I would like an extension for * days to get my bill paid
I've been with family mobile for a long time and really like my phone and I like the high-speed data but I do not like when I talk to the Reps that they don't seem to care about the customers
I've tried calling and don't get them to answer my questions on what the reasons are for not giving an extension to customers when online it says they do give today extensions I could hardly understand what they were saying they have such a strong accent and they were very rude and hung up on me
