I am still unable to log in to my account using either of my cell phone numbers as the system says they do not belong to my account. My landline is being used for another account, even though I have never used it. Despite my loyalty to your store, I am frustrated that I cannot access the deals and offers. Please resolve this issue and investigate who is using my landline and cell phone numbers. If you are unable to identify the problem, please remove the numbers so I can create a new account. Thank you for your assistance and understanding. Sincerely, Ronda J. Russell.

I need help with returning two sets of dishes I bought early for Christmas. My daughter received the same dishes as a gift, leaving me with extras. The store, located in Port Huron, Michigan on 24th Street, zip code [redacted], has informed me of a 30-day return policy which I was unaware of. I am hoping for a refund. Thank you.

I had an incident at Family Dollar store #[redacted] located at [redacted] Palm Beach Blvd, in Fort Myers [redacted]. After receiving my change wrapped up, I noticed $10 were missing when I checked outside. Upon informing the staff, they seemed unwelcoming. I waited for a while and inquired about the situation. Eventually, they mentioned the manager needed to review the security footage. The manager appeared upset, handed me the $10, and escorted me out of the store rudely, saying "no complain, no complain, get out."

I would like to request an exchange for my arcade retro machine to a toy suitable for my 2-year-old son. He is unable to operate the arcade machine with a joystick and was left heartbroken. I received this as a gift through a community angel tree program due to my financial situation as a single mother. I am willing to let the company choose a replacement since I do not have the receipt. I want to ensure my son Jacob feels loved and included like his siblings. I am hoping for assistance in making this exchange for a more age-appropriate toy for my son. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. My name is Emily Jean Best and I can be reached at [redacted] Epps Martin Rd, Roxboro NC.

I inquired with the cashier about Bluetooth headphones, and she handed me IHIP DJZ earbuds #[redacted]42, which I mistakenly purchased assuming they were Bluetooth. Upon realizing the error, I returned to the store, but the manager refused to provide a refund, only offering an exchange which exceeded my budget. When I mentioned making a complaint, the manager became hostile and uncooperative. He declined to provide his name, and unfortunately, the receipt did not list the cashier's name. I left with an unwanted item, feeling insulted by the manager's lack of customer service. I am disappointed with the treatment received and will not return to this store while he is in charge. It is disheartening when employees demonstrate better customer service than the management.

I worked at Family Dollar last year and need my W-2 to file taxes. The store is located at [redacted] E Truman Road in Kansas City, MO. Despite not receiving it in the mail due to a change of address, I am eager to receive my refund. I approached the regional manager at the store but did not receive the W-2. I recently discovered an online system to access it, but I am unsure how to log in without my employee number or initial password. As I never received pay stubs and was paid through a debit card, I am at a loss for this information. My goal is simply to obtain a copy of my W-2 to complete my taxes. If anyone could assist me in accessing the online system or provide guidance on how to retrieve my employee details, it would be greatly appreciated. The store manager, named Beth, was unavailable as the regional manager instructed me to leave.

On February 16, I visited a Family Dollar store after stopping at a Subway sandwich shop. Despite explaining to the clerks that my black bag contained my food, I was repeatedly questioned and asked to leave my bag at the counter. Feeling singled out and uncomfortable, I proceeded with my shopping but was approached again about my bag. Another clerk insisted I leave my bag at the front, which I refused as it contained my food. Feeling mistreated, I asked for a store representative's number, received it, and left. The following day, February 17, I went to buy pet food at the same store and was confronted by a male clerk who attempted to confiscate my bag and told me I was not welcome. Confused and feeling unfairly targeted, I engaged in a dispute with the clerk. Despite being a 59-year-old customer accompanied by my son, I felt unwelcome. The incidents left me feeling poorly treated and I believe the staff should improve their customer service approach at the store located at Gettysburg and First St Fresno, CA (Store #[redacted]).

While shopping at Family Dollar, I gathered my items and went to check out with my coupons. The cashier was unsure how to process them according to the store policy of one manufacturer coupon and one Family Dollar coupon. I requested assistance from the manager and was met with disrespect and a bad attitude throughout the interaction. I feel that despite the store's location, I deserved better treatment. The manager even tried to limit the items I could purchase along with being rude. I expect to use my coupons without facing such challenges as I am simply trying to save money. I would appreciate speaking with a person regarding this situation as I was left feeling upset and disrespected by the manager's behavior in front of other customers. He only provided his name and corporate number after much insistence.

I need to raise a complaint against my store managers for unfairly ending my employment because of personal problems they had with me. I requested a transfer to a different Family Dollar store, where I previously worked, and where there were openings, but my transfer request was denied. I also want to report instances of slander and discrimination based on my sexual orientation. There have been conversations recorded of managers talking about me, causing discomfort and creating a hostile work environment. I have a good work record, having worked at other Family Dollar locations who can verify my performance. Witnesses can attest to my work ethic, I had consistent hours, and I even worked shifts with the store manager without any issues. Despite requesting one-on-one training and having no prior write-ups, I was terminated without justification.

By mistake, I accidentally deleted my account on the Family Dollar app. Now, when I try to enter my cell phone number, it tells me I can't use it and to try a different one. Additionally, the app previously showed that I had clipped all the coupons, but I couldn't see them or access them at the store. I need help restoring my account on the Family Dollar app so I can use my cell phone number again.

I made several purchases yesterday at my local Family Dollar store in Clay City, KY [redacted]. Today, I went to return three items I was unhappy with. Despite providing my receipt, the employee refused to give me a cash refund as stated online. She insisted on giving me a gift card instead, which I reluctantly accepted. I had to assert myself to get my original receipt back. According to your return policy, I should have received a cash refund with my receipt. I have both the original and return receipts, as well as the gift card. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed in obtaining the rightful cash refund. Thank you, Joshua T.

