I recently placed my 1st order for cigarettes through Favor and was surprised that it was submitted without showing me the total cost. I tried to cancel by contacting the driver, but I also wanted to confirm the cancellation with you. I planned to order more items than just 1 pack, but I need transparency on the fees before proceeding. I refuse to place an order without knowing the total. Please cancel my order. As a first-time user, I'm disappointed with the lack of explanation on how the app works. There was no clear way to cancel within the app, which led me to search online for solutions. The process has been confusing for me.

I placed an order for a cell phone charger yesterday evening. Two different deliveries arrived, and the first one claimed my order was "dropped" and asked for cash payment. I handed over thirteen dollars, which was for the charger and a tip. Later, another runner showed up, but I had already received my order. Now, I see two pending orders in the app, one for $30.00 and the other for $32.something. I am confused about the pricing and upset that the app did not confirm it with me. The distance was short, and $30.00 seems too high for this delivery. I uninstalled the app, but I might consider using it for food delivery in the future if this issue gets resolved promptly. I purchased food from Dairy Queen last night, ordering a four-piece chicken basket and an 8-piece steak basket. I texted the runner to ensure the order was correct and fresh. The runner was rude when delivering the food, giving me two 4-piece steak finger baskets instead. I tried calling Favor multiple times but couldn't get through and left messages. This has happened too many times, and I'm frustrated with the service. My family couldn't eat as planned, and despite emailing and texting, I have not received a response. I hope someone can help me before the day ends. Thank you in advance.

I placed an order at Olive Garden on October 26 totaling $64.79. My name is Jessica L. and you can reach me at [redacted]. Unfortunately, the order was completely wrong and the delivery driver had trouble communicating in English. After contacting Olive Garden, they assured me they would refund the full amount. I have been patiently waiting for the refund to reflect in my account. It has been two weeks, and I am concerned about when the money will be returned since the food had to be discarded due to the errors in the order. Hello, I am a manager at JuiceLand in Oak Hill located at [redacted] Highway [redacted]. Recently, a Favor runner named Mitch came by to pick up an order from our drive-thru around 10:50 am on 12/14/18. After receiving the order, Mitch became aggressive, banging on our window and yelling at my employee. Despite not choosing a receipt option on our tablet, he demanded a receipt and insulted us loudly, causing a scene in front of other customers. My employee promptly printed out a receipt to resolve the situation, but his behavior was completely unacceptable. I strongly urge you to take immediate action and terminate this employee. The order consisted of three medium drinks under the name Mitch.

I purchased several items from a nearby gas station, but some were unavailable. The runner suggested smaller packages which I agreed to. I originally wanted 2 six-packs of airhead candies priced around $2.50-3.00 each, but they were out of stock. Instead, the runner got me 20 individual airhead candies at $3 each without informing me. This totaled to $60 for the candies alone, rather than the $10 I expected to pay for the 2 six-packs. Additionally, there was a surprise processing fee of $5.68 and a $6 delivery fee for a location down the street. I am seeking a refund for the candy costs, the delivery charge, or at least the processing fee. The lack of transparency regarding the pricing and fees was unexpected, and I hope for a resolution as soon as possible.

I recently ordered a taco box with 12 tacos from Favor. However, I noticed an extra beverage on the bill charged for 69 cents, which seemed unnecessary to me. The total order should have been $14.00 plus taxes and fees. I was disappointed to see this additional item added without my consent. The delivery was also delayed by about an hour. Although I usually use Uber Eats, they do not yet deliver to my current location. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly for the sake of your business reputation. Unfortunately, due to this mix-up and unauthorized charge, I will not be using this service again and will not recommend it to others. On February 17, [redacted], I made two separate purchases. Firstly, I bought beer and wine from HEB for a total of $21.06, and secondly, I purchased food from Wingbarn for $25.62. Later that day, I checked my account and noticed unauthorized charges - two transactions for $7 each and two for $28 each, totaling $70. I immediately contacted customer service, but it was unhelpful. I emailed my concern and expected a response by Monday, but no reply came. It’s now Tuesday, my money is still missing, and I haven’t heard anything from Favor. I called customer support and was on hold for 15 minutes after being told a two-minute wait time, only to be disconnected. I'm extremely agitated as I feel betrayed by this company. I can't seem to get in touch with anyone to resolve this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have encountered a few issues with Favor recently. Firstly, while I understand that they do not deliver alcohol, there have been instances where I ordered cigarettes and the driver, who is 18, was unable to deliver them. I question why they accept the order if they cannot complete it. Secondly, deliveries have been taking longer than usual, and tonight, I ordered four items which took over an hour, only to be informed that one item couldn't be delivered, leading me to adjust the tip lower, which I normally don't like to do. As a disabled veteran relying on deliveries, I find it frustrating when items cannot be fulfilled. I had to cancel my order tonight. I hope these issues can be resolved promptly. Thank you, Rick.

I represent a property located at [redacted] Airline Road in Corpus Christi, Texas. Today's date is March 21, [redacted], and the incident occurred around 1:25 pm. An individual who identified herself as a Favor employee contacted us from the gate, mentioning she was unable to enter using a resident's code. When inquired about the resident, the call abruptly ended. Subsequently, the person entered the property through the exit gate, proceeded to the office, and disregarded instructions on gate operation provided over the phone. Despite being advised against using the exit gate due to safety concerns, she entered verbally agitated and uncooperative. After being told of a potential complaint for her behavior, she threatened retaliation and raised her voice, causing a disturbance. We kindly request that another representative be assigned to our location moving forward due to this unprofessional encounter. I placed an order with you on Thursday evening at Piranha Killer Sushi and was charged $57.48. The issue is that my entire order was not delivered, and what did arrive was incorrect. The credit card receipt indicated a total of $35.43. To complicate matters, I received a call from the restaurant because my order was mishandled. I even confirmed the order with one of the servers to avoid mistakes. Unfortunately, I tried to reach the restaurant after receiving the wrong items, but could not get through as there was no answer or voicemail. I contacted my Favor driver, who was unable to help. In summary, I was overcharged, waited excessively long, and ended up without my friend's dinner. I am requesting a full refund. I am a frequent Favor user and plan to continue, although I will avoid ordering from that restaurant in the future. Thank you, - J.C.

