I recently sent a package from Panama to India with tracking number [redacted]46. It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, 10/11/[redacted], but I haven't received any updates since. I was informed that there is an error in the consignee's name. I have been trying to resolve this through emails and calls, but none of the representatives have been able to assist because the package is still not visible. I need to correct the name in the system. The agent who helped me send the package mistakenly input an incomplete consignee name as (SANDHYA PRADIKUMAI) when it should be (SANDHYA PRADIPKUMAR AKHANI) in full. I visited the agent today, but he mentioned that he is unable to modify it. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you.

I placed an order for a package over a week ago with an expected delivery date of the 10th, but FedEx made a mistake and admitted to sending it the wrong way. They assured me it would arrive today, so I waited at home but received an email telling me to contact FedEx to arrange a delivery time. I want to schedule the delivery for today in the afternoon since it's already late, and I've missed multiple days of work because of this. We ordered well in advance for the holidays after last year's mishap where my child's birthday present didn't arrive on time. Please respond promptly, as I urgently need to set up the delivery for today and ensure I'm available by adding a note for the driver to obtain my signature. Thank you.

Hello, my spouse and I were in the basement when I heard a truck in our driveway, but when I went upstairs, it had already left. We live in a rural area, and it's common for trucks to deliver packages to our porch or near the door. I'm supposed to receive a chainsaw from Amazon today, but the FedEx driver didn't leave it. I'm puzzled why they didn't ring the doorbell or deliver the package. There's a possibility that the truck I saw wasn't the one carrying my order. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]19.

Ref #[redacted][redacted] Good morning, I am writing regarding an eBay return. The seller arranged for the package to be picked up at my address on 12/10. However, for the past three days, the FedEx ground delivery driver has claimed that the item was not "ready". I have surveillance footage showing that the package has been ready at the front desk since Monday and that no FedEx driver has come to pick it up. The seller has already reported this to the driver's manager over the phone. I am very disappointed with this situation and the unprofessional behavior of your staff. I kindly request that the driver completes the pickup today. The tracking number for this pickup is [redacted][redacted]. I did not receive one of my three packages today. The driver dropped off two at my door, but the third one was missing. Tracking shows it was delivered half an hour before the others, despite only two showing up. I doubt someone took it in that short time, especially if it was a large, heavy package. I suspect it's either on the truck or wasn't sent at all. The missing tracking number is [redacted]70. It's odd that the other two numbers differ slightly. I need to confirm if the third package exists and where it is.

Last week, a package was left on my trash can by the road, and I assumed FedEx had placed it there. Since then, another package was delivered, and it turns out that FedEx is delivering to the wrong address. My neighbor is now mistakenly taking in my packages and placing them on our trash can, causing inconvenience. She is understandably upset about the situation. Tracking #[redacted]46 I received a notification that the package was delivered today (12.21.18) at 2:41 p.m. However, it was mistakenly left at the wrong address. Despite the package clearly being labeled for "Riverview Condos, [redacted] 5th St., Fulton, IL," it was dropped off at a house instead of a condo at [redacted] 5th St. Fortunately, the resident of that address kindly delivered the package to our correct location. We appreciate their honesty. It's important that delivery drivers are trained to handle situations where they cannot locate the correct address. Rather than leaving packages at random locations, they should seek assistance to ensure accurate delivery. Although the package was a Christmas gift and arrived on time, I recommend improving training for drivers to prevent similar incidents in the future. Thank you, Jill Camacho

Hello, I am reaching out because I encountered an issue with receiving my package from FedEx. Initially, the delivery was scheduled for Saturday, December 22, but due to a failed attempt, it was rescheduled for Monday, December 24. Despite being at home with a delivery room available where packages are typically stored in lockers, I was informed of yet another unsuccessful delivery. Subsequently, I contacted FedEx to arrange for the package to be held at a nearby Walgreens, but I never received a tracking number as promised. Upon visiting the store, the package was not there. According to the FedEx app, the new delivery date is Wednesday, December 26, by noon, but the package has not arrived. When attempting to contact FedEx for updates, I was advised to call back later. Dear Customer Service, I have been eagerly awaiting a delivery since yesterday. According to the tracking information, the postman attempted delivery yesterday stating no one was home when my family members were actually present. Today, I spotted the FedEx truck on my street through the window, but the postman did not come to the door. Surprisingly, the status was updated to show a failed delivery attempt at 10:13 am although I was waiting and rushed to open the door when I saw him. This experience is disappointing, especially as I have been a loyal FedEx customer for a long time. The poor service I have received in Canada is concerning and does not reflect positively on FedEx's reputation. I hope for better service in the future. I received an email from FedEx stating that my package could not be delivered due to incomplete address information and requesting me to update my address. I find this confusing as I am expecting a TV delivery, and the courier was supposed to confirm my availability prior to delivery. I would like to understand why FedEx is requesting my address when this information should already be with the seller who I purchased the TV from. Tracking number [redacted]70 shows a house key was shipped to Cheryl Bainsson at 20 North Rd., Cornwall NY [redacted] from Peabody MA via Express Overnight on 3/4/19. Expected by 4 pm, not delivered due to road conditions. FedEx informed delivery delayed until Monday. Despite street being cleared, package not received. Unable to confirm arrival with FedEx over the phone. Contacted FedEx once more, new supervisor assured delivery on 3/5/19. Package assigned to truck for same-day delivery. Cheryl Bainsson still waiting. Urgent need to access house to check on the cat.

