I purchased a long sleeve Virginia Tech shirt for my brother on November 29th. It was supposed to be delivered to his address at [redacted] Caraway St, Tallahassee, FL [redacted]. However, he never received it even though your records show it was delivered on December 4th. The order number is 21-5[redacted]. I am unsure if it was stolen, not taken off the truck, or delivered to the wrong address. Could you kindly send a replacement and ensure that it is delivered to a secure location?

I am experiencing an issue where I am unable to provide my email address to Bing Webmaster due to the website's robots.txt file restrictions. This is preventing me from canceling my order with Fanatics. I have also tried reaching out to Fanatics' toll-free number for assistance with canceling my order and obtaining tracking numbers, but they are refusing to help. The chat robot service is unhelpful, repeatedly responding with "I don't understand." Additionally, my email replies to messages from the company are being blocked, making it impossible for me to cancel this duplicate order. I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly.

I'm disappointed that 3 of the 4 items I ordered won't work as Christmas gifts. The online sizing chart was misleading, and I shouldn't have to cover the return shipping costs. I bought a Michigan State hoodie for my daughter based on the bust size indicated, but it turned out to be too small. Similarly, the Ohio State shirt I got for my nephew is way too short in the sleeves despite following the size chart. I also ordered a Dallas sweater for my dog, but the website only displayed human sizes, so I mistakenly picked a large, which is specified for 35-40 lbs. It's frustrating that this information wasn't clearer online, and now I'll have to reorder, unsure if the correct sizes are even in stock while also shouldering the shipping fees.

I am Tessa C., and I made a purchase from Fanatics on November 28th. Despite receiving a shipping confirmation email on November 30th, my order has not arrived as of December 9th. Unfortunately, I am unable to track my order through the email notification. This is a Christmas gift that I urgently need, and the significant amount has already been deducted from my account. Hello, I recently bought a jacket from your store and tracked its shipping progress. I received a notification from FedEx indicating that it was delivered to my front door. Unfortunately, either the delivery person left it in the wrong location or it was taken from my doorstep. I didn't receive the package. I purchased a Black Lamar Jackson jersey for my daughter as a Christmas gift on November 13 under Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. I was expecting the delivery this week but received an email stating that my order was canceled and a refund will be issued. I did not initiate this cancellation. Upon contacting your company, I was informed that it was due to the size being unavailable. The delay in communication regarding this issue is quite disappointing. My daughter really wanted this item, and now I had to settle for a Purple one at a higher price from a different company. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Fanatics.

I recently received a Purdue sweatshirt as a Christmas gift, but unfortunately, it's the wrong size. This is why I prefer shopping at stores nearby for easier returns. The sweatshirt I received is a Purdue Boilermakers heathered gray proud mascot pull over hoodie in size large, but I had ordered a size small. I might consider giving it to my son if it fits, but I really need a small. I hope I can exchange it now, so close to Christmas. My order number is [redacted]. I'm disappointed to see that the NY Giants checkers I ordered won't arrive until December 26th. I had purchased it as a Christmas gift for my grandson. The delay in delivery is frustrating since I made the order on 12/06/19. I've already received the Giants football helmet, and I was expecting both items to be here by Christmas. I placed an order for men's retro Steelers socks and a pair of men's Steelers underwear over a week ago via phone. Despite the person being friendly, I believe there was some confusion as I never received an email confirmation. I was given the order number: [redacted]-[redacted]. I've reached out multiple times to explain I didn't make an order due to computer issues. Somehow, an order went through, but I had already purchased the item from another site. I've resolved it with PayPal already paying the other vendor. I received your order today, and I will be returning it. I've informed PayPal to halt payment to you for this order. I have received multiple orders with different tracking numbers. There are no invoices or enclosed paperwork that make sense. The wait time to speak with a customer service representative seems overly long. I am requesting detailed descriptions and prices for each individual item. Please identify any items that do not fall under the [redacted]-day return policy. I am satisfied with some items and intend to keep them. However, there are items that do not fit, lack quality, and one in particular that looks nothing like the picture and is very tacky. I need guidance on how to return these items. My granddaughter inadvertently placed an order last night for $41.98, unaware that the shipping cost was $13.00. Upon realizing this mistake, I attempted to cancel the order promptly but was unsuccessful. The transaction was made using my Amex ending in [redacted], under the name Joan Cooney. I haven't received the email confirmation for my order. When I placed the order, the confirmation was not displayed on my screen, so I couldn't retrieve the details. My account was charged $96.66, but without the confirmation email, I can't verify the price or if there was free shipping. I had assumed the items were on sale. I placed my order on December 2nd, and it was shipped on December 3rd with an expected delivery date of December 12th. FedEx was supposed to deliver it, but now I am receiving alerts that it is being sent to the post office instead, leaving me uncertain of when I will actually receive it. I am frustrated because I paid $37 for a sweatshirt that has not arrived within the promised timeframe. Your website indicated I should have received the package on either December 11th or 12th based on the shipping dates, and it is now the 14th. This delay is unacceptable, and I expect someone to address and resolve this issue promptly. Waiting a month for a package is unreasonable, and had I known this would happen, I would have chosen to order directly from NFLShop instead.

