hello there i will like to have a phone call from you please if you do care about our employes i think youll be happy to help me please that way i could give you a better more information about my work compensation claim and about the attitude of the manager and dm please ! my name is geovanna claim number *************** i got injured on may ** th i had to go back to work since the ** but he did not put me on schudele that week he put me on schedule until the may ** and thats it only * day i have screens shot of me asking for days and he refused to give me more so i worked sunday morning with him i asked him again and he said no because i wasnt doing tots or frieght so monday mrning i went to the dr and he said that wasnt his problem your in light duty modified wor status he has to give you days my paper aso says **% sitting down and they other working so that day i was in the register ringing up people and the other part sitting down when i finish my job i still took my trash out and did my go backs as usually the thing is * of the co workers said he was sayin he was goin to cut my days of because i reported him so what did he want me not to report my status that day i work i felt so unconfortable because he was in a bad mood and everything and theres some other private thing from the past i also want to discusse things he does not tell the employes about the day he left because of his health problem i really dont know how he could be a manager like that i did not get no income since that day the medical bill from the first clinic i went has not been paid i why did i go to a diffrent clinic from concentra because that day he left early and i called him and told him about my inyury at work and his answer was ooooo ok so i went and showed the assistant manager and he said o ok clock go home they never said o you have to go to concentra or nothing he did not even report the incident since the first day until wednesday i had to call and do it my self and had to do a * line so they could speak to a authority that was him and the day i went to work he said in a few words that maybe i put a lady to speak to him that wasnt from sedwick.com and that the same claim adjuster wasnt miss rosie cuevas because she was doing privte calls so that he told the supervisor and that the supervisor said o dont answer no more you did you job already you send in the report and thats it so she needed some forms signed by him what i had to do is go direclty to the store getted signed by him doing by hand and send it to ms rosie cuevas she knows all the story you could ask her im nt lying so now what i want is for them to fix my status because ther sying i did not miss no days soy from the day ** to now im just going to get payed ** dollars by law you have to pay those days i was missing and it ws his felt not my felt hes been fowrding my calls and texting me i cant talk right now so i have to go all the way to the store and find him as always sitting in the office eating or chatting or in the portal
