I upgraded to the unlimited plan and was charged for both my previous plan and the unlimited plan on the **nd of march. What makes this worse is it did not even give me my unlimited data for the plan that I purchased and defaulted to the cheaper plan. If there is any way that you can fix this issue by refunding the cheaper plan and leaving me on the unlimited plan then that would be great. Right now I paid for both yet do not have access to unlimited data. The number on the account is ***-***-****