I had a disappointing experience with my food order. I placed it at 7:15, but the runner arrived late at 8:15, causing our food to be soggy and cold when it arrived nearly two hours later. Customer service initially offered a $12 credit despite acknowledging the delivery delay. After reaching out again, the second representative claimed the issue was resolved, but I disagreed. I requested a refund due to the inedible food we had to discard, but have yet to receive a response. I recommend trying GrubHub, SpeedyFood, or DoorDash instead, as this new place lacks in customer service and problem resolution. Prepare to potentially lose money on an unsatisfactory order, as they do not seem willing to address issues adequately.

I work in the Cypress area of Houston where you recently started handling fleet orders for an H-E-B owned by you. It's frustrating as there's no customer service. My texts have gone unanswered for over two weeks, and no one picks up the phones. To ensure markets open before 11 a.m., there must be someone available to assist. The current ordering process results in unnecessary 40-minute round trips for drivers. Previously, this was not the case. Please improve the service to retain excellent drivers. Also, drivers arriving at stores with many children in their cars is unacceptable, tarnishing H-E-B's reputation. Promptly address these issues before drivers resort to public and media complaints. The changes have made the job less enjoyable for everyone involved - customers, attendants, and drivers alike.

I purchased 5 pints of ice cream from HEB and received one for free due to National Ice Cream Day. Each pint was $1.98, and I also gave a $6 tip, totaling $17.06 with no delivery fee. However, when checking my bank account, I noticed two charges, $17.06 and $27.89. As someone on a fixed income, disabled, and with 4 children, this discrepancy is concerning. I mistakenly used my daughter's account for the order as well. I expect a refund, not a credit, and if the money is not returned promptly, I will have to involve the authorities. A few days ago, I ordered nachos from Mama Margie's and had a bad experience. I was overcharged and my order was incorrect. After contacting my delivery person, he said he would resolve the issue through Favor. Mama Margie's explained that the runner went through the drive-thru instead of coming inside. They advised me to contact Favor for a refund as the order was already delivered incorrectly. When the runner arrived, I had trouble identifying him as he parked at my neighbor's house. After a confusing interaction, he tried to contact Favor but couldn't reach them. Eventually, I accepted the wrong food and decided to keep it as he struggled to get in touch with Favor. Unfortunately, the nachos were not as expected with shredded cheese instead of queso dip, and the nachos were soggy and unpleasant.

I'm inquiring about the charges I received on August 14th for $8 and on August 15th for $25. I only placed one order with Favor for an Einstein delivery, which included a hot chocolate, smoothie, chocolate croissant (received a plain one instead), and a small potato item that was charged at $1 despite being listed for $2.99 and being unsatisfactory. I am bewildered by these unexpected charges and would appreciate a refund promptly. My experience during the ordering process was also unusual as I did not receive a confirmation message after placing my order, but instead was shown that the driver was en route to pick up the food. Hello, this is Chris. I recently placed an order on Favor from Chicken Express. The order totaled $30, which seems higher than expected. The meal itself was $7.39, plus tax, for the 3-piece chicken combo. I added 2 peppers for 79 cents each. I checked the order total with the restaurant, and they confirmed it to be $9.08, including taxes. However, when factoring in the delivery fee of $3 and a tip, the total should not have been $30. I cannot afford this amount and need it rectified as soon as possible. The receipt in my food bag only shows the 2 peppers costing $1.71. I would appreciate it if the correct amount is charged as I have other expenses to cover and cannot pay $30 for a meal that costs less than $10.

I received the incorrect burger with my recent Sonic order. I received a regular cheeseburger instead of the Supersonic Bacon Double Cheeseburger that I paid for. The burger was messy and lacked bacon. The fries and drink were correct, but I would prefer a refund to my card instead of store credit.

We have recently received complaints regarding one of your delivery drivers. Her name appears to be Shay Young, driving a Honda with license plate CWB [redacted]. She is a regular at our location, picking up orders almost every day. On Tuesday, October 8th, at 6:24pm, she picked up an order destined for [redacted] Tiffany Park Court. Shay Young often sends her son, who is approximately 10 years old, to our store wearing a Favor shirt to pay with the company credit card. While he behaves well, customers have expressed concerns about his age and the lack of supervision. Despite needing clarification on some orders, Shay Young consistently remains in her car and refuses to enter the restaurant. We kindly ask for your assistance in investigating this matter. I recently ordered from Pluckers for lunch, but unfortunately, my order was completely incorrect. Despite appearing right initially, once I opened the box, it was apparent that the order was wrong. I had requested 10 spicy Lemon Pepper wings with tater tots, blue cheese, and ranch dressing, but I was charged extra for the incorrect dressings. Additionally, the total cost of $31 was significantly higher than my usual $16 meal value. The spiciest wings received were the Atomic level, causing my lips to swell and turn red. Furthermore, the provided waffle fries were stale and old. The order number was [redacted]. While the delivery driver was pleasant, the mistake was made by the restaurant. They advised that only you can process the refund.
