot of noise. I had to intervene and carry the box into my house myself. When I asked him to be more careful, he responded rudely, which was very upsetting. I am disappointed with the service I received during this delivery.

During this spring semester in Ames, my father kindly sent my laptop charger to me on Tuesday to ensure I could use my laptop for classes. Despite paying for next-day delivery at an extra cost, the delivery attempts were unsuccessful. The tracking information indicated various issues, including a missed attempted delivery and a weather delay. I contacted customer service, provided delivery instructions, and still, the package did not arrive as expected. As of today, Friday, the package has not been successfully delivered. I kindly request the delivery driver to adhere to the instructions and complete the delivery promptly.

I have two tracking numbers: [redacted]88 and [redacted]20. I called immediately after the scheduled delivery time, but neither of the packages from two different senders arrived. I contacted Mario, and he mentioned someone would call by 8 PM ET. It is now 7:30 PM MST, and I am still waiting. The delivery instructions provided included a passcode to access the secure building and a request for doorstep delivery. It seems the driver may have left the packages in an unsecured area. I called promptly in the hope of reaching out to the driver to rectify the situation, but no action was taken. I believe the packages may have been stolen due to this oversight and am seeking compensation for the associated costs. Thank you. - Dave P.

Yesterday at 3:00 am, a FedEx driver named Ivan delivered a large box to me. Despite the early hour, when I went outside to receive the package, Ivan kindly offered to help me bring it inside upon seeing its size. I greatly appreciated his thoughtfulness and willingness to assist without hesitation. Ivan exemplified exceptional customer service, and his actions did not go unnoticed. I encountered significant issues at the FedEx Office in Valparaiso, IN [redacted] with employees Tamarra and Lisa on consecutive days. I was advised by the driver to return packages [redacted]79 and [redacted]42 to the office. Upon doing so, I was informed that the packages might be returned to me. Despite my efforts to explain the situation, the staff refused to assist or contact FedEx for clarification. Upon consulting FedEx directly, I was directed to return the packages at this location. When I revisited on 2-5, Lisa and Tamarra were unhelpful, claiming they lacked internet access to check FedEx regulations as requested. They dismissed my inquiries and eventually asked me to leave. I have not received any follow-up since my visit. I urge a regional or corporate manager to reach out to me via email promptly.

I am requesting that the delivery personnel be suspended or terminated. Despite speaking with a customer service representative, I am extremely dissatisfied with the individual who delivers in my area. Upon my wife's return home during today's snowstorm, she found a package, a gift from my daughter to my granddaughter, carelessly placed in a puddle in the middle of our driveway. It appears the delivery person backed in and dropped off the package from the back of the truck. The package, intended for Lynda Charron at [redacted] Oak Street, Bridgewater, MA, was obviously mishandled. If the driver couldn't handle the weight, I believe stronger drivers are necessary, given my 125lb wife managed to lift the package from the driveway to the house porch by herself, a mere 15 feet from the delivery spot. Today, I was expecting a FedEx delivery that required a signature. Even though the sender authorized it, this information was not included in any of the communications I received. I got a text from FedEx stating the delivery would be today but without a specific time. The package arrived in the morning, but the driver didn't ring the bell or knock on the door, leaving a note for a re-delivery attempt. I was at home but unaware of the delivery attempt. This isn't the first time this has happened, and I find the lack of delivery courtesy in Prescott Valley, AZ disappointing. I've asked for a doorbell ring and knock request on my door. I might need to address this issue with the local FedEx office manager if this continues.

Subject: Urgent Property Damage Claim Due to FedEx Delivery Incident Yesterday, a delivery was made to my home in Shelby, AL, through FedEx van, resulting in significant property damage. I have detailed photographs of the damages and concerns about our irrigation system's integrity. Given the lack of assistance, I am escalating this issue to ensure prompt resolution. Proper compensation is warranted for the repair of our lawn, driveway, and underground systems. As this situation is unacceptable, I have also informed various channels, including social media, the BBB, and the package vendor. Urgent attention to this matter is crucial to prevent further escalation.

