The issue in GetHuman-alsomd's own words
I ordered an Alabama pullover (order ****-****-****) and was charged for the item (approx $**) and the wrong item was shipped to me. I called customer service and they apologized and also told me the item I originally ordered was out of stock. They said they would refund my money but if I could find another item around the same price range they would “price match” it and expedite the shipping. I found another item (********) and they said they would charge my credit card again but refund the difference between the original item and the replacement item (approx $**). The customer service rep took my credit card info again and then said his computer was freezing up and I needed to call back in a couple of hours to explain to another agent what happened. I did call back * hours later and after explaining and being put on hold for approx ** minutes she informed me that the “new order” was too far along in processing and there was no way to expedite shipping. Also she couldn’t verify that the difference in the items had been refunded. So I have spent approx *.* hours on the phone today, been charged twice, have to go to the post office to return the original item that was mistakenly sent to me and I won’t have my desired order in time for Christmas when my original order was competed on or about December **th.

GetHuman-alsomd did not yet indicate what FansEdge.com should do to make this right.
