I received a package from FedEx today. According to the tracking information, it was delivered to my home. Normally, they leave it on my porch. After searching all the entrances to my home, I couldn't locate the package. I tried contacting customer service but was unable to speak to a representative. I then reached out to the sender and was placed on hold for an extended period waiting to contact FedEx. Surprisingly, they suggested checking the mailbox, which I didn't do initially due to regulations. However, that's where the package was eventually found. I recommend providing better training to your delivery drivers.

I shipped my bike from Newport, KY to Brooklyn, NY through Shipbikes.com. The package was handled by the Fedex Store in Cincinnati where they helped me package it. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the box was severely damaged, causing multiple scratches, paint chips, and dings to my bike. Despite submitting an insurance claim with evidence including photos of the damaged box and bike parts, FedEx denied my claim because they couldn't inspect the packaging themselves. It seems unfair as I couldn't have known about the damage until I opened the box. It's frustrating to have paid so much for shipping only to have my bike arrive in such poor condition due to mishandling.

I received a text notification on Saturday, 7/11, that a package (tracking # [redacted]30) had been delivered. However, it wasn't brought to my door but left on the first floor between the entry doors. I'm recovering from back surgery and using a walker, as are other residents in this building. It's disappointing that the driver didn't bring the packages to the apartment doors, given the circumstances of many residents here. When I eventually went downstairs, I found two more parcels meant for other tenants left there. This isn't the first time this has happened. It's frustrating that the driver didn't make the extra effort. One of the drivers here is exceptional, but unfortunately, not all are like him. The driver didn't even notify the other tenants about their packages; I had to do that. It's a shame to encounter such incompetence when there are surely others who would do the job properly. It was quite challenging for me to retrieve the parcel with my walker, causing unnecessary strain.

I am experiencing an issue with a FedEx delivery, and I am seeking your assistance. I purchased a $[redacted] item from Neiman Marcus, but the package was delivered to a wrong address, as per my FedEx Delivery Manager. Despite paying with PayPal, Neiman Marcus claims it is a FedEx matter, mentioning they do not ship to addresses other than the provided one. Moreover, the package was signed for by someone else. I have filed a claim through PayPal with ID PP-D-[redacted]2 and my FedEx number is [redacted]. Given the situation where neither company can provide a solution, I included both case IDs. I seek your help in promptly refunding my significant amount. As a loyal PayPal customer, the urgency is heightened during the current pandemic. I have submitted proof of shipment/value on PayPal. Despite attempting multiple times to cancel the order due to an error by my daughter, Neiman Marcus did not honor the request. I have my return label but not the $[redacted] item. I recently purchased items from B&H Photo Video and waited for the delivery on July 2nd, as a signature was required. The delivery was for $[redacted] worth of items. When I noticed a FedEx driver leaving my apartment complex, I asked if he had a delivery for Patti White at number 3. After initially leaving it at the wrong porch, he retrieved it. I reminded him of the signature requirement, and he acknowledged the mistake. I needed to refuse the order as I had already requested a return to B&H. This incident made me concerned about the safety of such valuable packages. Despite this, I am still waiting for my $[redacted] refund from B&H.

I have been eagerly waiting for my package all day. Nevertheless, I received a text at 8:00 PM stating the package was left at my side door, but no FedEx truck has been to my home. I am puzzled as to how the driver claims the package was delivered when I have been home all day. The tracking number for the package is [redacted]14, which shows it was delivered at the side door at 2:43 PM. This seems impossible as I haven't seen a FedEx truck all day. I usually spot the truck when it arrives, but today there was no delivery or attempt made. I'm frustrated with this situation and have already reached out to Wayfair about the missing package. Please investigate this matter with the driver, as it seems there has been a mistake in the delivery status today.

On April 23rd, FedEx tracking #[redacted]37 shows a package was delivered to my address. FedEx packages should be left in a large plastic bin near our rural mailboxes. Typically, the delivery driver calls us since we are far from the drop-off point. However, we did not receive a call from the new driver. Due to email issues, I missed the "Delivered" email notification at [redacted] I request two things: 1) Ensure the package was placed in the correct bin among the multiple ones along our road; 2) Please remind drivers to call us upon delivery at [redacted]. My address is [redacted] S County Road 31, Berthoud, CO. This is my third attempt to address this issue with FedEx, and I appreciate your assistance.

I have a claim filed for a missing package (tracking number [redacted]20) that shows as "delivered." I had a delivery scheduled from FedEx today, but the driver attempted to deliver to our locked back door instead of using the open front door despite us being open for business. After discovering the delivery attempt, I tracked the package and found out I'd have to wait until the 27th or pick it up at the service center between 5-6:30 pm. When I tried to collect the package at 5 pm, I was asked for additional proof of ownership beyond my ID and business card, which I didn't have on hand. Frustrated by this experience and previous delivery issues, I requested FedEx to deliver the package to our business on Saturday by using the front door. If they can't meet these expectations, I'd prefer not to receive any future deliveries from them.

On July 27th, I received an email stating that a FedEx package #[redacted]87 was missed and scheduled for delivery by today. Despite waiting all day, no delivery attempt was made. Another email claimed a delivery was tried at 10:30 am. Upon calling Customer Support, I encountered language barriers. The first representative mentioned the package was in the trailer, while a subsequent call revealed a different status from a slightly better English speaker. Despite requesting a contact in the USA, it seemed like a transfer to another agent. The confusion persists, and I'm eager to receive the much-needed package.

