Booked a room at Fairfield Inn, Athens OH. After a ** hr drive I was told "Erin" not only had not booked the room under my name, but instead became confused and put it under the name of my friend making the call. Furthermore, she failed to inform him that his points to cover the room were only able to be applied online. In short, at *am, I found out "Erin" had completely failed to execute the precise title of her job as a "front desk employee ". I not only am extremely irritated by her blatant incompetence but also with the staff's gener complacency in dealing with the issue.
