I got a Warriors shirt for my Dad for Father's Day at the Solano Town Center location. Unfortunately, he ended up buying the same shirt for himself on the same day. I returned to the Fans store with the receipt to request a refund, and the manager, Jordan, refused rudely. Jordan claimed that all sales were final, but the employee who sold me the shirt, Michael, did not inform me of this policy. When I asked for the company's contact information, Jordan declined to provide it.

Hello, I am Pat D. from St. Anna Greek Orthodox Church in Cottonwood Heights, UT. I am reaching out to kindly request 2 Donovan Mitchell t-shirts for a youth silent auction for our church's building fund. I recently made a purchase of $90.00 worth of U of U items from your website to support our cause. Adding Mitchell t-shirts to our auction would be a great addition, as the kids in our parish are big fans. We are working hard to raise funds for our church and have been putting together baskets with items parishioners would enjoy. Including U of U and Donovan Mitchell merchandise in the baskets would be very appealing to the youth in our community. I bought a gift card for Christmas and tried to use it at the South Town mall recently. The cashier informed me that Fanzz no longer accepts gift cards as they have been acquired by Lids. I asked about exchanging it for a Lids gift card, but was told it wasn't possible. The cashier mentioned the card was essentially useless now. I then contacted Fashion Place mall, and they confirmed they accept the cards. I'm unsure if the cards are still usable or not. If they are no longer accepted, I'm concerned about getting a refund. The stores still display the Fanzz name and it is printed on my gift card, making it seem valid. It would be unfair if the gift cards are obsolete now, which is concerning from a consumer standpoint.

During my visit to your Grapevine, Texas store (Store #[redacted]) on Saturday, April 13 at 1:29 pm, I encountered Assistant Store Manager Steven at the register. Unfortunately, I did not receive any acknowledgment upon entering. After browsing the store for a few minutes and waiting at the register, Steven was preoccupied with counting money until he finally scanned my item without a word. Only then did he thank me for my patience, but by that point, the lack of interaction was disheartening. When I expressed my disappointment at his failure to greet customers promptly, he justified his behavior by claiming he couldn't stop counting money. The whole experience left me feeling he was rude and condescending. Upon declining a bag for my purchase, I left the store feeling dissatisfied. Later, I noticed another employee engrossed in their phone while customers were present, which further added to my disappointment with the store's customer service.

I purchased a hat that needed to be ready the next day with my name embroidered on it. When I picked it up, I noticed a stain and asked for it to be removed. The person cleaning it made it worse by moving the threads around. I suggested removing and redoing it, but was told it would take until the next day. Despite needing it the next day, I took it as is. However, upon returning and asking for something else, it was done poorly with gaps in the lettering. I was told the machine was faulty, evident in the messy back. They claimed issues with white thread, which contradicted my previous positive experiences customizing hats for my nephews.
