I work at a restaurant and I encountered an unsettling situation with a Favor driver named Jacob Mcclellan, reachable at [redacted]. Our establishment closed early today, and when he called, I politely informed him of the early closure. He responded aggressively, raised his voice, and used profanity. Shortly after, a man fitting his description arrived, claiming not to be the caller, yet proceeded to pressure another server into accepting his Favor order. He seemed nervous and made questionable comments about the earlier phone call. Despite our closing, the owner agreed to his order. The driver's behavior made me uneasy, especially since he denied being the caller who had cursed at me. This incident was unusual and concerning, as we often interact with Favor drivers. I am unsure if someone displaying such behavior is suitable to be a Favor driver.

I didn't receive my order from El Chico last night. I was told by El Chico that there were no Favor orders placed all evening. When I tried to contact the runner LA, he didn't answer. Even though he claimed the food was delivered, I couldn't have received it because he didn't have my gate code. I was charged $35 on my checking account for this undelivered order. I have contacted my bank to dispute this charge. This experience has led me to decide not to use Favor again. I have faced food delivery issues in the past but have had no problems with HEB. Despite the assistance I received claiming I got my food, I am adamant that I never received it. LA either kept the food or delivered it elsewhere, but I refuse to pay for something I never received.

On December 6th, I placed an order for a Whataburger burger. The delivery service, Favor, had trouble locating my house. I had to walk a block to Stripes to pick up my food, which arrived cold and unappetizing. The Favor representative advised me to contact them for a refund, stating that the delivery person couldn't find my house. My Favor account is [redacted] The Whataburger order number is [redacted]8. There were four number 1s in the order. I just want a refund as this experience was disappointing.

I recently ordered from Whataburger using Favor for delivery. The delivery person had trouble finding my house, despite me being on the phone with her. I had to walk a block to retrieve my order. She mentioned she was going to leave as she couldn't locate my place, which was concerning as she still had my food. She instructed me to contact Favor and inform them that she couldn't find the location. The meal I received was cold and unappetizing. This experience was quite disappointing.

Hello, Today around 10:45 am, I received an order from your driver, Trey Reimarz at #[redacted], for a chicken caprese panini. Unfortunately, he did not call to cancel the order. After waiting over an hour, I contacted him to confirm the pickup time, and he mentioned he couldn't find his card and had canceled the order. I informed him to contact Favor to ensure we would get paid for the order he never canceled. His response was, "I don't know what to tell you ma'am," and then he abruptly hung up. I am extremely disappointed by his lack of communication and unprofessional behavior, which has resulted in a loss of sales and product for my business. I'd like to report an incident that occurred during a recent delivery by your HEB Favor runner, Damien. On 12/28/22 around 8:30pm, Damien delivered my groceries from the HEB on Bandera Road and [redacted]. Unfortunately, he and the groceries had a strong smell of marijuana. This is unacceptable as I have a household with children, and their hands even smelled like weed after handling the groceries. I have already filed a complaint with HEB and now with you. It is important to ensure that individuals making deliveries are professional and drug-free. I had to discard the groceries due to the strong odor. I kindly request that someone addresses this matter promptly, or else I will have to escalate my concerns on social media and to the news outlets. This situation is truly disappointing and needs to be addressed immediately.

I placed an order on the Whataburger app for delivery at 10:40, scheduling it to arrive at 11:35. A notification from Favor indicated they would deliver it, providing the driver's contact details. I messaged the driver at 11:30 for an estimated delivery time but didn't get a response. At 11:41, I received a notification saying the order was delivered, even though I hadn't received it. Security informed me that the driver wanted to leave the food with them, but I had specified it should be given to me outside the company gate. The driver left without contacting me to arrange delivery.

I've been on your app for an hour and a half trying to set it up. Finally, when I managed to complete the setup, it doesn't seem to have processed my order correctly. I'm confused about which car number to input, and the app keeps switching back and forth without confirming the order. I tried calling to resolve the issue, but the restaurant suggested contacting you. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a phone number, and your email mentions a 24-hour response time. I just want to order some food without all this frustration. I've been struggling with this for 2 hours now, and I'm unsure if my order went through. This experience has been quite disappointing, and I'm not happy with the situation.

Hello, I am reaching out because my fiance, Misty F., made a purchase from a local Target store through Favor on 01/30/[redacted]. We returned the items to the same Target store in Houston, zip code [redacted]. However, upon checking Misty's personal credit card statement, it seems that we were not given the proper credit for the return. We handed over the receipts and Misty's credit card, but it appears the store mistakenly credited the return amount to the Favor delivery person's card instead of Misty's. I recently updated my American Express card and forgot to update the card number on file for deliveries. The delivery person's demeanor made me think my card was declined. I'd like to provide my new card number. I hope this oversight didn't cause any issues for the delivery person. Please reach out to me so I can update the card number and offer a generous tip to the delivery person as an apology.

