I received an email about unusual activity on my account. When attempting to log in, I encountered difficulties and the "forgot password" option was linked to an unfamiliar email address. The request for a code generator baffles me. I had requested my husband to be a contact for such situations, but he never confirmed. Therefore, I am unable to seek help logging in. Even trying from a device where I was logged in previously did not work. Despite various online attempts, there seems to be no account associated with the email linked to my account. The issue extends to my Instagram account as well. I am distressed as all my child's baby photos are at risk, and my financial information is also at stake. Urgent assistance is needed to regain access.

While looking at my "Memories" page, I found an article I shared a year ago about COVID-19. When I shared it, I got banned from posting. Initially, it was for 3 days, but it then changed to 7 days. After waiting for the 7 days, it changed to another 3 days, all for sharing incorrect information. If it was wrong, why wasn't it removed by Facebook or why didn't I receive a warning? Since it has been on Facebook for a year, shouldn't it be okay to share? I feel like I'm being punished multiple times for previous mistakes. I'm 65 years old, battling lung cancer and COPD, and Facebook is vital to me since I can't go out. I only have around 42 people who see my posts, so it's not like the whole world sees it. During this pandemic, taking away my way to communicate with loved ones is tough. Why can't we be informed about what's wrong so we can fix it?

My Instagram account was deactivated, and I would like it to be reactivated. I assure you I will adhere to the rules more carefully in the future. If I unknowingly violated any guidelines, I apologize. My account was deactivated on March 29th using my Android phone, around midnight on a Tuesday. The deactivation occurred shortly after I finished making a post. It is possible it was mistaken for violating rules due to the high engagement on my account, although I was not buying likes or followers.

While browsing my "Memories" page, I stumbled upon an article I shared about COVID-19 a year ago. I shared it and got banned from posting initially for 3 days, which then extended to 7 days. After waiting for 7 days, the ban was increased by 3 more days for posting incorrect information. I feel frustrated that I wasn't warned or the post wasn't removed if it was incorrect, especially since it was on Facebook for a year. It seems unfair to be penalized multiple times for past offenses I've already served time for. As a 65-year-old dealing with lung cancer and COPD, Facebook is my main connection to the outside world. With only around 42 people seeing my posts, it seems excessive to restrict my ability to communicate during the lockdown. It's disheartening how quickly I ended up in Facebook jail without a chance to rectify the situation. I wish there was a better system in place to address misinformation and provide users with warnings before taking action.

I would appreciate some assistance with my online presence. Please read on for more details. I maintain a primary Facebook page under the name Victoria Liljenquist with over 2,[redacted] friends, where I regularly post with no issues. Additionally, I manage a separate Facebook page for my business, along with a website at Victoriaslight.com, all of which are functioning properly. The problem I face is that I have an older, inactive Facebook page with only [redacted] friends that I no longer use. Unfortunately, when searching on Google, this inactive page appears in the results instead of my more popular and active ones. I kindly request help in ensuring that Google lists my active Facebook page under Victoria Liljenquist with 2,[redacted]+ friends so that people can easily find and follow me for updates. I encountered an issue with my Facebook account. On 4/2/[redacted], I was informed that my account was locked. When I clicked on the ‘help’ button, a page appeared with three drop-down menus addressing the reasons for the account being locked, how to regain access, and the consequences of not unlocking it. Despite clicking on the option to regain access, I found no clickable links or guidance to assist me. In response, I created a new account on 4/03/[redacted] and connected a business page to it. However, when trying to verify the link on Facebook, I discovered the page had been deactivated. Although I uploaded a photo for confirmation, my account remained deactivated. I believe I have not violated any community standards. As I have had my initial account since [redacted], I am seeking assistance in regaining access to both my personal and business accounts.

I recently had to reset my account password due to a possible hack. I rely on Facebook Marketplace to sell clothes and support my household income. However, after changing my password, I'm unable to access Marketplace to buy or sell items. Despite reporting the issue twice and waiting for a response within 24 hours, I still cannot use the feature. This situation is impacting my ability to earn income, and after three days, I'm still locked out. I kindly ask for prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

My account was recently restricted for 30 days due to violating the community standards. I posted about Hunter Biden and his behavior, which I believe goes against our guidelines. However, I was not given a chance to explain my side of the story before being restricted. I feel that my post was within the boundaries of our community standards, and it's frustrating to see others not being held accountable for the same violations. I strongly disagree with the decision to ban me and request that the ban be lifted so I can continue using the platform without restrictions.

