I just want to speak to someone who actually knows how to do their job, or atleast have answers as to why it has been the rudest and embarrassing process to just try to exchange simple basic items, with receipt. Been to * stores in the area yesterday. Nobody knew or had authority to do a exchange. One store said it seems to be fraudulent, In front of other customers. He clearly never truly liked at receipt. Already been a personal pride issue to have to go exchange basic house hold items and all for just a bag of dog food. All I wanted. I'm disabled and to top off with * broke bones in foot. If someone knew their job, i could have did my surgery today. Not their duty to make sure I don't rub out of dog food, but it is their duty to let me exchange my items with a reciept. At ANY STORE the exchange policy says. Had the manager from original purchasing store on phone and the lady at Beaumont store on college has a true attitude problem. O believe it to be a race issue. Only white person in store, and only person that waswas talked to like a p.o.s. . Same issue with location on ** st in Beaumont. I always to college st store. I do most of my shopping there for every household item,food, dog supplies. Never had this problem with any employee. She has serviced me a coup timed and always angry. For me to go out my day to complain is not normal. This company has been so ridiculous in being able to speak to someone through custo.er service. It clearly shows why nobody knows how to do their job....because nobody can talk to a actual person. I mean if the customer has this hard of a time locating a human to fix this problem I can only imagine what a$ *.**employee has to seal with. I'm now being transported to the port neches store in next hour, which is original place of purchase. The hassle to drive over ** miles to do so. Store exchange with a receipt and being legally disabled is b.s. but only person who has had answers, a great customer attitude, and seemed to know the lack of knowledge his surrounding stores .He never said anything negative, stayed on pgonewhile he heard my issues with both these stores. Bravo to the only incompetent employee I can even reach outside these two obvious racists . I just want to get my moneys worth by this exchange, get my bag of dog food and never spend s dime with this company agaun. It's been that rocky for onr. That's a dam shame
