I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea, and my doctor sent my prescription to Apria without my knowledge. After insisting on choosing my own supplier, I received the prescription back and went with a local company. However, I unexpectedly received a box of supplies from Apria that I did not order. I am unsure what to do with the unopened box. There is an Apria store nearby in Champaign; can I return it there? Alternatively, can I reject the delivery and take it to where FedEx picks up local orders? This situation is quite frustrating, but I understand that FedEx is not to blame. - Ron N.

I bought a tire from Priority Tire on November 1, [redacted], which was shipped from Arlington, TX. Unfortunately, during shipping, the label got damaged, which is indicated in the tracking history. FedEx then created a new label with an incorrect delivery address. The tire was supposed to arrive on November 4, [redacted], but I never received it. Upon checking the tracking, it showed as delivered and signed by an unknown person at a different address. Despite contacting the shipper and FedEx promising to retrieve the tire from the wrong address and deliver it to me, it never arrived. I have been trying to reach customer service, but have been given misleading information and led in circles. The tracking clearly shows the error made by FedEx, and I am seeking a full refund or the delivery of the tire I purchased.

I placed an order with Walmart that was scheduled for delivery through FedEx on 11/4 under Shipping #[redacted]93. I received an email notification that the delivery was made, but unfortunately, I never actually received the package. I was home all day, and my dog, who usually barks at any visitors, did not make a sound. The following day, another item was delivered successfully. However, the larger order from 11/4 remains missing. This is the second time this issue has occurred, and I am concerned about the missing items. I would appreciate it if you could investigate and locate the missing package for me.

Hello, I would like to address the ongoing issue with package deliveries to my residence. Despite being present during delivery attempts, the package is never delivered on the first try. I kindly request that the package be left at the basement door if it rains and that on Monday, November 9th, it be left at the front door. Please understand that I have a disability, and there are no security concerns at my easily accessible location, just [redacted] feet from the road. It's important that deliveries are made efficiently, as there is no need to make multiple trips to my house when I am always available. Thank you, Craig

I received tracking number [redacted][redacted] for my order placed at the beginning of October. Typically, I receive packages from this company within a week. However, I recently noticed that my package has been traveling back and forth between Tucson and Phoenix multiple times before heading to California. This seems odd to me since I am only an hour and a half away from Tucson. It has been three weeks, and the package is still heading in the opposite direction from my location.

I am extremely frustrated with the service I received. I tried to reach customer service through the automated system but was unsuccessful. Furthermore, I discovered an option to receive a phone call for assistance; however, it requires a cell phone which I do not own since I retired. The automated "live" representative had me going in circles without resolving my issue. The problem at hand is that your records falsely indicate that a package was delivered to my home in Bradenton, FL, when it was actually delivered in Sarasota, FL. I have requested your driver to ensure packages are delivered to the correct address at [redacted] River Road, which is distinguished by a big green mailbox with a clearly visible number. Unfortunately, one driver delivered a package intended for [redacted] to our address, causing confusion. This is not the first time this has happened as a previous delivery for Carl Pearson also went to the wrong address. Our private driveway at [redacted] is not a suitable delivery spot. I kindly ask that your driver acknowledges the green mailbox at [redacted] for future deliveries, as heavy trucks have been damaging our property when turning around. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly, as I have encountered better service from companies like UPS and USPS in the past.

I am Lance H. from Tempe, AZ, and I recently experienced a concerning issue with a FedEx delivery. My Wells Fargo Visa cards were delivered to the wrong address, despite the bank sending them to the correct location. The delivery person dropped it off at a house five doors down, and luckily, the homeowner there was honest and brought it to me. The tracking number of the package is 9[redacted] [redacted]. I am disappointed with this mishap and hope that FedEx can ensure proper deliveries in the future. I purchased the Walker-Edison Farmhouse Entertainment Cabinet for a 75-80 inch TV from my local Best Buy on October 16th. The item was supposed to be delivered by a third-party delivery service contracted by Best Buy on October 31st after being shipped from the manufacturer's Ellenwood, GA warehouse via FedEx. Despite confirmation of pickup by FedEx on the scheduled date, the item never made it to Best Buy. Now I've been informed that delivery is rescheduled for November 17th, a delay that is frustrating considering the lack of visibility into the item's current location. Best Buy seems unaware of the item's whereabouts, and I was informed by a representative that it could either be languishing in a FedEx warehouse or possibly lost. Unfortunately, I don't have a tracking number to provide further insight into the situation, and any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I placed an order for a valuable item on November 1st, [redacted], and eagerly awaited its arrival. Despite not receiving any notifications from FedEx, I monitored my front door closely to ensure I wouldn't miss the delivery. On November 7th, when I was informed of a tracking number, I kept my front door open with my video camera on, but my security door locked. The only delivery I received that day was from the United Postal Service. Checking the tracking number on November 8th, I was surprised to see that my package was marked as delivered on the 7th at noon, despite not seeing a FedEx truck or any packages at my door. I've called FedEx daily since then to inquire about my missing items but have not received any helpful information. The customer service representative couldn't provide proof of delivery and promised a follow-up call that never came. I suspect my packages were delivered to the wrong address due to the lack of information from FedEx. Where are my packages?

