Hello my name is Jeffrey L Wrobel of ** Watson st. in Dillonvale Oh. ***** MY package was not delivered to me! the package was shipped by K.B.C. Tool but i did not receive it. will fedex re-im-burse me? The last i hard from you all ,told me to consider it lost? the order was from KBC tool shipping to Grumpy Jeffs machine shop! there was $**.** dollars of machine tools supplies that i did not receive! can you help ? this is not the first time this happened to me!