I enjoy playing a video game with a friend, and originally logged into the game using my Facebook account. Recently, a situation arose where my friend accessed my Facebook account from their phone and changed the phone number and password associated with it. Despite my requests, they refused to return my account and have since changed the account's name and profile picture. I rely on this account to access my video games and it contains personal information. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my compromised account and would appreciate any help available.

Hello, I've had my Facebook account for about 11 years. I initially used my full name, Joy Isobella Pope, and later changed it to Joy Pope. Everything was running smoothly until yesterday, April 5th. I logged in around 7:30 am and used the account until 11:30 am without any issues. However, when I returned from lunch and tried to log in again, I was prompted to log in as if my account didn't exist. My daughter's recent wedding photos were posted by the photographer, videographer, and DJ on April 3rd. I was looking forward to seeing and tagging myself in those pictures. Upon checking my husband's account, I discovered that I'm not on his friends list, and anything I tagged him in is missing too. This situation is distressing for me because my Facebook account contains cherished memories of my deceased parents, my children growing up, and much more. Most of the content isn't backed up anywhere else, which adds to my sadness. Additionally, I have a Facebook page for my dogs called Izwari Kennels, where I share photos of my dogs and their puppies. I have had my Facebook account for over 10 years. On March 16th, my Facebook timeline, Mruduladaiya, and my pages, MD'S Fashion Store and Page Trial, were disabled. The support inbox mentioned a post made on February 1st, [redacted], which I don't remember posting, as the reason for the takedown. I am concerned about someone posting on Facebook Marketplace using my account without my knowledge. I have reported this issue multiple times to Facebook, as I am a real estate agent and I do not sell cars. Despite my knowledge of IT, Facebook has been unable to identify the person responsible for these unauthorized posts. Unfortunately, Facebook has disabled my access to Marketplace, claiming a policy violation on my part. As a real estate agent, I have used Facebook for legitimate advertising purposes compliant with various laws. I feel frustrated by Facebook's lack of ability to address this situation promptly and effectively. I hope this issue can be resolved, as it impacts my ability to conduct business on the platform.

Hello Facebook Customer Service, I received a message from Facebook on March 24, [redacted], stating that my account had been unlocked due to a suspicious login attempt. Despite this, I continue to face password login issues and cannot reset it successfully. Earlier today, I managed to log in from USA (CT) before being redirected to a page prompting me to confirm my identity. The options presented are to download my information, enable Dark Mode, or log out. I have captured images of the message for reference. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I've been having trouble logging into my Facebook account with the username Eide Crys. Facebook is prompting me that I am using an old password, leading me to believe that my account has been compromised. I've attempted to contact Facebook via email, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response yet. In my attempts to draw attention to this issue, I've created a new account under the name Crys Eide, but it hasn't resolved the situation. I'm hoping to recover access to my original account Eide Crys. Two out of the three people Facebook suggested for code retrieval are unable to assist, and my friend Jaime mistakenly believes I am a hacker using the account Crys Eide. I no longer have access to the email [redacted] as I haven't used it in years and can't remember the password. Despite my efforts, changing the password has proven difficult as Facebook doubts the authenticity of my requests. I'm feeling frustrated as there seems to be no customer service support available, and the provided links just lead me back to logging in, which I cannot do due to being locked out.

Hello, This morning, I discovered that I am unable to access my Facebook account. I attempted to reset my password, but unfortunately, it is linked to an outdated email address on Hotmail that I have not used in over a decade. Since Microsoft owns Hotmail, I am unsure how to regain access to that email account, thereby preventing me from accessing my Facebook. I also tried to provide my current Gmail address, but it is linked to an old Facebook account I no longer use. I would appreciate your assistance in restoring my Facebook account promptly, as it is my only means of communicating with my family. A few years ago, I opened a Facebook account under the name Holden Chillz with only my phone number. Unfortunately, the account got disabled. I didn't set up a recovery email. Recently, I changed my password and forgot it. Despite trying to reset it via SMS, I wasn't receiving any texts. Also, messages and calls weren't coming through properly. I attempted to create a new account using the same phone number to link them but was unsuccessful. Currently, when I try to log in, Facebook notifies me that my account was disabled for not meeting community standards. I suspect my account was hacked along with my phone but have since secured my phone. Although someone still seems to access my account as it rings during messenger calls. I'm eager to regain control of my old account under the name Holden Chillz with the username m.me/TrapAllLegit. I am willing to delete any duplicate accounts and adhere to community standards if informed about them.
