I booked a room at your hotel on a website a week or so ago. It didn’t say how old you had to be, so I called the Fairfield hotel in Omaha, Nebraska, when I called I asked how old you had to be and they said ** or over. I asked her to cancel my room. A couple days ago I was charged with a room that I thought was canceled. I didn’t not show up to that hotel. I would like to be refounded for my money today.