I wanted to share a positive experience I had with a FedEx delivery driver. Recently, Jonathan Irizarry delivered a package to my home in Hopkinton, MA. Despite challenging snowy conditions and a steep driveway, he went above and beyond to deliver the package to my garage as per my instructions. Unfortunately, he got stuck while trying to leave due to icy conditions. I helped him for over an hour, and even though my car's floor mats were ruined in the process, Jonathan insisted on reimbursing me for them. He later sent $[redacted] to my Venmo account for new mats. I believe employees like him should be recognized and rewarded for their exemplary service. I need to contact the FedEx main hub in Cadillac, Michigan, to report an ongoing issue with their driver, Aaron, delivering packages to the wrong address. The packages addressed to [redacted] Wiitala Farm Road, Copemish, Michigan, are consistently being delivered to [redacted] Wiitala Road, Copemish, MI. This mistake has resulted in packages going missing, causing a great inconvenience. Despite previous attempts to resolve this with Mrs. Bigelow two weeks ago, the problem persists. The recipient at [redacted] denies receiving packages correctly and wrongly received medical supplies yesterday. I urgently require the contact number for the main hub to address this issue with Mrs. Bigelow. Action needs to be taken regarding the driver's repeated errors.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to inquire about the FedEx Delivery Service's current procedure regarding ringing the customer's doorbell. It appears that packages are frequently left at the front door, making them vulnerable to theft. This issue is causing significant frustration for customers like myself. I believe this matter should be addressed to prevent further incidents of package theft. I am considering escalating this complaint to the Better Business Bureau if the situation does not improve. I purchased a TV from Walmart, and on 10 Feb at 4:43 PM, it was falsely marked as delivered even though it was not. I conducted a search around the neighborhood, canceled my order for a refund, assuming the package was misplaced. However, it was actually delivered the following day. The FedEx driver who brought it mentioned not understanding why it was initially marked as delivered. I found the situation alarming and inconvenient. The courier has been unable to deliver our packages for three consecutive days now. There is no local contact available, and the 1-[redacted] customer service number is unhelpful. One of the packages has items sensitive to temperature and will now be left in the warehouse over the weekend at negative temperatures because the driver has not made the effort to deliver it to our house this week. The roads are clear, as I drive my kids to school daily, and UPS manages to come daily in a 2WD van, yet FedEx does not. This is not the first occurrence of this problem. Previously, the driver claimed the snow was too deep to deliver, which was entirely false. My husband had to collect the packages from the FedEx office in his UPS uniform on his way to work because of this inaccurate claim. This situation requires prompt resolution. If given the choice, I would opt not to use FedEx as their service is consistently unreliable.

I ordered a delivery on February 8th with an expected shipping date of February 12th. However, there has been no movement on the package. After contacting customer service, I was informed it was still in stock and on its way. The tracking number initially guaranteed delivery by February 14th, but it is now delayed until Tuesday, which is unacceptable. What can be done to ensure the delivery is made today, February 14th?

I placed an order on February 8, [redacted] for a Valentine’s Day/cookie gift. The expected delivery date was February 12, but there was no movement when I checked the tracking. After contacting customer service, I was informed that the item was still in stock. Dan assured me it would be shipped promptly after my call. After receiving an email stating the delivery would arrive on February 14, I checked this morning only to find out it has been delayed until February 16. This is frustrating, as I made efforts to ensure an early order for timely delivery. The initial promise was for February 12, then guaranteed for February 14, and now postponed to the 16th. I am seeking assistance to revert to the original plan of delivering the shipment to my friend today, February 14, as initially promised.

On January 20th, a package was delivered to the wrong address, which is a few miles away from me. In the period between January 20th and February 11th, I contacted FedEx four times to have the package picked up and delivered to the correct address. Despite multiple assurances, the package was never collected. I disposed of it on February 12th. On February 13th, two more packages were mistakenly delivered. When I tried to stop the FedEx driver to return the packages, he drove off. After reporting the incident, FedEx promised to investigate and pick up the new packages within 24 hours, which has not happened. The tracking numbers for the first shipment were [redacted]50 Ref # [redacted]. The tracking numbers for the second delivery are 9[redacted]-8[redacted]-[redacted]-99 and [redacted]30. I am in distress. My mother has unfortunately passed away, and I shipped a box containing irreplaceable family heirlooms on January 30. The expected delivery date was February 2, but I only received an update on February 3 mentioning the package left the Brockton office. Since then, there has been no further communication. I was provided with a new ID number, [redacted], on February 3. I then proceeded to open a claim on February 9; the claim number is [redacted]. It is imperative that I receive some answers promptly as these items hold significant sentimental value to me. Despite submitting a claim, I have not received any updates. The lack of communication from the shipping company regarding my valuable package has left me extremely unsettled. I was later contacted on February 10 for a survey by a FedEx representative, which I find unacceptable given the situation. I have never been compelled to write a review before, but after checking FedEx reviews, I noticed numerous similar complaints about undelivered packages. I urgently require assistance and request to be contacted immediately.

I was waiting for a delivery and noticed the FedEx driver placing my package in a snowdrift outside in the cul-de-sac without informing me. This was concerning as it was not visible from my house and could have been damaged or taken. When I asked the driver about it, he mentioned not being allowed to enter snowy driveways. Despite this, he could have easily brought the package to my porch or honked to signal his presence. This seemed unprofessional. I reside in an apartment building and monitor FedEx deliveries diligently. On February 15th, the supposed initial delivery attempt was made, and a door tag was left inside the building on my mailbox. I contacted customer service and spoke to agent #1, who suggested picking up the package, which was not feasible for me, so it was rescheduled for delivery. Despite speaking to several agents over the following days, I continued to receive pickup messages, indicating different dates like pickup within 5 business days from 2/15, which later changed to 2/17. Today, I was informed that the package was returned to the sender, even though it hasn't been 5 business days since the 17th. An agent provided an incident number ([redacted]1) but did not follow up as promised. I'm frustrated and unable to reach an agent for clarification on the whereabouts of my package.

I had an unpleasant experience with the FedEx driver who left my package on my dock during a winter snowstorm. Despite being under a travel advisory, I found my package covered in snow and damp when I returned to work on Friday, February 19. As a small business owner of a printing company, this oversight could have damaged sensitive paper products like envelopes, rendering them unusable.
