On May 27, [redacted], my Instagram account was deactivated. I am unsure why it is now requiring 24 hours to log in and then automatically logging out, displaying my name as "Instagram User." Please take immediate action to enable access. I am committed to following the guidelines and securing my account, so please proceed promptly. It seems my Instagram was disabled incorrectly for impersonation. I noticed you are affiliated with Facebook, could you please spare a moment to assist me in recovering my account? I have been attempting to regain access unsuccessfully for four days with no response from Facebook/Instagram to my messages and appeals. To whom it may concern, my name is Katherine Louise Mcevilly, which is my Facebook name. My Facebook account has been taken over with different account details, such as phone number, password, and email address. I am struggling to access my account, as it's not recognizing my information since someone changed my Facebook email and phone number today, May 30, [redacted]. I was suddenly logged out of my account and when I tried to log back in, it showed someone else's email address, which is not mine. My younger brother, Aaron R., has been arrested in Nashville, TN for 1st Degree Homicide and will be incarcerated in Glasgow, KY. Over the past two days, several of the victim's family members have been making threats and harassing my brother and his girlfriend on Facebook. Despite being blocked from posting due to defending ourselves against these attacks, the victim's family continues to post defamatory comments, causing distress to my brother's girlfriend who has since disappeared from social media. I find it unjust that we are being penalized for responding to their aggressive behavior on our private family pages. It is clear they are in deep pain over their loss but targeting us is unwarranted, especially considering my brother has taken responsibility for his actions. The situation has escalated to the point where they have threatened physical harm, yet we are the ones facing restrictions on our accounts. This must be rectified promptly to prevent further unwarranted attacks on our family.

I currently have multiple Facebook accounts, but I am aware that we are only allowed to have one. I have ended up with five accounts due to issues accessing my email or phone number for verification. This latest account was created because I couldn't even pass the pin entry on my phone. I want to keep only one account and get rid of the rest permanently. My account was hacked. The password and 2-factor authentication were changed. I lost access to the email on the account ([redacted]). I managed to add my current email ([redacted]) by verifying with my driver's license to reset the password. However, the hacker enabled 2-factor authentication on their end, preventing me from accessing my account further. They have reset my password and removed my new email ([redacted]) from the account. I can prove my identity (Asa Barth-Maron) in various ways, and it should be easy to verify this. Unfortunately, the automated features aren't helping me regain control. Thank you for your assistance.

My account was disabled over 3 weeks ago without a clear reason provided. Despite receiving warnings about a meme I did not create, each removal was for the same meme from over 6 months ago. It feels like the policies are being enforced retroactively. When attempting to access Facebook, a "Review requested" page appears, but logging out shows only 2 days left before permanent disablement without a review. As a Radio Meteorologist, my account was used to share weather updates for multiple radio stations daily. Facebook is crucial for communication at work. With 11 years of history and many photos without backups, I hope for an explanation and a chance to defend myself before losing it all. If unresolved, I may consider seeking legal advice and contacting my state Senator.

Hello, I need assistance recovering my Facebook account, which was hacked recently. The hacker changed the email address associated with the account, but I have successfully added my email back and reset the password. Now, the system is requesting a code for login, which I believe is from a two-factor authentication that I did not set up. Hello, I hope you can assist me. I am having trouble receiving a login code for Facebook. About five days ago, my account was hacked. Someone contacted me pretending to offer money, asking for my banking information like Cash App or Zelle. I only gave them my Gmail under false pretenses that it was for a raffle. Unfortunately, they used this to access and control my account, changing the password and unlinking my phone number. I don't have proof of the initial text messages, but I know the account that contacted me. This is urgent as the hacker is still active on my account, sending messages and making offers. On Thursday, 5/27/[redacted], my Facebook account was hacked due to my password being exposed on the dark web. The hacker changed my email from [redacted] to a hotmail.com account and my phone number is now [redacted]. I did not have two-factor authentication set up. Fortunately, I managed to get 4-digit codes from 3 friends through facebook.com/recover to regain access to my account. Despite uploading my passport 3 days ago, Facebook has not restored my original email and phone number. I am concerned for the security of my account and need assistance updating my information. If possible, I would appreciate a QR code from Facebook to add to my Microsoft Authenticator for generating access codes.
