I called to have the phone sent back. I had to call several times with first phone I purchased. so i want to send the second one back. I called and was put on hold for quite some time. When i was connected then i was hung up on. I want to speak to a manager!
I trust that Family Mobile will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
