This is the second time a delivery person left a package from Chewy.com far down my driveway, not at the front door but on the third step up. Previous FedEx packages were correctly placed outside my screened-in patio on the right side of the house, up the driveway. Considering package theft, I need this issue resolved promptly. If the driver struggles with delivering to specified locations, perhaps a different role would be more suitable. Here is the message from the FedEx driver: Hi FRAN O'CONNOR. Your Chewy.com package was delivered on Wed, 12/09/[redacted] at 10:58am to 11 CLAY ST, Huntington Station, NY [redacted], left at front door. TRACKING NUMBER: [redacted]72

On December 2, [redacted], I prepared a FedEx package in Huntington Beach, California and handed it to a FedEx delivery driver between 2:30 & 3:30 p.m. on Vista Drive. The driver assured me that I could give him the package as long as it had a label, which it did. However, when tracking the package using tracking number [redacted]56, it showed that FedEx never received it. We decided to resend the package, but I am worried about where the original package ended up. If it is found, we need to cancel it since we have already resent it. Thank you.

I require information on a tracking number for an item I bought on eBay. The item was shown as delivered, but the tracking number provided ([redacted]12) is not associated with my purchase. I need to demonstrate to eBay that the address and the signature are not mine. Could you send this tracking information to me via text or email? I was informed that a package was delivered to our address this morning, but it has not been received. Our security camera shows no one has visited our front porch today, and we have been home all day eagerly waiting for the delivery. After speaking with our neighbors who also have not received it, we tried to contact FedEx, but were unable to speak to a representative. Packages [redacted]40 and [redacted]57 were incorrectly delivered by a FedEx courier to the wrong address due to negligence. Despite multiple delivery notifications confirming delivery, the intended recipient did not receive the packages. Fortunately, a neighbor from a different street eventually brought the packages to the correct address later in the evening. It is crucial that FedEx ensures their couriers are capable of reading addresses accurately and take extra care to confirm deliveries at the correct locations. The careless error in these two deliveries has left me dissatisfied with the service provided. I trust that FedEx, known for its reliability, will improve their delivery practices to maintain their reputation.

I am currently moving to a new house. I arranged for AT&T internet service to be set up at the new address, and the equipment was shipped there. However, when I tried to pick it up following a delivery alert from FedEx, I found a door tag stating a final delivery attempt was made. Upon checking the code on the tag, I discovered that the package had been returned to the sender (AT&T) without requiring a signature, leaving me unsure of what went wrong.

We have received the same message twice from FedEx regarding our deliveries, with one indicating that the customer was not available or the business was closed. The first time, we were present and available, while the second one showed a delivery time of 6:30 a.m. We require reliable deliveries from FedEx to carry out our responsibilities in the healthcare sector. I ordered a part from MN on Dec 3, [redacted], which was supposed to arrive on Dec 9, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the shipment only made it to San Bernardino CA on Monday, then to Rialto, CA, and finally to Colton, CA where it seems stuck. FedEx now says it won't arrive until Monday, Dec 14, [redacted]. I need this part for a customer's vehicle before the weekend. Why is it taking 7 days to move just 75 miles? I've been trying to contact FedEx without success; it's been impossible to speak to a real person.

I was expecting a package that was supposed to arrive today, but I noticed a change in the delivery status. This morning it indicated delivery by the end of the day, but upon checking later, it now shows as pending with no scheduled delivery date provided. The last update is from the 4th. I am eager to know the current location of my package and the estimated delivery time.

I placed an order on Amazon on December 2, [redacted]. The last update I received from Amazon was that the item was shipped with FedEx, and they provided a "Tracking ID": [redacted]15. When I checked this number on the FedEx website, there was no tracking information available. I paid for rush delivery and haven't seen any movement on the package. If someone could call me as soon as possible, I would appreciate it. I am a person with disabilities and really rely on this item for daily use. Thank you, Best, Calla R.

I made a purchase of an adjustable base from Sam's Club on Dec. 5. I was given a tracking number, [redacted]77, and an estimated delivery date of Dec. 11. Upon checking the tracking information an hour ago, the virtual chat stated that the package was not received from the shipper and advised me to contact the shipping company. I contacted Sam's Club, and they confirmed that the package was indeed received by the shipper. However, when I try to track the package on your site, the tracking number is not recognized. I was expecting a package to be delivered yesterday at 1:02. I received a text saying it was delivered, but it wasn't. When I called, the first representative said it was still on the truck, but the tracking information showed it was delivered to my address. It appears the driver may have left it at the wrong location. The delivery company mentioned they were waiting for the driver to contact them.

