Need to receive my packages ... I have two packages that are being sent to my old apartment in ***** Barker Cypress Rd ***** Cypress Tx *****. I now live at **** Jones Drive ***** Galveston Tx *****. One package has been delivered the other should be tomorrow. I need to receive the boxyCharm package that has been sent to the cypress address. I also need to stop a second package from boxyCharm from being Delivered at the cypress location.
I was on the phone trying to speak to a human and the phone bot kept giving me the runaround.
Just finding out what I need to do to get my packages.
