I have been using my nickname instead of my real last name on my long-standing Facebook account. Later on, I created a business page linked to my personal account. Recently, my personal account got restricted, possibly due to using it for business ads without providing my ID. I uploaded my ID as requested to fix the issue. However, the main problem now is that I never added a phone number to my account, so I am unable to receive the recovery message. The circular steps keep leading me back to the "your account is blocked" page. It has been a month, and I am unable to manage my business or access my contacts and memories from my travels. My personal Facebook account is currently locked. After the account lock, it asks for an ID confirmation. I don't have any government-issued ID to confirm. Hello, I would like to report that my Facebook account has been disabled without any valid reason. I have always followed the Facebook community guidelines and only posted personal content on my account. I have used my real name, pictures, and phone number on my account, which clearly indicates it is my personal account. Hello Facebook Family, I hope you're all doing well. Recently, on Monday, the 11th of October, my friends and family messaged me on WhatsApp regarding some tags on my Facebook account. Upon checking, I discovered that my account has been hacked and suspended. I've been trying to recover it, but Facebook is sending the security verification code to an old number that I no longer use. The old number is +[redacted]0, and my current number linked to Facebook is +[redacted]1. My email linked to the account is [redacted] It's essential for me to regain access as many important photos of my kids and family are on there, and I also use Facebook daily for Marketplace. It has been a challenging time since the 11th of October, and I'm unable to receive the security code on the old number. I keep getting an error message on my Facebook news feed saying, "Something went wrong. This may be because of a technical error that we're working to fix. Please try reloading this page. Reload Page." I've attempted numerous solutions to resolve this issue but nothing has worked so far: 1. Refreshed the page on my Android Facebook app 2. Updated the app on my Android phone 3. Uninstalled and reinstalled the Android Facebook app 4. Cleared cache and data on the Android Facebook app 5. Accessed Facebook on someone else's phone where it works fine 6. Logged into Facebook using a PC internet browser 7. Refreshed the page on the PC internet browser 8. Disabled internet browser extensions 9. Cleared browser history and cookies 10. Tried another person's PC internet browser where Facebook works 11. Changed my Facebook password Despite all my attempts, the issue persists on my devices. Even when others log in to Facebook on my phone and PC, their accounts work flawlessly. No matter the device or browser used, my news feed doesn't update. How can I resolve this ongoing problem?

My Facebook account was hacked on October 15th. The hacker is misusing my Messenger to ask for money from my friends, instructing them to send it to a cell number (+[redacted]8). They altered my phone number, preventing me from recovering my account. Facebook's response after reporting the hack was unsatisfactory. The fraudulent individual, posing as Natasha Grigor van Huyssteen, is swindling money from others. I need assistance to resolve this issue as my account is still compromised.

Hello Facebook Team, I am Mahima Kishore, a Facebook user using the Redmi Note 7 Pro. My Timeline has been hacked by two unknown numbers, [redacted] and [redacted], as reported earlier today. I made the complaint on my account at around 8:20 am on October 18th as an Indian citizen. I suspect my report may not have reached you, as another message came from the unknown number [redacted] at 12:11 pm. My account was first hacked on October 17th around 4:55 pm. Despite adding security features like locking my profile and changing my password, unauthorized logins persist, even with two-factor authentication enabled. I am struggling to access my account and not receiving security code notifications via text or messenger. Notifications about unauthorized logins are also hidden when I attempt to log in. Good day, I tried to log into my Facebook account (volkcasp) and forgot my password. I successfully reset it through my email [redacted] and authorized with the new password. However, Facebook is requesting identity confirmation through five friends, but they are not receiving the link or codes. I can provide screenshots of the conversation with my friends and the page after authorization. Trying to recover through my friends' accounts didn't work either. Although I had a phone number in my profile, the option to confirm my identity through the phone is not available.
