I was over charged on my purchase at a family dollar on ** & Racine. I explained to the manger on staff of this natter her asked the cashier who became very loud and argumentative with me. I request to speak with him directly he became very loud and argumentative. The manger refused to refund my money for the over charge that was stated on the receipt. After I waited two in the store waiting for his respond. I was robbed by employee of your and I feel hurt disrespected ignored not valued as a regular customer. The actions of your employees where criminal unprofessional and inexcusable.