I don't need my order rushed, just standard shipping is fine for me. It looks like the shipping method needs to be adjusted to reflect the standard mailing cost instead of rush. I've been attempting to reach customer service via chat, email, and help services for the past 12 hours, but all attempts have been unsuccessful with messages stating they are busy and to try again later. The phone prompts me to use email or chat, but when I try those, I'm directed back to the [redacted] number. This issue must be resolved before the order is shipped. Assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am extremely frustrated with your website. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times but keep getting disconnected. I am calling during operating hours, yet I still can't get through. The online chat assistance also disconnects me. Please cancel my order number #21-5[redacted]. This situation feels like a scam since I can't reach anyone. I will be contacting my bank to look into this purchase.

I need assistance urgently. I have been trying to contact the number [redacted] several times today without any luck. No live agents answer, and I keep getting transferred between pre-recorded messages until the call disconnects. Similarly, the Chat option is unavailable, indicating all Fan Advocates are busy assisting others at the moment. This lack of response has reached a frustrating dead end. I placed an order on Monday, 12/10, through shop.georgiadogs.com, and while part of the order arrived on Thursday, 12/12, I am still waiting for the rest. Yesterday, Sunday, 12/15, I received an email stating that the remaining package was delivered to my office, which is closed on Sundays. According to FedEx tracking, the package was delivered to Noblesville, IN, at 1:51 pm on the same day. I reside in Georgia, not Indiana. Any help is greatly appreciated. It's frustrating that I cannot reach anyone through phone or chat channels. Thank you.

I could not reach a representative over the phone and had to resort to using the chat feature. I mentioned that I forgot to apply the free shipping code and use my fan cash on my recent order. The agent, Brittani, was unable to help me find the shipping code and mentioned I couldn't use my fan cash without being on my account. Unfortunately, she proceeded to cancel my order despite my attempts to provide the 30ship code for free shipping. Brittani informed me that my refund might take up to 7 days. I urgently need the refund to purchase my wife's Christmas present, a jersey. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested to speak with a supervisor, but Brittani said I needed to contact customer service, which proved challenging due to the difficulty in reaching them by phone. My order number was 21-5[redacted] under the name Glenn Caplin. I simply desire my order with the appropriate discounts applied. Thank you for your help.

I have not received my order yet. I have emailed twice but have not received any response regarding its whereabouts. According to your information, it was supposed to arrive on the 9th, but the tracking number provided does not show any updates. I am disappointed with the customer service experience. I spoke with a representative yesterday evening regarding an issue with my recent order of an A's hat. The specific color my friend wanted was the lighter Kelly green, but unfortunately, I received the dark green instead. I unpackaged it last night to prepare for Christmas and was quite disappointed. Despite this, I wrapped it up as Christmas is fast approaching. I am unsure if the representative fully resolved the problem as the call ended with them thanking me after asking for my address.
