I have to admit I’ve seen a lot and I’ve done a lot and this is the first time that I’ve ever experienced this particular issue and I’m on the backside of my **s. Perhaps you need to revamp, check and balance your shipping? I’m not sure how this happened but it did. I received my hubby’s NFL hat yesterday after the Bears at least clinched their division we all know what happened on Sunday so I was really happy that I went out online immediately at that time to order him a hat for the long-awaited mile stone with The Bears but because it was a special order I had to wait till after Christmas to receive it. As soon as I got it out of the box I was mad, laughing at first because you guys obviously ***** us over but you actually get it blatantly and then I ended up getting mad we all know there’s a mark up on retail, yes, but to actually build me ***** shipping and then ship it to me with the hat with the cost of **** still attached ? Shame on you. I’ve made several purchases over the years with your company and I got to tell you, not me not again I know I’m just one of millions of customers I know I’m not a movie star or a millionaire I’m just the wife of a diehard Bears fan truth be known I’m the Cheesehead of the family makes life interesting in our house anyway it’s just the point I tried sending it via email and it won’t let me I have pictures of it with your invoice it charge me **** it won’t let me attach the pictures and less you give me a real email address I’d be happy but check it out you need to look at your shipping department
