I placed an order at 5:20, and it's now 7:02. We encountered a delay due to a customer named Katherine who had urgent needs when picking up her order. After some delay, Javy N. managed to pick up our order and informed us of a further 30-45 minute wait due to the restaurant's busy schedule, which is unsatisfactory. This situation is reminiscent of a recent issue with an order from Miss Saigon less than 10 days ago, where we weren't contacted promptly. I don't believe I should be charged extra considering our order was not placed during peak pricing. As customer satisfaction is essential in the service industry, I hope steps will be taken to address these recurring problems. Account #[redacted] Hello, my name is Billy Joe. I previously contacted your team regarding my Genghis Grill order placed on 11-27-[redacted]. Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with my order. The items missing from my bowl include: 1) mango BBQ sauce, both in the bowl and on the side, which I requested, 2) calamari, 3) shrimp, and 4) tortillas. My bowl only contained steak, chicken, eggs, pineapples, and noodles. I am disappointed with this experience and would like my order to be remade correctly or receive a full refund. Despite sending numerous emails and texts, I have not received any assistance or response. I am eagerly awaiting a resolution to this matter.

I recently placed an order on Favor and provided clear instructions for the driver to call me at the gate for access. Unfortunately, the driver, Farat, did not communicate with me at all. I monitored the app for his arrival, and when it showed that he had arrived, there was no food or attempt to contact me. I am frustrated by this experience. I attempted to reach customer service, but the lines were busy. It's disappointing that he did not make any effort to contact me, preventing me from meeting him halfway. I am concerned about not receiving my order and potentially being charged for it. Favor should investigate this matter to prevent it from happening to others. My intention was to enjoy a nice meal, but now I am reconsidering using this service in the future. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I accidentally completed an order without intending to do so. I was trying to view the total before finalizing the order. I attempted to contact the runner using the provided number but received a message that my number was not recognized. When I called the number, it redirected me to a recording. I reached out to Favor via email since it was the only contact information available. I also searched for a new number for them on Google, but the one I found was out of service. The order was for P Terry's on Congress & 6th in Austin, going to James Martin at [redacted] West 5th. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to cancel the order and will not accept or pay for it.

A customer called to place a takeout order, but due to their unclear voice and miscommunication, the order got messed up. When the customer arrived, the staff tried to ensure the order was correct by double-checking on the phone and showing the order on the iPad screen. Despite these efforts, the customer became upset when receiving the order and raised their voice, claiming it was incorrect. The situation escalated when the customer refused a refund and continued to yell, leading to other customers stepping in to support the staff. The user requests to ban the customer from future reservations based on their behavior but admits they only have the customer's phone number, [redacted], without a name. The incident occurred at Thai Cottage at Greenway around 2 pm on Dec 18.

On December 19, [redacted], I placed an order at Pho Thaison in Kyle, Texas. The issue arose when I checked my receipt and noticed that I had been charged for items that were missing from my order. Specifically, I did not receive the Fried Wings, for which I was charged $5.00, a fried egg for $1.50, and extra limes for $0.75. In total, I was charged $7.25 for items that were not included in my delivery. I kindly request a refund for the missing items or to have the amount credited to my account for future use.

I utilize Favor 2-3 times weekly and I am a big fan! Currently, I need a huge favor. Unfortunately, I had to cancel hosting Christmas dinner for my family due to an emergency. Two days ago, I purchased over $[redacted] worth of alcohol: 4 bottles of wine, 4 bottles of champagne, and a 12-pack of Smirnoff coolers. As a single mom of three, one of whom has Autism, I am on a tight budget. I kindly request to return at least half of my order because of the cost and the cancellation of our Christmas dinner at my place. I am willing to go to the Lincoln Heights HRB location tonight to process the return and have both receipts reflecting the payment details, although they display the Favor account number. Hello, I'm Damien S., a Favor Runner. On March 18, [redacted], at around 11:15-11:30 am, I received an order for Whataburger that led me from Killeen, Texas to Lampasas, Texas, which is a 22-mile drive each way. Unfortunately, when I arrived in Lampasas, I discovered no Whataburger, just a vehicle body shop. I then had to drive back 22 miles to Copperas Cove, Texas, to pick up the correct order. The customer was located approximately 5 miles away in FT. Hood, Texas. My concern is that Favor only paid me a base pay of $2.00, with the customer tip bringing it to just over $8.00. Could Favor possibly consider adding around $10.00 more to compensate for the error that resulted in me driving an extra 40 miles, wasting gas and time? I've tried contacting runner support through calls and text messages, but have not received any response.

I was extremely disappointed with my Favor delivery today compared to my previous positive experience. My dissatisfaction mainly lies with the runner. I had requested sharp cheddar cheese but received a 2% milk substitute instead. Also, I needed a gallon of distilled water for my oxygen concentrator, but the runner bought a 10 LB, 2.5 gallon container I couldn't lift. Despite asking for no cheese and specific items like Canada Dry Ginger Ale without substitutions, the runner picked incorrect items. As someone undergoing chemo, the specific items are crucial for me, yet the runner didn't contact me during shopping or delivery. Not receiving my preferred items like Bluebell popsicles, essential after chemo, was also frustrating. I didn’t even hear the delivery, had to be told by a neighbor about it, and had trouble accessing my front door due to the groceries' placement. This lack of communication and wrong purchases are unacceptable, and I urge Favor to address this issue promptly. Order confirmation: [redacted]5.

