It took two hours to check in. Cash was refused so my daughter had to travel ** miles to deposit money into a bank branch that luckily happened to be in this state. Then the price we were quoted was not the price that she tried to charge me. My daughter had to leave yet again to get a copy of the reservation. Housekeeping did not clean our room. I had to change my own rash and replace my own towels. * "Breakfast" was unacceptable. No pet policy, a whinning dog woke me up.
GetHuman-joy_gill did not yet indicate what Fairfield Inn and Suites should do to make this right.
