Hello, I need to verify My Domain Name on my Facebook business settings. I copied and pasted the link "Add this TXT record to my DNS configuration: facebook-domain-verification=ypaitqss6vvgxuhyn034h027vr7hgu" in my Shopify store. For the past 3 days, I have been trying to complete the verification, but I keep getting this message: "This content is no longer available. The content you're trying to access cannot be displayed at the moment. It may be temporarily unavailable, the link you clicked on may have expired, or you may not have permission to view this page." Nevertheless, the Domain Verification Failed. I have refreshed the page and tried to verify my domain again, but the issue persists. If you encounter the same error message, please contact support. My Facebook account was blocked, and I am unsure of the reason. It all began when I made a purchase on the "Free Stuff Amsterdam" group, which led to being banned from the marketplace. I reported the issue and was prompted to change my password, which I did. Despite receiving an email saying no violations were found, I still couldn't access the marketplace. After reporting the problem once more, my account was disabled due to possible violations, with a warning of permanent disablement if not addressed. I attempted to resolve it, but it requires a code sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to since moving countries. I am at a loss on why this happened and how to contact Facebook for assistance.

Hello, A few weeks ago, an attempt was made to access my Facebook account from an unfamiliar location and email address. Despite receiving multiple login codes and one-time passwords, I was unable to reset my password successfully. The system requested 2-factor authentication, a feature I did not activate. My Facebook account got deactivated. I tried to recover it by submitting all the necessary documents, but I was denied access for not following Community Standards. I am a mother of four children and I am careful about what I share online because of my diverse group of friends and family. I always keep my account family-friendly and positive, never posting anything provocative. My main concern is the loss of over 1,[redacted] pictures of my kids, family, and friends that I didn't save elsewhere. I used to upload photos and then delete them from my phone to save space. Now, without any explanation from Facebook, I've lost these precious memories. I am requesting a 3-hour window to access my account and save my photos. If denied, I will have to take legal action to understand why my account was deactivated.

Since Google now requires adding something extra for payments rather than just using Google Play, I encountered issues with my phone. A family member, who works with phones, had to factory reset it due to virus alerts. Supposedly, everything was backed up, including passwords, but now I can only access an old Facebook account I haven't used in years. The email associated with the account is "[redacted]" and the phone number is "[redacted]." Due to memory issues from seizures and medication, I'm unsure of the password. Any help in recovering my account "Dawn Turner" with specific profile pictures would be greatly appreciated. Since January, my identity has been compromised by someone on Facebook claiming to be me, spreading false information and pretending to be a secretary at BNP Paribas Bank to scam people. Despite reporting this issue to Facebook multiple times, the response I received did not address the situation adequately. It is disheartening to see my identity being misused without any intervention. The lack of action is concerning, especially considering the repercussions of identity theft in today's digital age. I urge Facebook to prioritize the safety and security of its users and take immediate steps to address this fraudulent account. I am now forced to remove all my photos from the platform to prevent further misuse. The privacy and security policies need to be reinforced to protect users from such violations. I have outlined the laws in France regarding identity theft to emphasize the severity of this issue. I hope that Facebook will take swift action to resolve this matter.

I made a purchase on Feb 16 after seeing a Facebook ad multiple times. It was a wood-splitting tool from Carlton Hardware costing $34.71 including shipping. The item hasn't arrived, and the phone number they provided isn't valid. I suspect I have been scammed. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I assumed Facebook verifies the legitimacy of advertisers on their platform. I was mistaken as scammers seem to slip through. If the products advertised on Facebook are fake, how can I opt-out of receiving these ads? If Facebook is unknowingly hosting fraudulent ads, it raises concerns about their involvement in fraud.

I'm confused. Out of nowhere, my account got disabled on Facebook and now they are requesting a photo I.D. for verification. I don't have a photo I.D. and have already sent three other forms of identification they asked for in the non-governmental section, but they keep rejecting it. I'm hesitant to send my license with a photo as I don't trust giving out that information to anyone, even to Facebook. It has been a whole week of unsuccessful attempts to regain access to my account. I've had this account for approximately 6 years without any issues until now. Why the sudden need for proof of identity after all this time? It doesn't make sense to me. I urgently need to be back on Facebook since I am a member of various groups that I cannot reach. Please reinstate my account promptly. Thank you.

My spouse called Facebook yesterday for help with his app not working. The person he spoke to claimed his account was hacked by multiple individuals and instructed us to buy a $[redacted] card to block them. When I became suspicious, I called a different number and confirmed it was a scam. They tried to make us buy more cards, but we stopped and contacted the police. It took about 9 hours to resolve this fraudulent situation involving multiple phone numbers.

I received a three-day ban for expressing an opinion that seems to be unfairly treated by the platform. The inconsistency in how rules are applied makes it frustrating, especially when others are not held to the same standard. I believe platforms like Facebook should not censor opinions if they claim not to be publishers. Hello! I'm experiencing issues trying to join a group on the platform. Whenever I attempt to join, an error message pops up saying: "Something went wrong Unfortunately, something went wrong. Please try again later." At the bottom, there is an "OKAY" button that needs to be clicked to dismiss the message. However, clicking "OKAY" does not resolve the problem, and it persists across all devices - laptops, PCs, tablets, and smartphones. On March 20th, my band performed in a livestream event organized by a production company, with ticket sales managed by a contracted agency. During our performance, we discovered that another ticket agent, Eventbrite, was collecting money through Facebook without authorization, despite the event link being through Stellar Tickets. Despite numerous attempts, I was unable to reach Eventbrite to address this issue. After finding a Facebook customer service number online, I called them and was informed that the company taking $[redacted] in ticket sales was actually a hacker from Russia and other locations. They requested a Google Play card for security codes to block the hacker and recover the funds. Despite assurances that my money would be returned, I eventually realized it was a scam after providing $[redacted] and researching online. Unfortunately, I am now out a total of $[redacted]. It's disheartening that Facebook lacks customer support, leaving individuals vulnerable to such scams. I am seeking guidance on how to address this situation and would appreciate assistance without any requests for money or gift cards.
