Hi,*I recently opened an account with Family Mobile and bought the international add on. Before doing so, I called up and they confirmed to me that the price is * cent per minute- meaning I should have **** minutes. The next day, I made my first call, and in middle it got cut off. After that I had to go through ** (!!!) representatives and over * hours until they fixed the issue- which was an issue on their end. I called and requested compensation and after being put on hold by * reps who never got back to me (for over ** minutes), gave up. * weeks later, my international call has again been cut off and I have not used more than ** minutes total. I am in middle of my workday and this is causing me EXTREME financial loss and other issues. I greatly regret taking their service and they need to resolve this immediately, make my calling work, and provide me a second month for me to try it at no cost.
