A couple weeks ago, I bought tickets to watch A quiet place (confirmation number A**********). I attempted to buy the ticket a first time and it did not let me so I had to buy them again. However, the credit card was charged twice. I had already contacted the help and then I was assured that it was only an authorization charge, but there were two transactions from fandango in the credit card, both taking the same amount of money. After almost a month, what was supposed to be a "temporary hold" is still there and it has been charged. I would like a refund back for one of the times because I just bought * tickets and was charged for * basically.
GetHuman-tataisaz did not yet indicate what Fandango should do to make this right.
