Today on 12/22/20, I received a delivery of a 36-inch Blackstone griddle, weighing over [redacted] pounds. The delivery van driver left my heavy package at the end of our driveway, blocking our vehicles. Despite my attempts to have the driver move it to our front door as expected, he departed without doing so. As a 60-year-old woman, I had to push the box to the steps of our deck, unable to move it further. I am deeply upset by this situation, considering the implications if I hadn't been home and my 87-year-old mother-in-law needed to leave. I contacted the company and expressed my dissatisfaction, but I am concerned that no action will be taken. This delivery was mishandled in every way, and I no longer wish to use FedEx for any future packages.

A package was delivered to [redacted] Lyons Road, Waynesboro, PA in a flooding area. The resident, who is currently experiencing an asthma attack, asked the delivery person to place the package inside the garage, but the truck left without assisting. There is no tracking number available as the package was ordered by someone else. It is raining continuously, and there are concerns about the package. If possible, please have the delivery person return to the location to assist. Thank you.

I need clarification on why my two packages, one going to NC and the other to MD, are currently in KS. I paid extra for delivery on the 22nd of December, and now the new delivery date is the 28th. It is frustrating as I could have delivered them personally faster. I am requesting a full refund due to the poor service experienced. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB as well. I do not want any excuses, just a resolution to this issue.

I received a package on December 22 around 9:30 a.m., which I believe was delivered by FedEx with Tracking Number [redacted]65. Later that day at 10:18 p.m., I received an email from USPS stating that a package was delivered, but I did not find any package outside. The email contained a confirmation number MYE[redacted], which seems invalid for USPS tracking. I have tried to resolve this with USPS, but they ask for a tracking number that doesn't match MYE[redacted]. I suspect there might have been a mix-up if FedEx and USPS collaborated on the delivery. Otherwise, I am uncertain which package USPS is referring to, and my attempts to contact them have not been successful.

I am disappointed by the lack of knowledge displayed by FedEx drivers in Omaha, Nebraska. My daughter's Christmas present has not been delivered, with the response citing a "wrong address" despite multiple attempts to correct it. I have requested the package be dropped off at a nearby FedEx store, but faced obstacles as they claimed it required a "change of address" and a 24-hour processing time. In today's technology-driven world, a simple phone call or text to the driver should suffice. This situation has left me disheartened, especially considering the numerous packages I entrust to FedEx. The delays have extended beyond the promised 2-day shipping to 9 days. It is frustrating to witness USPS and UPS successfully deliver to the same address. I hope this doesn't happen to another mother striving to send a Christmas gift to her daughter living far away. I have been eagerly awaiting my package, which was expected to arrive yesterday. Unfortunately, it has taken an unexpected route, first veering off to North Carolina due to a barcode issue, then heading to Mississippi, and now appearing to be in Texas instead of on its way to West Virginia. This unexpected delay has caused me to miss two days of work, and tomorrow will mark the third day. The package, containing my son's Christmas present, requires a signature upon delivery. I am concerned about these delays and would like to understand why my package has not reached its destination yet. It is crucial that we find a way to ensure it arrives promptly tomorrow.

I arranged for an overnight package to be delivered to Forest Park, IL, but unfortunately, it did not arrive on time. Since I am no longer in Forest Park, IL, I urgently need to postpone the delivery for today. I received a text notification that it would be delivered by noon, but I am struggling to reach customer service due to their unhelpful automated system. I have been searching for this package for days with no updates, and now suddenly, I get an alert. This situation is frustrating.

I ordered two Panini Presses on eBay, but they were not delivered to my address at [redacted] Liberty Road, Beaver Dam, KY. After contacting FedEx, they confirmed the package was delivered to a different address and person in Beaver Dam, KY. I need to provide evidence to get a refund. Thank you for your assistance.

In October [redacted], my credit card information was used without authorization to place two orders from Luxury Of Watches in Glendale, CA. According to FedEx tracking numbers [redacted]70 and [redacted]97, the packages were delivered to my address, but I never received them. Now, a collection agency is attempting to collect $13,[redacted] for the unordered items. I tried to check the proof of delivery on FedEx's website, but I couldn't access the signature images without a necessary account number. I am eager to review the signature images and identify the individuals who accepted the deliveries.

I would like to report an incident involving a FedEx delivery driver who seemed confused about the delivery address in our area. On December 28th, [redacted], at around 4pm PT, the driver arrived at our property in the [redacted] zip code. Unfortunately, the driver missed our house and went further down our driveway towards an out-building. Despite my expectation for the driver to back up and deliver to the correct location, they eventually turned around and left the packages in front of the out-building. This was not our usual experience with FedEx deliveries, and I was taken aback by this unusual behavior. I had to personally retrieve the packages from the out-building later on, realizing that the driver had left them there without proper notification. I would appreciate it if FedEx could ensure that their drivers are more familiar with delivery locations to prevent similar incidents in the future. Thank you.

