I purchased a SIM starter kit and a *-month service plan from Walmart, which has a scratch off built into the packaging to reveal a service plan pin. **This is badly designed though and in doing so (very carefully, I might add, obliterated some digits of the pin).**I spoke to MyFamilyWireless and they said that Walmart had not ‘scanned’ the product, since they did not have it in their records.**Which is interesting because it's clearly on the receipt, which makes me believe that there is either some special scan that I–and apparently Walmart, since as called them–are unaware of, or MyFamilyMobile is not telling the truth.**I simply want MyFamilyMobile to honor what is essentially a contract (proven by my receipt). Namely I pay for a service, they provide said service. **If that requires them issuing me a new PIN or plan (obviously for the same. Alien) then that's what they need to do. **Walmart
