This message might not ever make it past this page, whoever reads this Shame on Fanatics for Not Once But Twice sending out an item that should have never been shipped out! I have been a Customer of Fanatics for Many years, I had purchased a Sale item for my Austic Godson Joe in Ny, the first item had Corroded Batteries in it, I was issued a return and the item was replaced with yet ANOTHER exact item that was more corroded than the last! I had also had it noted to let the warehouse know of this and to Check the other items, Shame on you!*It does not Matter the price of an item but it DOES matter to the Customer, A GOOD EXPERIENCE A CUSTOMER WILL TELL OTHERS A BAD EXPERIENCE A CUSTOMER WILL TELL THE WORLD. You will lose a Customer over this as my Dear Austic Godson has been waiting on this ornament in his Halloween basket I send out today, he had already put up his Christmas tree as he is a Diehard Ravens fan as the ornament was, so Thank you for yet Another disappointment!*And yes I do have pictures*Sincerely
