Hello Facebook support team, I am reaching out to report that my old Facebook account has been compromised by individuals violating community standards. I believe my ex-boyfriend, Mark Tobin, and his girlfriend, Gemma Allardice, are responsible for this breach. Gemma has taken over my account and is impersonating me, while Mark is using a group page for a possible scam. I kindly request you to permanently remove both Mark and Gemma from Facebook and assist in restoring my original account. Additionally, I am also facing online harassment from Milly Bogle and suspect Carol Ann Lennox Irvine and Andrew Calderwood were involved in the hacking. Can you please eliminate their access to Facebook as well? Lastly, I suspect interference from Jim and Anne Vance on the platform. Looking forward to your prompt assistance, Susan M.

To verify my ownership of the account, I recently updated my phone number to +1 [redacted], replacing my previous number, 1 [redacted], which was linked to my Long Island, NY address. I appreciate the attention to security and protocols adopted for my account and others. I am puzzled about the lock on my account but trust your judgment. Due to personal security reasons, I initially chose to use the name "MICHAEL JOHN 13" on Facebook, deviating from the real names practice Facebook recommends. However, my family members REGINA, PAUL, and KAYLA KUOHN, including my late mother's account as AUDREY KUOHN, all comply with real names. To validate my account ownership, my middle name is John, with my birthday on 8/13/[redacted] matching my ID. I can provide mail with the same address as on my ID. Recently, I updated my cellphone number to +1 [redacted], previously 1 [redacted], indicating my location in Long Island, NY, consistent with my license. Dear Facebook Support Team, I am writing to inform you that I am currently unable to access my Facebook account. I previously used Google Authenticator for two-step verification, but I have lost the application along with the data stored in it. This account is extremely important to me, especially during this Covid-19 pandemic as it is my primary means of staying connected with family and friends. Additionally, I conduct business through this account and it contains vital information that I cannot afford to lose. As a means to verify my identity as the rightful account owner, I have attached a copy of my father's national ID issued by the Government of Pakistan. I am not old enough to have my own national ID yet. I kindly request assistance in providing a temporary access link to the email associated with my Facebook account.

I recently had an account on Facebook Lite under the name Gail Glass with the phone number [redacted] and email [redacted] Last night, I accessed my Facebook account to contact a friend in the hospital. When I tried to log in tonight, I received a message saying my account was disabled for something I did not do. I suspect someone else may be accessing my account without my permission. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my page, "2meeuk Pet Blog Posts." The platform continuously redirects me to my personal Facebook account instead of allowing me back into the blog page I established. Although I briefly viewed the page on my wife's iPhone, it now informs me that another individual is attempting to access my account, thereby locking me out. I have since deactivated my personal account and solely wish to regain access to my business page for the pet blog. Hello, I am facing an issue that I need help resolving. The day before yesterday, when I turned on my mobile phone, I was prompted to confirm my identity on my profile "Zeljko Struski," which I have been using regularly for years. I was supposed to receive a verification code, but it did not arrive after several minutes. I requested it again, only to be informed that I had done so "too many times" and could only try again in 24 hours. After waiting the 24 hours, I tried again, but received the same notification restricting me from receiving the code for another 24 hours. Simultaneously, I noticed on Messenger that I was blocked for 30 days due to a post. This has put me in a difficult situation where I can't confirm my identity or appeal the block, which is affecting my access to my business page and work. I need guidance on how to resolve this issue, even if it is just to confirm my identity. Thank you.

I started receiving emails about my hacked account on Thursday morning, April 15, [redacted], at 03:40. Upon seeing the emails, the hacker had managed to alter the email linked to my account and reset my password. Now, I'm trapped in a cycle of securing my account by logging in to complete security steps, but I can't access my account anymore. I've tried changing the email back to mine, but the security code gets sent to the hacker's email. I've submitted my ID through the account security option, but it still requires me to log in to finalize the process, leading me nowhere. If it's easier, I'm open to discussing this further or sending my ID directly to help rectify this issue.

My Facebook account has been hacked and taken over. I received email notifications informing me that my information was altered, and I followed the provided links to try to recover it. Unfortunately, none of the steps worked. Despite multiple attempts to regain access and report the theft, the customer support and reporting resources only lead me in loops. I am frustrated as a recent link I received indicating a change to my account today turned out to be expired as soon as I clicked on it. This situation is incredibly aggravating because there seems to be no effective way to initiate the recovery process. I have already submitted my ID and tried identifying friends, but nothing has worked. Someone has maliciously taken over my account, and I am not receiving any helpful responses, just broken links and unproductive processes.

Yesterday, as I was reviewing an ad on Marketplace, I encountered a message stating that my account was blocked due to unusual activity. I was prompted to follow steps to unblock it, involving a verification code sent to my email, which is no longer active. Despite having my cellphone linked to Facebook, I could only reset my password with it. I was hacked on 4/6, and Facebook's security team emailed me two hours later advising me to secure my account. Unfortunately, by the time I tried, it was too late, and the hackers had taken over my account. When I attempt to find my account using my email or phone number, it shows up, but the recovery email is not mine. My email address is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. Upon sending my information and a photo of my government driver's license, I received an email stating that it was not accepted. Facebook recommended deactivating my account, which I did, but when I tried to reactivate it, my email was not recognized. Despite following all the instructions provided by support, I am unable to regain access. As a person with disabilities who enjoys playing games on Facebook, losing access is disheartening. My account got hacked in the middle of the night, and the password and email were changed before I could take action. I contacted FB Help Center for help, provided my ID, but I'm unable to login because the hacker enabled Code Generator for security. This is preventing me from accessing my account. I received an email from Facebook Security Team confirming a password change made at 5:56 AM (EDT) on April 16, [redacted], from an IP address in Granite City, ILLINOIS, US. I want to regain control of my Facebook account or have it deleted as I'm worried about potential fraud by the hacker using my identity.

I recently received a text alerting me about a picture being posted from my profile. Strangely, I had received the same picture 2 hours before it was posted. Confused and concerned as it was a photo of someone else's child, I promptly deleted the post. However, now that it's gone, the help center seems unaware of the issue. A few years back, I signed up for Facebook but couldn't use it much due to personal tragedies. Recently, I tried logging in only to find out that my account was blocked. After futile attempts to regain access, a friend suggested creating a new account. I did, but I haven't used it much and now can't remember the password. I tried resetting it, but even after providing a photo ID, I'm still locked out. At this point, I just want to delete both my accounts. My original account is in my maiden name and linked to an old phone number. The newer account is around 1 to 1.5 years old, also probably under my maiden name and old phone number due to health issues affecting my memory.
