We made an order at *:**, it’s now *:**. In that time we had a client with”bathroom issues” named Katherine who called and said she had made the order and was going in to pick it up. Then, all the sudden we had many runners and finally Javy N. got our order and contacted us. Now our order is made but the restaurant is busy and informed him it will be another **-** minutes. This is unacceptable. **We had a similar problem less than ** days ago with an order from miss Saigon. We were not contacted for one day after writing about that order. **I do not think I should have to pay an increased fee since when we made the order it wasn’t during a surge pricing period. Since the last two issues have been so disappointing I feel like you should make other attempts to rectify the situation. **I work in a service industry and client satisfaction is what it’s all about. The client always has the option to chose a different provider and I am trying to not be forced into that option.**As a side note Javy has also reached out to y’all.*Jennifer Eaves
