On Dec * I ordered * tickets to The Bostonian. I did not receive email confirmation so I thought that the order did not go through and I ordered * more. Again I did not receive email confirmation so I called Fandango customer service and explained the situation. I was credited with the cost of one set of the tickets but not the service fee. I called customer service earlier today and was told that Fandango does not credit service fees under any circumstances. I think that this policy is unfair and shortsighted.
GetHuman-jandrsch did not yet indicate what Fandango should do to make this right.
