Ordered a blender carafe from Amazon. Your tracking number said delivered and signed for-but the address is a remote mailbox away from all houses and no one is present to sign. More to the point, I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT I PAID FOR. I have had no communication from your company about this package and find it infuriating. This has happened before and it is absolutely ridiculous for Fed Ex to just allow a package to vanish without any communication. *Tracking number ************
