I bought a warriors shirt for my dad for fathers day at the solano town center location. Turns out he went and bought the same shirt for himself that same day. I went back to that fans store for a reffund with the receipt and the manager, Jordan told me in a very rude way that i could not get a refund or exchange. His excuse was that he told his employees to tell every customer that there sales were final on the back to back shirt i purchased. Problem is Michael, who rung me up, never told me this information or i would of bought a different shirt since it was a gift. Jordan then said it would be impossible to write final sale on the receipt at the time of purchase and when i asked for the company's number he refused to give it to me.
