I am thoroughly disgusted with FedEx. I have never dealt with any company as INCOMPETENT and UNRELIABLE as FedEx. I NEVER receive my packages when they are scheduled for delivery. NEVER. NOT ONCE. Every single time I am to receive a package via FedEx, I end up having to wait, sometimes UP TO * DAYS past the delivery date. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? I spent all day today waiting for a delivery. Close to *pm, I called customer service and was told it is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. NO -- Tracking says TODAY. And all the agent can say is "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, we TRIED to get it there today." Then fix the tracking information. I have a life!! Don't tell me it will be delivered if you KNOW it won't. Why bother having tracking if it's all a lie??? But it never changes. It's ALWAYS the same BS. You people don't seem to know what a schedule is for. Tomorrow they'll probably tell me the driver has some ridiculous excuse not to get here. Very often, if the drivers actually even come down this street, they just put a "delivery attempted" sticky note on the outside of the building, without even bothering to come inside. (Wow, he can take an extra-long break that way!) I have to waste my time and my life waiting because of INCOMPETENCE and LIES and stupid EXCUSES of FedEx employees. And every day I wait I am told it will DEFINITELY be delivered TOMORROW. TOMORROW. TOMORROW. My time is valuable. I work a lot from home and ship frequently, but I NEVER use FedEx because it is run by a lot of bozos. Your drivers have no respect for your customers, and less for your company, and just show up for an easy paycheck. I send all my shipments via UPS or USPS. And guess what? Corporate FedEx doesn't GIVE A **** unless you're in a big office downtown. Residential service is nearly nonexistent. IT IS A JOKE! The extreme level of INCOMPETENCE in your company disgusts me. Why don't you just discontinue residential service* at least that would be the HONEST thing to do because YOU DON'T GIVE A S**T.

I called and complained twice. Was it finally resolved? It was finally delivered, if that's what you mean. I will NEVER use FedEx EVER again.
