I registered for FanDuel through the Facebook game Throne Rush. The in-game reward is supposed to be 1,[redacted] gems for signing up and completing minimum tasks. I received a response from GetHuman saying this offer might be dubious. The offer is on TrialPay support, and it's still shown in the game as a sign-up reward for FanDuel today. I am yet to get this reward. Who should I reach out to about this matter? Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

I am inquiring about ticket number [redacted]31. I gave my nephew $50 from my account as a graduation gift, but you charged me twice. After requesting a refund, you assured me it would be returned in the original form of payment. However, you have only refunded $50 to me, and my nephew's account shows a balance of $56 instead of the full $[redacted] you deducted from me. To make matters worse, you have closed his account, leaving him with only $6. I am upset about the situation and feel as though a mistake has been made. I need clarification on this issue as it seems unfair to my nephew, who is a kind individual.

I am a dedicated user of your fantasy sports service and have been enjoying it immensely. Recently, I encountered a concerning issue with my account (roughriders84). After winning some money in various games, I logged in the next day to find a significant amount missing. I had not played any games that day, as I was busy with work and personal commitments. This loss has been distressing and frustrating for me. I value the security of my account and my responsible gaming habits. I am reaching out to request your assistance in resolving this situation. Last night, I scored [redacted] points and didn't win anything. I feel like this may be rigged. Many times, I feel like I should have won something, but always fall short. How is it possible that thousands of people all end up with around the same amount of points? I recall a time in fantasy football when I was ahead by $1 with 2 high-scoring players left, but ended up only winning 75 cents. I think all of my entries should be reviewed for fairness.

On January 11, [redacted], during the afternoon, I opened an account with FanDuel Fantasy/Sportsbook. I deposited $50 via a wire transfer from PNC Bank. I tried to place a bet on the NFL playoffs but was unable to do so from my state. It has been almost 10 days, and I am still trying to get my deposit back since I cannot place bets. I do not have any interest in fantasy. I have been reaching out via email to both Fantasy and Sportsbook multiple times. They are claiming they have no record of my transaction, but I have proof of a check being cashed on January 13, [redacted], payable to MZSRVS. The check number is [redacted]. My name is Edgar Hawkins, and I have listed my email in previous correspondences. If this is not resolved soon, I will contact PNC to dispute the transaction on January 21, [redacted]. I expected this to be resolved about 7 to 8 days ago but have had difficulty with Fantasy and Sportsbook, specifically Jordan, Ashley, and Nate. I hope we can resolve this quickly to avoid any negative social media feedback. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Over a month ago, I mistakenly deposited $[redacted] into Sportsbook instead of Fantasy Football. After requesting a transfer, I was informed that it couldn't be done, but a refund to my debit card would be processed. The transaction occurred on September 27th. Despite receiving an email confirming the refund, the amount never appeared back in my account. I was told that due to the rapid turnover, the refund may not be visible on the same day. However, after checking my account, I can see that $[redacted] was deducted on September 27th, but no refund is reflected. This issue has been ongoing for too long, and I urgently need it resolved. Despite being assured that it was addressed, no funds have been reimbursed yet.

As a Pennsylvania resident for two decades, I'm encountering an issue with the Geo-Locator on Fanduel. Even after reinstalling it, I'm unable to sign in to fund my account. The website continues to buffer endlessly. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you, Jordan L.

I tried to add funds three times but ended up adding $[redacted] to my account. To my surprise, $[redacted] was deducted from my card for FanDuel, even though I only added $[redacted] to my FanDuel account. This discrepancy has left my card with no funds, and the extra $[redacted] I intended to add is nowhere to be found.

I didn't open an account; my children used my information to take out over $[redacted] on a game, which was money I needed for rent and bills. I have canceled my card, but I would like to be reimbursed for the funds that were taken from my account. My eldest daughter had access to my details without my knowledge, and I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I am reaching out for the third time today and multiple times yesterday to address an issue with an in-match wager I placed on a tennis match on FanDuel Sportsbook. The match was interrupted shortly after I placed the bet, and despite assurances from customer support that it would reappear, it did not. I was informed the match would continue the next day, but the bet never reappeared, leading to it being settled as a loss after an update. On 7/15/21, I placed a $10 bet and had $[redacted].00 in my account. I paid $10 for Apple Play and sent $11 to my dad through Cash App. Today, I checked my bank account and found $96.62 remaining. Upon reviewing my bank statement, I saw a $21 transaction on the 16th that I didn't make. FanDuel deducted $30 on 7/16/21, a day I didn't use the app. My card was declined today when I tried to pay my light bill due to the reduced balance. I need the money back urgently for bills as I have a sick child and car issues. I seek resolution as I did not authorize these transactions.

