Make a new acct, somehow my acct got closed for digital coupons. ... I've had a Family Dollar acct since it started. Today I went on the site cuz I'm going shopping tomorrow, when I went to sign in it says my email address doesn't except it. So Ihad no choice but to sign up for a new acct. I started a new acct put in my email, as it wanted me to create a password, there's a checklist of everything the password had to have. I typed in * different passwords. I did it each time exactly how the checklist said to do it. It won't let me make a new acct because of the password. I don't understand how my acct just disappeared after all this time. I had coupons on my list for $** off if you spend. All tide coupons, paper towels, pads etc.... I lost ever coupon and my savings would have been about $**.** I'm so upset. I tried to sign into the acct I've had the whole time and it just disappeared and won't let me create a new acct . I'm only gonna be able to get half the stuff on my list. Can u help me somehow. I needed to get things tomorrow and now can maybe only get half the stuff on my list. And the coupons i had downloaded aren't even available anymore. Like i said I lost everything and again can't get it back. Please get back to me. This isn't right. I don't have enough money now for the stuff i needed to get.
Tried to make a new acct for digital coupons. I had an acct for years and today knowing knows who i am. And you don't recognise my email address
Help me get my acct back, or help me to make a new acct. The site totally said they don't recognise my email address to make a new acct. I tried it won't let me use the passwords i made up. I followed the instructions on how to exactly make a password, It won't except any if the * passwords i tried to make up.
I've been a customer for many many years. If i can't use the digital coupons ii want then i am no longer a customer
Yes, I wrote you about what the problem and you said for me to get a call back I had to enter a code you said you sent to my email, well, i didn't receive that code. It's been about * minutes and nothing.
