I had an issue at the Famous Dave's in Forest Park. We had to wait an extra 20 minutes to be seated, and a couple who arrived after us got served first. We ordered from the lunch menu, but the waitress kept mentioning sides, so we assumed we were ordering from the lunch specials. Unfortunately, when we received the bill, it was for items on the dinner menu. The manager couldn't explain or resolve the issue. I've never encountered this mix-up at 11:30 a.m., getting dinnertime items during lunch. This situation has left me dissatisfied, and I would appreciate a prompt response.

I recently contacted my bank and discovered unauthorized charges from the Dave app on my account. I am unclear how my information was obtained for these charges. I request an immediate halt to the charges and a refund for the amounts taken. When I sought assistance through the mobile app, I was informed that resolving this issue would incur an additional fee of $14.99 for a callback service, which I find concerning. I am troubled by the unauthorized access to my information, continued charges, and the additional fee instead of promptly addressing the problem. I closed my Dave account in August. I tried to reopen it in October/November, but the app keeps saying my bank account is already linked when I try to enter my bank account number and routing number. I've been stuck on this screen for months now. I contacted my bank to unlink the account, but they mentioned they couldn't help with third-party apps. This situation has been really inconvenient for me.

This situation is causing me and Bancorp serious issues. My name is Laura Searcy, and I have contacted the B.B.B. several times to request that you cease withdrawing money from my bank account. Despite turning off transactions on my card, funds keep disappearing. An attorney from Alabama will be in touch soon. Please return the funds taken from my account promptly as you are not affiliated with my bank. This is a severe crime and legal action will be taken. Your immediate attention is required. Cease all unauthorized withdrawals and refund the money Dave's has taken, causing overdrafts and significant stress. Dave's needs to rectify this issue promptly as I have legal representation.

Three days ago, I reached out regarding my account being compromised due to a hacking incident draining it of funds. I promptly closed the affected bank account and transferred to a new bank. Sadly, amidst the chaos, I neglected to inform you. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. With the holiday season upon us and my daughter's birthday upcoming on Monday, I am keen to resume my membership with Dave. I had been a loyal customer and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to be reinstated. As mentioned, I had initially detailed this in a message sent three days back.

I borrowed $75 from Dave, and I am currently unable to repay it. My paycheck was being garnished, and the amount left was insufficient to pay Dave back. Without my consent, Dave initiated two automatic payments of $20 each, resulting in $64 in overdraft fees. Rather than resolving my balance, Dave created additional problems by acting deceptively and causing me to incur overdraft fees, which defeat the purpose of seeking Dave's assistance in the first place.

I visited the Rainbow Ave. location in Las Vegas, NV and ordered the rib tips, requesting them to be extra tender. However, when the rib tips arrived, they were tough, warm, and hard to chew. The manager I spoke with was unhelpful and wanted me to pay for the inedible ribs. The entire interaction was argumentative, rude, and embarrassing, with other customers witnessing the scene. After some back and forth, the manager reluctantly agreed not to charge me. I was so upset that I mentioned contacting headquarters to file a complaint. I'm having trouble getting an advance on the Dave App because it shows I am missing a paycheck, even though I'm still working at the same place and receiving direct deposits. I've already emailed about this but haven't received a response. I've had a good experience with the app so far and would like to resolve this issue to continue using it. I arrived at 11:55 a.m. and ordered a Dave's Favorite at 12:05 p.m. The waiter, "Tyler," initially mentioned a 15-minute wait. However, the burger only arrived at 1:05 p.m., a whole hour later. Throughout my wait, there were inconsistent updates and no available manager to address my concerns. Despite buying a gift certificate, my experience at Famous Dave's in El Paso, specifically at [redacted] North Mesa, was disappointing due to the extended wait time and lack of proper customer service. I hope my feedback leads to an improved experience at this location in the future.