I am attempting to withdraw $[redacted] that I deposited into FanDuel. Despite receiving 27 emails in the past 4 weeks confirming the refund, I have yet to see the money. I have documentation showing multiple transactions but have been unable to access the funds. Various representatives, including Cassandra, Ben, and PLAY + support, have informed me the refund was processed, advising me to contact my bank. However, the funds have not appeared in my bank account since two small deposits on 8-11-21. I was instructed to open a PLAY + card but still cannot locate the $[redacted].

Fanduel owes me $[redacted] from a winning bet. I requested the money to be put back into my account but they claimed they couldn't contact my bank. After two days, I decided to retrieve my funds at the casino counter in Detroit's Motor City, but I haven't received my money yet. I expect to be paid promptly like they deduct money from my account. I don't want to hear excuses about not being able to access my bank when it comes time to pay.

I recently discovered an option on the My Motor City app within the FanDuel Casino app to convert my $[redacted] Motor City comps to use on FanDuel Casino. Despite converting it, the $55 balance ended up in my FanDuel Sportsbook App instead of the casino app where I intended to use it. I've reached out to customer service multiple times, but they seem unaware of this conversion feature or that the funds were sent to the wrong app. I rarely visit the Detroit casino due to my busy schedule, so I was excited about the opportunity to use my comps on the app I frequently use. I'm not into sports betting, so I'd like the $55 transferred to my FanDuel Casino account or preferably have the original $[redacted] in Motor City comps back in my MyMetro account.

I received a letter regarding my account and the balance of approximately $[redacted].56. The User ID is sixtynineyardline. I tried calling the number provided on the paperwork, but it seems to be incorrect. Please do not send this money to the state of CT; it belongs to me. I was considering betting again when I received your notice. This is frustrating. Kindly call me at [redacted] to resolve this matter. PS - I find it disappointing that a company claiming to be reputable does not provide a live person to speak with. Please send my money to Todd Lanz at [redacted] Mountain Road, Ellington, CT [redacted]. PSS - The letter was postmarked yesterday, so I couldn't return the form even if I wanted to.

Over three years ago, I mistakenly deposited $[redacted] into my fantasy account instead of the sportsbook on your site. I accidentally set up a Fanduel account for my father using "war" instead of "www" in the email address. Fixing this simple mistake has become a nightmare as there seems to be no available customer service. The phone number is consistently busy, and the email support is unresponsive. I just need them to update the email address on the account, not change the password. After finally hearing back from someone, they instructed me to log into the account to correct it, which is the issue in the first place. I am considering reaching out to consumer protection agencies because it's baffling how such a large company does not have a functional customer service department.

I have been experiencing delays in accessing my funds for several weeks now. Despite following all the steps provided to update my account information, I have found it challenging to get a resolution. Each time I reach out to customer support via live chat, I am either promised a callback that never happens or asked to wait while they contact the payments team, only to be disconnected from the chat. This cycle has been frustrating and time-consuming, leading me to doubt the legitimacy of the service. I am determined to resolve this issue and have already escalated my concerns to the Better Business Bureau and other channels. My main focus is on getting my funds promptly and receiving an apology for the inconvenience caused. It is essential for me to have the option to speak directly with a live agent during such critical situations.

I encountered an issue when trying to withdraw funds using online banking. The system displayed a message stating, "Sorry, your account cannot be used at this time. Please use another payment method." This message is perplexing considering I initially used this same account to deposit funds. I've already reached out to my bank, and they assured me there are no issues at their end. I do not have a Paypal account nor do I wish to create one. I kindly request that the winnings I have accumulated be transferred back to the original banking account I used for depositing funds with your company.