I used the Favor app to order from Pizza Bar None on April 1, spending $58.47, but my order did not arrive, and I received no communication from the delivery person. When I called the restaurant, an answering service explained they closed early due to the pandemic, which was before my 8:24 P.M. order. My card was charged, but I never received my food. I am seeking a refund for this order placed through Favor, reference number (#[redacted]), as I have not received any responses to my emails or texts to Favor in the last 48 hours.

Hello, I've used Favor twice to have groceries delivered from HEB. The first time, the runner called me to confirm my items. However, my recent experience was not great. I received a text from "Maddie" about the absence of toilet paper, but she did not call about the rest of my order. I ended up with unwanted items like two diet cokes instead of a 2-liter and individual packs instead of the pitcher packs of tropical punch HEB mix. Despite knowing they had what I needed, I was neither called nor texted, which was disappointing. I have no use for the individual packs as I specifically need the pitcher packs for my elderly mother. The wrong type of kitty litter was chosen, which my cats won't use. These errors are costly and make me hesitant to use Favor again. I will also be sharing my experience with HEB and fellow seniors on my Facebook.

I truly appreciate the help the company provides. I am 70 years old and face challenges with mobility, vision, and hearing. I rely on your services as I have a limited income and don't drive. When I order from Favors HEB, I carefully select non-spicy food. Unfortunately, some items have arrived spicier than requested, with the latest order being labeled extra hot. I am unable to return or replace them as the receipt is missing. Despite being told runners would call to exchange items if needed, I've never received any calls after six attempts. HEB directs me to your company for assistance, but finding a way to report an issue seems difficult. I am grateful for your service but ask for better adherence to the requested steps. It's challenging not knowing the total cost until checking my bank statement later on. I've previously reached out twice without a response. Thank you for your assistance and prompt reply.

While making a payment on Favor, my card was declined, even though there were sufficient funds in the account. I tried using a different card, which was also declined despite having enough money. After closing the app, I noticed a charge of $98.85 on the second card, which went through. A few days later, the initially declined card was also charged $98.95 by Favor. I reached out to Favor on the day of the incident, but haven't received a response yet. The automated customer service phone number provided no option to speak with a representative. I appreciate the hard work of Favor employees during these trying times and value their services. However, being charged twice for a grocery fee of $98 is distressing, impacting my ability to pay for essentials. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I noticed three unauthorized charges on my account from Favor. One was to Walmart, which I was able to cancel. There were also two gift card purchases, one for $10 that was refunded but another one for $[redacted] that has not been returned yet. While I found the information about possible data breaches helpful, all three errors occurred on my Favor account. The Walmart charge even had an address that does not belong to me. I have no knowledge of who received the gift cards. Could you please refund the $[redacted].00 for the gift card that I did not purchase?

I placed a grocery home delivery order with you on 4/25/20 around noon today. I received too many items that I would never have in my house. For example, I received fat-free half and half, fat-free evaporated milk, glade carpet deodorizer instead of Comet cleanser, whole wheat flour instead of white bread flour, and Puffs tissues with lotion instead of non-lotion tissues. Additionally, I got seasoned chicken instead of regular fresh whole chicken and a kale salad instead of fresh kale. The substitutions were completely different products, not just a different brand. The delivery took five hours instead of the promised two, and the shopper was changed without notifying me. I am allergic to fragrances, and these items are not suitable for me. I request a refund for the items I am unhappy with. Thank you.

I applied to work as a runner towards the end of last year. Being disabled, I rely on having a side income. After going through orientation, I received a letter denying me from working for Favor due to a previous criminal background. I strongly believe this decision is unfair. The charge is over 20 years old from Iowa when I was only 20 or 21. I am now 47 and have not had any other charges since then. It was a non-violent offense with no involvement of weapons. I urgently ask for Favor to reconsider my employment. These are challenging times for everyone, and I am eager to assist others and supplement my income. Living on $[redacted] a month is impossible. I place weekly orders for my elderly aunt and uncle in Kyle, TX, who have dietary restrictions on salt. Last week, the runner named Rick, who seemed elderly in his picture, was inefficient. He didn't deliver the groceries; instead, a teenage girl did while Rick drove. Rick initially went to the wrong location in San Marcos, requiring me to redirect him for 15 minutes. The items delivered were incorrect, including salted butter instead of Country Crock Lite Margarine, individual pepperoni pizzas instead of a Toni's cheese pizza, baby wipes instead of anti-bacterial wipes, and a small roma tomato instead of a large fresh tomato. Rick made no effort to confirm or make substitutions, unlike previous runners who were more attentive. This experience was a disappointment compared to the usual great service from other runners from the HEB Superstore near Kyle, Tx, where I place the orders from Edna, TX.

I ordered a Beef and Cheddar sandwich from Arby’s along with other items, but I requested a sesame seed bun instead of the onion bun I received. Upon noticing the mistake, I picked out the onions. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to the manager, Steve, who kindly offered to replace the sandwich at my convenience. However, I'm uncertain about arranging it through Favor. As for my chocolate shake, it was too thin and lacked thickness, resembling more of a smoothie. I would appreciate a refund for the Beef and Cheddar sandwich and the chocolate shake.