I received my reclining chairs, but one of them was severely damaged. It seems like it was mishandled during shipping as it wobbles and is unusable. The other chair is fine. The delivery was made to the lobby of our senior home apartment, which was inconvenient for me and another disabled resident due to our spinal cord injuries. We would have appreciated it if the chair was brought to our door instead. I would like a replacement chair to be delivered in good condition to my front door. Thank you for your assistance. I had an Xbox shipped to Texas, San Antonio this Tuesday. On the package, I specifically requested the driver to drop it off at the rear door. Despite this, I received an email at 11:50 stating that the package was left at the front door at 11:18. The label clearly instructed to drop it off at the rear door. The driver even left a message mentioning the front door drop-off, but when I checked neither the front nor the rear doors had the package.

I have been experiencing delivery issues for approximately two years. The problems began when I discovered a package on the trunk of my car after it had been there for two days, despite the tracking number indicating it was left at the front door. Other deliveries that were too heavy for me to carry were left on what used to be the porch floor of the old house next to my steps, which is now part of my porch. Even though the delivery notes said to leave the items next to the front door, they were not. After speaking with a delivery person, I managed to explain that I needed the packages placed on the porch by the door, which was then done. However, the current delivery woman is placing packages in my portable carport, which is open at the top, allowing rain to blow in. Despite putting up two signs requesting packages to be left on the porch, she is not getting close enough to see them. As a 74-year-old with back and breathing issues and having undergone two back surgeries, this situation is very challenging. I am puzzled by the inconsistency as packages were always left at the door before. Unlike USPS and UPS, FedEx does not deliver to the front door, which I find to be very poor service.

On November 11th, two boxes were supposed to be delivered to my address at 18 Four Little Acres Drive, Palmyra, PA [redacted], but they were mistakenly delivered to 1 Four Little Acres Drive, Palmyra, PA [redacted]. Then on November 12th, only one box was delivered to the wrong address again. I am concerned about the driver's repeated mistakes despite the clear shipping tags. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly, as my address is clearly marked, and I suspect the driver might be deliberately causing these problems due to a difference in political views. Hello, my name is Ehia Reese. I recently switched over to Altice Mobile and ordered an iPhone 11 on Wednesday, December 9. The package was supposed to arrive on December 11, but when I tracked it, it indicated that the Sim card was delivered separately at 1:42 PM. I am confused as to why the phone did not come with the Sim card in the same package. I have been in contact with Altice Mobile's customer service through text and calls all weekend, providing them with the confirmation number, but there seems to be a misunderstanding. I have also given them other necessary numbers such as the pin, IMEI, serial, order, and account numbers to help track the phone, but there has been no progress. Upon checking with FedEx, it shows that the delivery is pending. I am eagerly waiting for the phone and even stayed home from work today to receive it. I just hope they can provide me with a definite date and time for delivery to resolve this confusion.

Regarding package number [redacted]60, there was an altercation with the delivery person on December 14, [redacted], around 3 PM. I sought to identify the sender by looking at the label before accepting the package. The delivery person, claiming ignorance of the sender, abruptly asked if I wanted the package. Requesting a moment to check the label, the delivery person forcibly took the package off the doorstep, accusing me of refusing it within seconds. This is particularly frustrating since the package, containing refrigerated medicine, was meant to arrive on Friday and was only delivered on Monday. After contacting FedEx customer service, I have been provided with complaint case number [redacted].

Today, Amazon marked my package as delivered and claimed it was left on my front porch, which is untrue. Our property is secure with a gate, requiring a code for access. The package was not delivered even though we have a clear sign on the gate with my name, address, and phone number instructing delivery personnel on what to do if a signature is not required. This has been my home for 15 years, and FedEx has successfully delivered many packages before. The tracking number is [redacted]39, and my contact number is [redacted]/[redacted]. I am having issues with FedEx claiming they made delivery attempts. A representative mentioned my address is unreachable but later said they made three attempts. However, the tracking number shows four delivery attempts starting on Friday, Dec 11th. I haven't left my apartment since Thursday, Dec 10th, and there are no delivery notes from FedEx on my door. After checking with my neighbors, no one has seen a FedEx vehicle recently. Strangely, FedEx has an on-site delivery location 0.7 miles from my address, which has been closed for almost a year. Despite successfully receiving other deliveries, I still have not got my FedEx package. As I don't drive, the pick-up location is around [redacted] miles round trip. I need FedEx to deliver my package to my provided home address. How should I proceed in this situation?
