I recently broke my phone, which I typically use to log into Facebook. Now with a new phone, I've forgotten my password since the phone number I used for logging in is inaccessible due to a broken SIM card. Even attempting to use my registered email for help is a challenge as Yahoo states the email is no longer active. I acknowledge this is my fault for not updating my email on Facebook over the years. I've been struggling to remember my password for three days now and would greatly appreciate any assistance to avoid creating a new Facebook account.

While I was driving, I received a notification that someone from Michigan logged into my Facebook account, although I reside in Arizona. Upon returning home, my attempts to log back in failed as my password was no longer accepted. I took steps to secure my account via email but was unsuccessful, as the account did not appear in my inbox. Despite requesting verification codes to my phone and not receiving them, I suspect the email affiliated with my account may have been altered. Despite submitting a photo of my identification, there has been no response. I retain access to my Instagram account, linked to my Facebook, but wish to regain access to my Facebook for the cherished photos and memories it holds.

Hello, I posted about a celebrity who manipulates personal information to influence European or American political parties. He presents himself as the authority on love and care while pushing his agenda for profit. Despite advocating for female rights, he ignores male rights and pushes a specific ideology. His posts spread fear about the Indian government and portray those who oppose him as evil. He censors opinions differing from his own and targets individuals who support males' rights. I received two community guideline violations for calling out this celebrity's opportunistic behavior. Other female influencers promote materialism, yet this celebrity consistently appears on my feed. I question why both violations occurred in May. These celebrities use their platform to pressure users into purchasing endorsed products. Thank you.

Hello, I recently made a comment on Facebook regarding the situation in the West Bank involving Arab homes being forced out by Israel. I expressed my views that this was unjust, and suggested it could be taken to international courts. However, I received a 24-hour ban for my comment, which some others also agreed was unfair. When I tried to appeal, I was informed that due to the current situation, there may be a delay in responses due to limited reviewers. I have contested bans before successfully, and I feel that temporary bans should be reconsidered, especially in light of staffing shortages. In Canada, the CBC handles comments differently by simply advising when a comment does not comply with their rules without imposing bans. I recommend revising the temporary ban policy to prevent alienating users who are expressing valid opinions without hate. My Facebook account was disabled in late [redacted]. Despite never violating community standards, I received no explanation and suspect my account may have been hacked. After contacting support and submitting ID, I have yet to receive a response. Oddly, friends can still tag me on Facebook, and my account remains visible. While updating my business page on Facebook, the screen suddenly went black. Shortly after, I received an email claiming someone was trying to access my account, which I found hard to believe as I have never had my account hacked in 13 years. Security is vital to me, and I have been unable to access my accounts on Facebook and Instagram for 3 days now. I am unable to receive SMS messages and am stuck at this point. Even if I could receive them, I wouldn't get any from Facebook or Instagram. Despite my efforts, I can't seem to progress. It feels like these security protocols are locking out users rather than hackers. This has been a frustrating experience, especially since I manage business pages.

Our business account for our shopping center @diportsamara has been blocked. We suspect it was hacked and used to send spam or engage in prohibited activities. We only used a social media post scheduler called "SMMplaner", and if Instagram's policy prohibits its use, we will stop using it. We are the largest discount center in Samara and the region, and we really don't want to lose our official Instagram account. We also planned to use advertising tools on Facebook and Instagram, which are vital for us. We have all the necessary account recovery and verification information. Hello, on 12/05 my account was restricted for a period of 30 days because of a comment that does not go against Facebook Community Standards. The exact comment is " и тук таме някой прост моторист" which means "and sometimes any not so smart motorist." I cannot see any hate speech, offensive content, or harassment in this comment. It seems that my account was restricted due to previous restrictions without reviewing the report made about my comment. I was adjusting my account details and attempted to change my birthdate after receiving advice not to share this information on Facebook. Despite my efforts, the correct year did not register correctly and I mistakenly selected [redacted]. My actual birthdate is Oct. 13, [redacted]. Upon returning to my account, I was notified that I was not old enough to have a Facebook account and was subsequently removed. I received a request to submit my identification, to which I provided my driver's license, only to be informed that the details did not match. It is unclear to me what additional information they require that was not included on my driver's license. I require assistance in regaining access to my Facebook account.

I attempted to log into my Facebook account on multiple devices, including the FB App, desktop computer, and work computer, but encountered an issue with the Authenticator code. Despite various attempts, I am unable to access the needed code via the app or through SMS messages. This situation has left me concerned about possible account hacking. I tried to reset the password and recover the account through email and text messages, but the code generator is not providing the necessary code for access. Even creating a new account did not resolve the issue. My Messenger account is also affected, compounding the problem. I am eager for a solution to regain access promptly.

To whom it may concern, I am writing concerning an issue with my wife's Facebook account. It was hacked a week ago, and despite multiple attempts, she is unable to receive the 2FA code necessary to access her account. To complicate matters, there have been unauthorized charges from Facebook appearing on our bank statement as a result. Despite submitting various forms of identification, the issue persists. We plan to dispute the charges with our bank, but the priority is regaining access to her account and removing any linked bank cards. I have been the creator and administrator of my home business, Henna Tattoos, located in Cape Town, South Africa since around [redacted]. My husband, Ashwin Kasi, also had admin rights. Hello, my Facebook account has been hacked. The hacker removed my email and phone number and added their own. Initially, I contacted Facebook Customer Service and they attached my email but not my phone number. I successfully changed my password through my email, but I am now unable to log in due to the 2-step authentication sending a code to the hacker's phone since my number is no longer linked to my account. I need help attaching my phone to my account, receiving the authentication code via email, or bypassing the 2-step authentication. Currently, I can't access my account to make these changes.

My daughter purchased a bed from a Facebook seller named Oasis Beds. She paid £[redacted] cash upon delivery. She later discovered missing parts, and after numerous failed attempts to resolve the issue directly with the seller, I stepped in. Despite promises of delivery and missed deadlines, the missing parts never arrived. Communication with the seller has been unhelpful, and they have even blocked both my daughter and husband. I am seeking either the missing parts or a full refund for the defective bed. Additionally, I urge Facebook to investigate this seller's questionable business practices to protect other unsuspecting buyers. My daughter acted in good faith but received poor service and no receipt. The seller's avoidance of responsibility is concerning, and I am considering involving trading standards.