I received a text from BB&B at 1:00 pm stating that my package was delivered. I have been waiting by the door with my mom since 11:30 am, watching a show, and no package has arrived at my address. I followed your instructions on where to check for the package, but it is not here. I called customer service at 1:07 pm, and the representative hung up on me while I was checking. I have more orders on the way and do not want this issue to repeat. To resolve this, please ask the driver to check the middle of my side yard to confirm if the package was delivered to the correct house. When delivering, kindly knock on the door twice as a notification. I would appreciate a prompt response and prefer to discuss this matter over the phone at [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. I spoke to customer service earlier today, who mentioned that the FedEx facility would contact me by 5 p.m. It is now 6 p.m., and I haven't received a call yet. I called them because I missed a package delivery and received a door tag with reference number DT[redacted]89. They assured me of a redelivery attempt but when I was home, they didn't leave the package as promised on their app. The app first indicated a delivery for today (Monday) when I'm available to sign, but then changed it to Wednesday when no one will be home. I will be at home both today and tomorrow (Tuesday), but the app insists on Wednesday. I am in urgent need of either a Tuesday redelivery or holding the package at a location. I tried signing up for the delivery manager, but it wrongly identifies my address as a business when it is a residential one located at [redacted] Chino Drive, Golden Valley, AZ, US. The tracking number for my package is [redacted]44.

I was informed that my package couldn't be delivered due to a failed attempt when everyone was home. There were multiple people and vehicles visible outside our house at the time of the supposed delivery. My sister-in-law witnessed the delivery truck pull up, linger briefly, and then drive off without attempting to make contact. We were not approached or notified. I feel frustrated by this situation, especially since the redelivery is scheduled for Tuesday when I won't be available. I believe that the responsibility lies with the delivery service, and I would like the package to be delivered either today or tomorrow when I can be present. It is essential that the driver properly delivers the item by knocking on the front door.

I have a $[redacted] PC arriving in two boxes, but I won't be home for the delivery. I managed to have box #1 held at a Walgreens nearby using the delivery manager. However, I encountered issues trying to do the same for box #2 and couldn't reset my old password to register. I would like to ensure that both boxes are held at the same store for my convenience. If it's possible, I would prefer to pick up both packages at a holding facility in Summerville to avoid a truck delivery. The shipment is scheduled for delivery by March 28, [redacted], via FedEx Express SaverĀ® with a total weight of 48.00 lbs. Box #1 has been picked up, and box #2 is pending.

I was shocked when a FedEx driver had a meltdown outside my home today. He insisted on having my entire driveway for his turnaround and threatened to hit my car, claiming it wouldn't be his fault. This aggressive behavior is unacceptable. The incident took place on Redwood Ave. in Mill Valley, CA. Four witnesses can attest to this event. Lately, FedEx's service quality has been deteriorating with undelivered packages and careless drop-offs in the middle of the road. This behavior needs to be addressed promptly as it reflects poorly on the company.

I am extremely frustrated with FedEx. I've never encountered such incompetence and unreliability with a company before. My packages always arrive days late, despite the promised delivery date. Today, after waiting all day for a delivery that didn't show up, I was informed it would come tomorrow. The tracking information was misleading. It feels like a constant cycle of broken promises and excuses from FedEx. The lack of respect for schedules and customers is evident in their service. I feel like my time is being wasted due to the inefficiency and dishonesty of FedEx employees. I prefer using UPS or USPS for my shipments as FedEx's residential service is a joke. It's disappointing to see such a high level of incompetence in such a well-known company. FedEx needs to address these issues to provide better service to their customers.

I sent my fingerprints along with my social security number and driver's license to my employer. The package was lost by FedEX, and when I reached out to customer service, they were unhelpful. They refused to reimburse me for the $30 I spent on my fingerprints, even though I have a receipt. Additionally, they showed no concern for losing my sensitive information. I feel frustrated and unsure of what steps to take next. I've already contacted the Better Business Bureau, but it seems like FedEX is not being held accountable. It's disappointing how they can neglect their responsibilities without consequences. Their apologies are not sufficient in this situation.

I've encountered delivery issues with the last 5 packages I received from Tupperware. Despite having the correct address on the packing slip, a small address sticker with the wrong street name and zip code is being put on the box at the hub. This has caused delays in receiving my work materials, leading to late arrivals for scheduled events. The last package even arrived torn open at my front door. I have evidence of the incorrect address stickers and the damaged box. I am expecting a package to arrive on Saturday and hope it will be delivered on time this time.