I am experiencing an issue with the FedEx delivery driver on my route. Instead of placing packages in my delivery box, she leaves them on the ground over the gate or on top of the box. When I inquired, she mentioned being allergic to wasps. Despite my efforts to keep the box free of pests, this practice puts my packages at risk of theft or damage from rain. This is a new problem as previous deliveries were made properly. I plan to request other companies I order from to use a different carrier to avoid issues. If the driver cannot fulfill the delivery requirements, it may be best for her to explore other job opportunities. I am concerned about missing or stolen packages and hope for a solution soon. I have been a loyal customer of Imperfect Foods for over six months, receiving deliveries every other week. Initially, the cold storage produce boxes were placed on our porch, but recently they have been left in various inconvenient locations like the grass, our walkway, or even in the middle of the driveway. Despite the boxes stating "fragile, handle with care," the produce often arrives bruised, spilled, or overturned due to rough handling during delivery. As senior citizens, my husband and I, in our seventies, struggle to carry these heavy boxes from the driveway up to our porch. Unfortunately, the quality of customer service seems to be declining with each delivery.

I placed an order with Uncommon Goods in May [redacted] and used Fed Ex Tracking Number [redacted][redacted]. When I check on the Fed Ex website, it indicates that the package reached Sacramento, CA on May 28th. However, when I called Fed Ex customer service, the automated system claimed the tracking number was invalid. The package seems to have originated in Sparks, NV and was supposed to arrive in Sacramento on June 2, [redacted]. Despite this, the Fed Ex website still lists the package as undelivered. I am unsure how to retrieve the package or request a refund from the company. I am seeking assistance on resolving this matter. Thanks, Lisa H.

My FedEx package was originally set for delivery on July 29th, then pushed to the 30th, and now the 31st. However, I have yet to receive it. Each time I contact them, I get conflicting information. I received a postcard stating they require "additional information," which they already have - my address, phone number, and email. If they can send a card, they should be able to deliver my package. The same FedEx has successfully delivered my other packages, but they seem unable to manage this one. The local FedEx office doesn't answer calls or return messages. I simply want them to resolve this by delivering my package soon.

I paid $48.36 on July 29, [redacted], to have a package delivered from Florida to my home in Philadelphia. FedEx was scheduled to deliver my package on August 1, [redacted]. I specifically requested either a call to the provided number or doorbell ring for access as a signature was needed for delivery. FedEx claims delivery attempts were made on August 1, [redacted], at 12:26 PM and August 2, [redacted], at 1:16 PM. However, our surveillance cameras did not capture any FedEx personnel at those times. Despite clear delivery instructions, FedEx failed to follow through on both occasions, omitting their standard call or doorbell procedure. It appears an untruthful driver may be falsifying delivery attempts. This poor service experience has deterred me from using FedEx for future deliveries.

Tracking number: [redacted]16. I received a tracking notification indicating that my package was delivered at 12:38 on 08/03/20. Unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong address by your driver, causing frustration. This marks the third delivery issue I've encountered this year. I plan to reach out to Weather Tech, who selected your company for delivery, to express my dissatisfaction with this recurring problem. The initial promise was delivery on Saturday the 1st, but the package ended up at the wrong location on the 3rd, which is unacceptable. Despite contacting the Middletown, PA FedEx office, there has been no resolution or update on the matter. I am eagerly awaiting a concrete solution and the arrival of my package. - R.S.

Hello, I wanted to report an issue concerning a FedEx delivery driver in my neighborhood. The driver, who operates truck USDOT [redacted], has been playing loud Hispanic music from his truck while taking his time to deliver packages. This behavior has been consistent, and I have observed him spending excess time after delivering the packages. I find the noise and delay bothersome and unprofessional. The driver appears to have brown skin, a thin beard, and is approximately 5 ft 7. Please address this matter and inform him that his actions are causing a disturbance. Thank you.

Hello, I am having an issue with my package delivery. According to the Fedex tracking information, it was marked as delivered yesterday, but I did not receive it. I have attempted to contact Fedex customer service, but the chatbot was unhelpful, and the phone number provided was not working. Can someone please help me investigate this matter promptly? Additionally, I noticed that there is no signature image for the receipt of the package, which leads me to believe that the status of the delivery being completed by Fedex is inaccurate. On Friday the 7th, a package was scheduled for delivery at [redacted] E Quincy St. Unfortunately, I missed it. However, it was rescheduled for Saturday the 8th around 10:30. I went outside and spotted a large FedEx truck approaching. I waved my arms to signal the driver, but they didn't stop and continued driving at a fast pace. I was shocked. Hoping the driver would return, I waited for two hours, feeling both angry and disappointed. The package contained a telephoto lens that I had sent to K.E.H Camera for repairs. Upon checking my laptop, I saw that the delivery had been rescheduled for Tuesday the 11th. I would like to kindly ask the driver to please make sure to stop this time. Thank you.

I did not receive my package with tracking number #[redacted][redacted]. I spoke with a representative on 7/31 who assured me they would look into it and get back to me in 3 business days, but I have not heard from them.