Hello, my name is Joshua T. I visited the Family Dollar in Clay City, KY on March 1, [redacted], and purchased a few items. The next day, I attempted to return three unopened items with the receipt, but was met with a rude response from a female employee. She insisted on providing a gift card instead of cash, despite my original payment method. She even tried to keep my receipt, only returning it after some discussion. I feel that I was not treated fairly according to your refund policy, and I am reaching out for assistance in obtaining the deserved cash refund. Thank you.

I visited the Family Dollar store in Sorrento, FL, Store [redacted], where I encountered the manager Krystal. I brought an item to the counter labeled at $10 with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash, found above the cosmetics section with multiple 50% off signs. When I inquired about the discounted price, the manager initially said it was not on clearance. After checking the signs, she mentioned it was only for gift sets and proceeded to remove the incorrect signs. However, her tone was rude, and having had managerial experience, I believe her customer service could have been better. I felt entitled to purchase the item at the 50% off price as displayed.

I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and had a distressing experience while shopping at a store where I encountered someone from high school who is related to an individual that harassed me. Despite trying to handle my shopping like any other day, things took an unexpected turn. An employee accused me of stealing makeup from a year ago and threatened to call the police. When I requested to speak to the manager, I was met with resistance and vague explanations. Even after requesting evidence such as video footage and employee IDs, they failed to provide any proof of my alleged theft. Eventually, I left the store and returned with my husband to calmly address the situation. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue, the lack of concrete evidence and unprofessional behavior from the store manager left us feeling frustrated and unfairly treated.

Recently, a new assistant manager at the store told me and my aide, who is also Native American, that we were banned due to alleged theft caught on video. I have never had issues at this store until this employee started. Other workers have already left because of her behavior. She is vindictive and shows favoritism towards members of her church. She now closely monitors customers when they enter, making many uncomfortable. If this employee is not dealt with, I will escalate the matter to the local news and document any further incidents of mistreatment to be shared online.

I want to address an issue I experienced recently. On Thursday, March 7th, I visited the Grand Opening of the Family Dollar store located at [redacted] W. State Street in Bristol, VA [redacted]. The sales paper mentioned that entries would be accepted on Thursday through Saturday for a drawing on Saturday. However, to my disappointment, there were no paper slips or any indication of a drawing on Saturday at the store as advertised. The cashier informed me that they were supposed to accept entries on Saturday, but no one had brought anything for the drawing. As a loyal customer who relies on Family Dollar for my household needs, I feel let down by this false advertisement. Given my circumstances as an elderly person on disability, the trip to the store turned out to be in vain. I believe I should be compensated for the inconvenience caused. I rarely complain, but I felt it was important to bring this to your attention. Thank you for your understanding. God bless.

I recently visited the store on Hwy. [redacted] in Conyers, GA and asked an employee stocking shelves if they had shopping carts available. As a person with a disability needing one for stability, I was disheartened by the employee's response. She seemed annoyed and directed me outside to where the carts should be, although I couldn't locate them. When I informed her, she made it seem like I should have seen them. I had to struggle to find the carts hidden inside the store. When I approached the register for a return, another employee was more pleasant, but the first employee rudely refused the exchange, insisting I couldn't return anything. I felt discriminated against during this visit and left with ill-fitting pants. The whole experience left me dissatisfied, and sadly, this wasn't the first time I felt unwelcome at this store - almost making me believe it's due to my race.

I visited Family Dollar at [redacted] S Acadian Thruway in Baton Rouge today around 2:30 PM. Initially, the door was locked, but it opened 15 minutes later, and an employee and some others came out. When I tried to enter, the employee was rude to me. Shortly after, an individual in a hoodie, without a uniform, approached me aggressively, telling me to leave while yelling. I decided to leave when he also started yelling at my friend. When I asked for his name and the reason I should leave, he began yelling and was physically aggressive towards me. I started recording on my phone and heard him yelling at the only other person in the store as I was exiting. I believe they locked the door again to clear out everyone. Both the employee girls were also disrespectful and remained unnamed. Extremely unsettling experience.

I have been a loyal Family Dollar customer since the beginning. Today, I encountered an issue with my account when I tried to sign in on the website for an upcoming shopping trip. The site informed me that my email address was not accepted. Consequently, I had to create a new account, but faced difficulties with setting up a password that met the specific criteria provided. Despite following the instructions carefully and trying six different passwords, I was unable to create a new account. This caused me to lose access to valuable coupons, including ones for items such as Tide, paper towels, and pads, totaling approximately $35 in savings. I am distressed as my existing account seemed to have vanished, leaving me unable to access my coupons or complete my shopping list for tomorrow. I hope for a resolution to this issue promptly, as I am now limited in purchasing only half of the items I need and the downloaded coupons are no longer accessible. Your assistance in rectifying this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I am a long-time customer of Family Dollar and have been loyal to them for as long as I can remember. I rely on this store for most of my regular shopping needs. However, today's experience at my local Family Dollar was extremely disappointing. I have witnessed many changes in staff over the years, but today's treatment was unacceptable. The managers and sales associates were disrespectful, the shelves were empty, the store was untidy, there were issues with theft and disruptive behavior. Despite being a familiar face in the store, I was unjustly asked to leave when I was simply chatting with a neighbor of 12 years. This incident has unfortunately led me to reconsider future shopping at Family Dollar.
