I was trying to see if I could pick up my package from the warehouse or truck sooner to save them money, gas, and time. ... I would like to see if I could pick up my package today instead of waiting for the delivery date...*Called customer service myself and got someone. They were able to put in the system to hold the package for me to pick up on the date of delivery rather than wait for the driver to deliver at end of day. But I was told the new label print out and change was going to take ** hours. *If you need this done, do it early!*FedEx also cannot expedite a package once it's already out for delivery, even if they haven't picked up the item from a company. So be sure you order with fastest delivery service first.*They also make it difficult to intercept a package from warehouse or delivery truck.
They're behind on the times and their wait time for customer service is ridiculous.. twice I was on hold for more than ** min to speak to a representative and just hung up after frustration on not being able to speak with anyone...
Updating their system to show where the packages and trucks are better.
I'm not a repeat customer, but I didn't expect the communication to be so bad. *I do understand a bit with the pandemic going on right now though and don't hold it against them.
Tried to see if there was a way to expedite the package, intercept it at the truck or warehouse, or pay for a new label so it could reach me faster. (Which FedEx does NOT charge for a new label!)
