I was hired at family dollar in August **** I was passed between three managers because the first two stated they no longer needed an assistant manager the third store I was hired at was that of the second store baby mother as he stated the next thing I know I got a letter in the mail saying I couldn’t be hired due to drug history not being recommended I never submitted a sample nor any instructions to do so I called the store and all there managers up until this point and they all gave me the run around and said they couldn’t change anything in the system and I was not able to be hired by family dollar or dollar tree well I called and spoke with a representative of the background company sterling talent solutions and they told me that ALL MANAGERS have access to change that and the problem could have been fixed with no issue from the beginning and that I ever received the email pertaining to the urine sample because it was sent to the wrong address but I received the initial email stating I had completed my application at the very same email address but not one for the urine I’m not able to get in touch with anyone from corporate after leaving several messages and the employees telling me they are not allowed to give out higher up numbers I have text to prove everything I stated and I just need to talk to some because at this point I feel this is DISCRIMINATION
