THere is a box on my front steps location **** STUART AVE. Baltimore, MD. *****. It was delivered today by FedEx. It is addressed to: **** WINNER AVE., Baltimore, MD. *****. **** WINNER AVE. is seven blocks from **** STUART AVE. Please have it picked up from my front step where it was left and delivered to the proper recipient on **** WINNER AVE. *****. And teach the driver to look at the packages. By the way, he left it on my step inches from putting inside the porch door. The porch is covered. It had been RAINING. What's up with that?

I don't know if it is resolved. The package was removed from my steps yesterday evening so I assume FedEx picked it up. Someone picked it up. But look at the reply below I got from FedEx: "You did not yet indicate what FedEx should do to make this right." Do I really have to tell you what to do to make it right? In my note you can see I wrote: "Please have it picked up from my front step where it was left and delivered to the proper recipient on **** WINNER AVE." None of this inspires any confidence in FedEx. What the heck goes on there?