I recently spent an hour attempting to change my delivery as a signature was needed, but no one was available to sign. I encountered significant difficulties on your website which repeatedly claimed it couldn't find the address I entered, even though it was correct. Despite trying to reach customer service, the virtual assistant kept prompting me with unnecessary questions and menus. It was frustrating and inefficient. If given the choice, I will not choose FedEx for shipping in the future. The lack of customer service is evident, and I am disappointed with the service provided. To whom it may concern, I see that the tracking number [redacted]02 shows as delivered, but not to the correct address in Ankeny, IA. The driver did not seem to deliver to the correct location. I had another package successfully delivered by the same company to that address the day before without issue. It appears the weekend driver rushed to complete their route, causing this mix-up. It is frustrating for all parties involved. I am eager to receive my package promptly.

Hello, I purchased a Gel Foam Mattress from Groupon in September [redacted]. Groupon mistakenly sent me two boxes weighing approximately 93 lbs each. They arranged for Fed Ex to pick up one box for return. The pick-up was scheduled between 10:00 & 11:00 am in the first week of October. Unfortunately, I don't have the exact date as Groupon was handling the tracking. After Fed Ex collected the box, Groupon was to issue a refund for the second mattress. However, they claim not to have received the returned item yet. I am seeking assistance in determining the pickup date by Fed Ex to resolve this issue promptly. Dear PR Corporation in Texas, A shipment was sent to Robert Allard at [redacted] S. Second St, Sierra Vista, AZ [redacted], which is one of our company's offices. I primarily work at the Southern Pines, NC office, visiting Sierra Vista on business every other month. The package necessitated my signature, but the delivery person insisted on my signature specifically. They mentioned that if the first attempt failed, a second delivery would be made. If unsuccessful, the package would be returned to the sender. Due to my current location in NC, I will not be in Sierra Vista until December 5th. Today, on 11/20/20, we experienced another delivery mix-up by the same driver as earlier this week. The first incident occurred when our package was mistakenly given to someone else. Fortunately, I was able to contact the recipient and exchange the packages. Despite our efforts to address the issue with the driver, another incorrect delivery occurred today. When confronted, the driver seemed unaware of the necessary details on the package and lacked understanding of correct delivery procedures. The truck number associated with this driver was [redacted], from Penske. I attempted to escalate the matter by contacting the service center, but was unable to speak with a supervisor. It is evident that this driver requires additional training to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

I am currently home waiting for a package with tracking number [redacted]50 to be delivered, but I received an update saying the customer was not available. This is puzzling as I have been home all day. Upon checking the tracking information, I noticed there was an address change. The package was supposed to be on the FEDEX truck from Yuma, AZ, marked as "Out for delivery" to [redacted] Jade Ave, Quartzsite, Arizona. I have encountered similar issues with deliveries from Yuma recently, where packages were left at the gate near the street with comments stating they were delivered to the front door, making them susceptible to theft without my knowledge. To address these concerns, I would like the current package to be delivered to the front door and wish to understand the reason for the address change. I prefer future packages not to be left unattended next to the street.

I am Winroy Manning residing at [redacted] Chestnut Street, Apartment E-[redacted] in Upper Darby, [redacted]. My phone number is [redacted]. A document of great importance was sent to me from Jamaica via FedEx on 11/20/[redacted]. I was informed it would arrive on Monday, 11/23/20. Despite being home, the FedEx employee claimed no one was available for delivery, which is untrue. My wife was home on both Tuesday and Wednesday, 11/23/20 and 11/24/20, yet the package was not delivered. After contacting customer service today, 11/25, I was told by Ben that the document should be delivered on Friday, 11/27/20. I am very disappointed in FedEx's express service. The tracking number is [redacted]40, and as of now, the package is expected on Friday, 11/27/20. The communication with the delivery person has been lacking, and despite sharing our contact numbers, there has been no attempt to reach us. I urge FedEx to locate my package promptly and ensure its timely delivery as originally promised.

I recently made a purchase on Kidkraft.com, and unfortunately, my autofill entered a company number instead of my residential address for shipping. I used my PayPal account for the payment, and the customer service representative mentioned this might cause a problem with the delivery location. I contacted Kidkraft via email and phone, and they assured me they would attempt to coordinate with you before shipping to prevent any misdelivery.