I am currently awaiting a package from Michigan and have been receiving emails from what seems to be FedEx regarding an address issue. The ID numbers provided in the emails have changed twice. Despite contacting live chat and the help number for assistance, I am unable to proceed as the system requires a valid tracking number or door tag number, both of which I do not possess. The ID numbers I received are #J2N[redacted] and a new one this morning is #WCB[redacted]. Unsure if this could be a phishing attempt, I am seeking clarification. Thank you, Larry S.

On December 28th, [redacted], at 9:08 am, one of your drivers in Central Point turned southbound from Pine Street onto Glenway. The driver not only blocked a driveway but also parked in the oncoming traffic lane, which is illegal. When I alerted the driver, he claimed he could do as he pleases. Unfortunately, due to the fog, I couldn't capture the license plate in the picture I took of the truck. Later on, as I was at my friend's house nearby, the same driver drove by and smirked at me from the sidewalk. I managed to note down the license plate number this time. It is unacceptable for a driver to behave this way, regardless of the company they work for. Trying to contact your company has been frustrating.

My name is Joni Calichio from 67 Mallard Road Levittown, NY11756. My package, with tracking number #[redacted]01, was supposed to be delivered overnight with a signature requirement. Despite being home with others, the driver did not knock on the door at 2:00 as claimed. I reached out to Lucy who said it would arrive by tonight, and then spoke to Pauline later in the evening who asked for an additional hour. It is now 9:23 pm, and the package still has not arrived. These delays are particularly frustrating as the package contains essential medical medicine. Despite multiple calls and texts, the service has been disappointing. The last two deliveries were not overnight as promised, with one arriving at 5:30 pm and today's still pending after 3:00 pm. I plan to contact the company that paid for the overnight delivery as this has not been fulfilled on multiple occasions. The driver’s claim of attempted delivery seems untrue as there were people at home and multiple vehicles in the driveway. This lack of accountability and misleading information is unacceptable.

I received a notification from FedEx stating that my package was delivered to the front door with a timestamp. However, there are two addresses on 133rd Ave. NE, and past incidents of misdelivery have occurred. I suspect a new or temporary driver may be at fault since all previous FedEx deliveries were made to my side door. On December 6, a new 150ft. concrete pathway from the driveway to the front door was poured, making it nearly impossible to access the front door due to the equipment and wet concrete blocking the way. I kindly request assistance in locating my package and having it delivered to my side door for convenience.

I am anticipating a delivery with tracking number [redacted]32, but I am concerned as the delivery details indicate that it will be left outside. Due to previous theft occurrences and my limited ability to monitor my front door (especially after my walker was stolen last year), it's risky for packages to be left unattended. As a senior without a cell phone, I kindly request FedEx to notify me upon arrival by knocking loudly or calling me. Thank you for understanding the importance of this request.

I placed an order on December 18, [redacted], with an expected delivery date of December 23. Due to delays, I was understanding. However, the tracking system showed it was delivered on December 30 in Illinois instead of my home in New Orleans, LA. The tracking number is [redacted]81. I contacted customer service and they are reshipping the order. The new delivery date is set for Sunday, January 3, [redacted]. I am hopeful for a successful delivery this time.

I often face recurring delays with scheduled deliveries from the Ocala, Florida FedEx branch. The status shows as "On the truck for delivery" but then gets checked back in by the end of the day, causing delays extending to several days or even a week in some cases. I am seeking a solution to redirect deliveries meant for the Ocala branch to Gainesville's main delivery hub so that I can collect them from there instead.

I am seeking help to track down a package for my granddaughter's Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the tracking number. I do have the names and addresses of both the sender and the recipient. Despite being informed that these details could be sufficient, I am unable to reach a live customer service representative. I received an email saying my package was delivered, but when I checked, it wasn't there. The delivery note claimed it was left at my front door, although I live in a 3-story apartment with an intercom system. Despite being home during the delivery, the package was left on the ground beneath the intercom, which is where the previous delivery was also placed. Unfortunately, the package has gone missing. This is the second time this has happened with Walmart deliveries, and I am now hesitant to continue doing business with them.

On December 21, [redacted], around 8:45 PM, a large envelope was left on the front stoop of my home at [redacted]-72 231st Street, Laurelton, NY 11[redacted], without a doorbell ring by the FedEx driver. I only noticed it days later while tracking an Amazon order placed at 8:29 PM on the same day, which was also left at my doorstep. Reviewing my camera footage, I found both the envelope and the Amazon package were stolen together at 10:46 PM on that date. Although unsure of the envelope's origin, its importance suggests it contained critical documents due to being sent via Federal Express. As I lack the door tag or tracking number for the missing envelope, I seek assistance to identify its sender and ascertain its contents.