A Favor runner recently came to our Marble Slab Creamery in Portland, TX, looking for a banana split and a few other items. Unfortunately, we were out of banana boats, so we could not fulfill the banana split request. After speaking with the customer, they agreed to receive two small cups and one regular cup instead, paying only for what they received. However, there seems to be a discrepancy with what the customer was actually charged for by the Favor delivery person. The customer is upset claiming they were charged for four items, including a banana split that was not provided. They even threatened to stop payment on the order. We want to clarify that we only charged for the two small cups and one regular cup, not the additional items mentioned by the customer. It appears there was a misunderstanding or error on the part of the delivery person. We kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.

I just spent an hour ordering 10 items from Favor and encountered various issues. The website needs to be more user-friendly. I had trouble checking out and only found the payment preferences page by accident. I am unsure if my order went through. Ordering "fast food" from vendors is confusing. Are there delivery charges and how do I pay? You need to improve your ordering system. Your delivery staff are great, so your recruitment is good, but ordering needs improvement.

I encountered a DoorDash driver in the drive-thru tonight who was unkind to my manager. Despite our open dining room and busy line, he stayed in his car. When he finally came to the window, his name was confirmed as Daniel and he received his order, but then asked for a cup holder. I explained we normally don't use them for single drinks due to spill risks. He became rude at this point, causing delays by checking his order at the window. He refused to provide his name and lingered in the drive-thru, prompting me to take a photo of his vehicle and plate. He filmed us on his phone when he came inside. I have photos of him and his plate. The incident occurred around 9:30 pm on 5/13/23. I think if we must be accountable for our service, customers should have to provide the same transparency for their conduct reports.

I have been a long-time customer, but I seem to have lost contact with your service. I am 83 years old and can't recall what happened. When attempting to set up the app, it does not accept my phone number, stating it is invalid. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me so I can place orders through your service again. Currently, I am using GrubHub. I also shop at H.E.B., but my apartment number is incorrect, resulting in my groceries being delivered to the wrong place. Despite efforts from H.E.B. and myself, the issue persists. I kindly request assistance with resolving both of these matters. Thank you.

I received a call from one of your favorite drivers, Christine, in Abilene. She informed me that my order needed to be canceled due to non-payment. I requested Christine to wait while I resolved the issue. After a few minutes, she abruptly used profanity, stated she had no time to wait, insisted I cancel the order, and disconnected the call. Upon contacting Whataburger for clarification, a staff member revealed that Christine was upset, did not wait for the ticket to be printed, displayed disrespect, and left in a rush. I am displeased with being subjected to inappropriate language and behavior from one of your team members.

This is my second time experiencing an issue with the delivery service. Despite being informed that my order was delivered, it was not received. Today, I ordered soup and enchiladas from Garcia’s, but the bag did not appear on my porch, which seemed unusual. I have been a loyal customer and would like to report this incident. I believe my last order also had a delivery problem, where the runner provided a photo of the delivery location, which did not match mine. Store doors are made by vegans who avoid dairy and eggs. Carnivores preferring beef jerky over live meats are store owners. Etiquette matters. [redacted],[redacted] years ago! Do not search on the internet. Seek a predictor, not a doctorate. Doctorates know what to do, not you carnivores. Avoid scrolling through internet websites like Facebook and Instagram in the USA. I recently placed an order with HEB (order #: HEB[redacted]0) for delivery, and the runner who brought my groceries was remarkable. I attempted to increase the tip amount through HEB's system but was directed to contact you instead. The current tip stands at $5.02, and I would like to adjust it to $25.02 to acknowledge the outstanding service provided by the runner. They excelled in communication, followed my specific delivery instructions attentively, and even placed the bags on my table and chair, easing the strain on my back and knees. Despite this seeming like a small gesture, it made a significant difference to me. Hello, I have been using Favor delivery recently and have previously placed two orders. Today, when I logged in to buy food for my girlfriend, I encountered an error message stating "Uh oh, customer suspended." I am confused because I have not violated any rules or disrespected any delivery person. Unfortunately, there was no contact information provided for me to address this issue. Can someone please assist me in understanding why I have been suspended from using Favor? Thank you.

I recently moved to a new duplex in your delivery zone. I am a regular Favor user both at home and work. I have been living at this address for 2 and a half months now and receive all my mail and packages here. However, when I try to input my address ([redacted] W Windmill Way, Robinson, TX [redacted]) into the app, it seems to not recognize it. I see other residents in the area receiving food deliveries, so I'm confused as to why mine is not going through. Can you please assist me with this issue? Thank you.
