I had a delivery due by **:**am this morning and arranged my schedule accordingly. At about **:**, I was on a conference call & heard our dogs bark ( no knock at the door however). When I finished my call, there was a door tag instructing me to pick the package up late in the day at an address miles away from me. Unacceptable. Fed-ex delay caused this issue.**I called customer support and was told it would be redelivered by *pm and someone would call me beforehand. A couple of hours later, I checked the tracking and saw no indication of a redelivery. Your customer web site continually crashed so I called back in again.**This time I was told they could not deliver it by *pm but I would definitely get it today. I also found out that the package did not require a signature and should have been left, but apparently this was up to the same driver who didn't bother to knock the first time.**I am hoping the package arrives today but I don't have much faith. So far, customer service has been horrible....everything from the **'s-ish voice prompt system to the broken web site and all points in between.**I absolutely will never request FedEx again.
