The driver only delivered it yesterday to my neighbour but not to me, I never saw the driver.**I have got the record of the receiver's signature for the status of delivered last Friday in the email sent by i-parcel . It was not my signature, I did not see the driver at all. This was my second experience to deal with such a situation that parcel was not delivered but the status was delivered. In the first experience, the driver did not deliver my parcel (the tracking no. LTN*IE****** )and updated my parcel as delivered, after two weeks, I complained to i-parcel, then my parcel came back, but it delayed about a few weeks after the delivered status scanned and showed. This was second time to deliver my parcel with more serious problem, the driver got the different signature from the receiver, I was not sure who signed my parcel??. I have felt it has been very danger to have FASTWAY to deliver my parcels as faulty in each delivery, the driver always scanned and updated the status of delivery to DELIVERED BUT NOT TRULY DELIVERED ON THAT DAY, it only causes customers' great anxiety and stress, if I had not received my parcel yesterday, then I only got loss as I did not know the parcel had arrived, I have felt very insecure and unsafe with FASTWAY. The delivery method is not safe and secure and the driver controlled the parcels and delivery. I am not happy with FASTWAY delivery. I hope FASTWAY will take my complain seriously, and would train the delivering drivers in a high quality for customer services, this is the only way to build FASTWAY's reputation and good customer services.