I am concerned with the unauthorized charges on my account. Despite being denied registration on the app in the past, my money has been deducted without my consent. Please refund the amount taken as I uninstalled the app following the denial. It is perplexing that my card was charged months later after being informed of ineligibility. I placed a to-go order at Famous Dave's in Roseville, Minnesota last night. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered that the order was incorrect, the meat was undercooked, and it was served cold. My wife doesn’t eat meat often, but when she does, we typically order from Famous Dave's once or twice a month. Today, I called the Roseville location to address the issue. The manager, Tammy, was incredibly rude. While she offered a $20 store credit, she failed to apologize for the mistake. The order total was actually more than $20, not including the $5 tip I gave. I mentioned the importance of tips, given my prior industry experience, but she was dismissive. I even requested 2 hours of bread pudding for the inconvenience, to which she flatly refused. This lack of customer service is concerning, and if I don't receive a proper response or apology, I may have to cease patronizing Famous Dave's. I have been attempting to update my new credit card information for a few days now, but the system is not accepting it. I previously emailed your team regarding this issue, but it remains unresolved. This problem is now preventing me from accessing funds needed for my medication. I have been trying to contact you via the provided number for several days without success. Although I received an email from your team with instructions to retry the process, following them has not led to a solution.

I asked Dave for a $75 loan on Saturday, opting for the express option that would make it $79 to repay. It was promised to arrive within 8 hours, but even by Tuesday, the funds hadn't shown up in my account. The app doesn't reflect any deposit like it did the first time I borrowed from him. I'm supposed to pay back the loan Thursday, but it doesn't make sense to repay money I never received. This situation is frustrating, and I won't tolerate being charged for something I didn't get.

I noticed a $1.00 fee charged to my bank account this morning, which has caused it to go into the negative. If this is not resolved by midnight, I will incur a $35.00 overdraft fee, which I cannot afford right now. My name is Carmen Harrison. On Friday, February 14th, [redacted], we visited your Knoxville, TN location while in town for a family member's 50th birthday at the Holiday Inn on Executive Road in Cedar Bluff. We placed our order at 8:30, and received our food to go an hour and a half later. When we arrived at our rooms, we discovered there were no eating utensils or BBQ sauce included. I called to speak with the manager on duty, explained the situation, and was offered a gift certificate for the Cedar Bluff location, even though we have a great location in Saginaw. I was disappointed as we often enjoy dining at the Saginaw (Bay Rd) location and felt the manager was not eager to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. Customer service is crucial in business, and as someone with over 20 years of experience in the field, I believe in prioritizing customer happiness. I preordered a $[redacted] family meal over 24 hours in advance for pick up on 5/10/[redacted] at the Saginaw MI location. Upon my husband's arrival, he experienced severe delays with no communication from the restaurant. Despite it being Mother's Day, preorders should be timely, especially with orders placed at the location given secondary priority. The pick up process was disorganized, causing frustration and disappointment. Having been a loyal customer for various occasions without prior issues, this experience was exceptionally disappointing.

I have just been through a frustrating process trying to resolve issues with Dave. Instead of speaking on the phone, I have to send messages online, but it takes days to receive a response. Recently, I messaged Dave about being charged fees for late repayment, but my payday information was not updated. Consequently, $10 was deducted from my account, causing a negative balance when I have a bill payment due. This communication delay and inaccurate information are causing financial difficulties for me.

I recently spoke with your manager at the Orland Park restaurant regarding a problem I experienced during my visit. I was in town on South Harlem visiting a relative, and we encountered some issues during our meal. I'll keep it brief. The manager was quite rude when we informed him that despite there being only four people ahead of us, we had to wait over an hour for our food. Sadly, the food arrived cold, and the ribs and chicken seemed undercooked. We requested to speak with a manager, but no one came to address our concerns. My cousin paid in cash a week and a few days ago, and unfortunately, my children got sick from the chicken fingers. We are hoping to have our meals replaced with fresh ones when we return on the 14th or 15th of March. We are eager to find a resolution. I tried calling, but it seems I may have the wrong number.
