Hello, I have been struggling for a month to regain access to my Facebook account after a hacker compromised my email account "[redacted]". Microsoft has confirmed that I am unable to recover this email. Despite reaching out to your support services, no resolution has been provided. Of utmost concern is the fact that I sent my ID card to someone I believed to be from Facebook after the hack, and I have not heard back since. I am unsure if this is a standard procedure. I have been seeking assistance daily without success. I hope this message reaches someone who can comprehend my situation and provide a genuine solution. Hello, I recently noticed that I was logged out of my Facebook page when I tried to access it on my phone. Despite trying to reset the password, I was unsuccessful in regaining access. When I entered my cell number or email associated with the page, it directed me to a different page with the same name but no profile picture and only one friend. I attempted to find my correct page using my username "Kevin Kelsey," but I couldn't locate it with my profile picture. My music page, "Kevin Kelsey Music," which is linked to my personal page, also seems to be missing when I search for it. It appears that I may have been hacked since my family can still view my page on their devices. I am hoping to recover my page, along with the memories and contacts it holds. I had around 5k friends on my personal page and 1[redacted] followers on my music page. I received an email from Facebook addressing me by the wrong name about a login attempt. I believe my account was permanently blocked due to a community violation, but I am uncertain about the exact reason. Despite my efforts to rectify the issue, the decision was upheld after a review. My account, which is over 11 years old, became accessible to friends and family shortly before the violation occurred. I understand there may be no further appeal options, so I am requesting the removal of my Facebook page and the closure of my account. Interestingly, even though my account is in violation, family members can still view it. I am disappointed by the lack of clarification on the violation and the inability to address it. This experience has been extremely unsatisfactory in terms of customer service. If this continues, the company risks losing many members who feel unjustly banned. As a private company, I acknowledge your authority over user accounts. Please proceed with removing my page promptly. Thank you.

Russian Only Re: Account Advertising Issue I attempted to launch an ad for my post on Instagram, but my card showed a zero balance. Even after adding funds to the card, I still couldn't run the ad. It turns out my advertising account was blocked, possibly due to this incident or maybe because my previous ad campaign didn't meet Facebook's rules. To find out for sure, I need to verify my account via email before requesting a review. Despite clicking "confirm" multiple times, I've been waiting for the email without any luck. Unfortunately, due to your system glitch, I can't even address this blocking issue properly. I keep pressing "resend confirmation code" but nothing happens. Thank you, Regards, N. P.S. We have a personal Facebook page (ElfriedeandMike) and two business pages (Michael Copple and Columbia Valley Bible Fellowship). We are looking to delete our personal Facebook page and keep the two business pages. We attempted to add another Admin for the Michael Copple page but were unable to do so. As a result, we deleted everything. We also tried to create a new business page for Michael Copple but encountered difficulties. Unfortunately, we are unable to receive any verification codes via cell service due to where we live. Our desired actions are to delete our personal account (ElfriedeandMike) and reinstate the Facebook page for Michael Copple with Mike Copple as administrator, as well as reinstate the Facebook page for Columbia Valley Bible Fellowship with Elfriede Copple as administrator. My account was hacked, and the hacker removed my usual sign-in email, recovery email, and phone number. Now when I try to log in, it prompts me to use the hacker's email they added to my account. All my information on there is inaccessible because the hacker changed everything and left only their email. The only thing they didn't change was my profile picture. I'm puzzled as to how they could alter all my details and access my account. I've been attempting to regain access using my usual phone, but it fails to verify my identity. The hackers, however, didn't face the same verification issues. Despite trying repeatedly, the system insists it can't confirm my identity, denying me access to my account.

My birthdate is 12/15/[redacted]. My email account [redacted] was hacked and might have been involved in an attack on my company's account, Compunication Oy. I received a notification saying I was removed as an admin from a Facebook page, Mario Bros Deluxe Z, without my involvement. I manage several small Facebook groups, so it's crucial to regain access to my account.

On January 6th, I boosted a post on my business page. During a conversation with a friend on Messenger, he unexpectedly asked for my number and later requested a code sent to my phone to regain access to his account. I obliged, only to find myself locked out of my own account subsequently. The hacker is misusing my account to send messages to my contacts through the business page, putting my financial information at risk. Despite reaching out to Facebook support and providing my ID, the issue remains unresolved as the hacker has altered my password, email, and phone number. My livelihood depends on this account for marketing campaigns and sponsored ads. I urgently need assistance in regaining access to my account. The help center has been unresponsive, causing me to lose out on potential earnings amounting to thousands of dollars.

I had a messenger account set up with my phone number, not connected to Facebook. Recently, I had to repair my phone, and when I tried to log in from another phone, it led me to an old account I thought was deleted 3 years ago. Subsequently, I was logged out from my PC, and now it shows no account linked to my phone number, not even the old one. Despite trying account recovery, password reset, and contacting support, my account seems to have vanished, leaving my friends able to see conversations but my profile picture missing. Messenger is crucial for my communication, and I prefer not to switch to a Facebook-linked account.

I recently got a notification from Facebook informing me that my account was deactivated due to inactivity. It has been 9 days since then, and I still have 21 days left to appeal. However, I am encountering issues while trying to log back into my account. Despite entering the verification code sent to my mobile number, I keep receiving an "invalid" error message. I have tried this multiple times over the past few days but have not received any new codes. Unfortunately, my attempts to seek assistance from Facebook have not yielded any responses yet.

Hello, a few weeks ago (January [redacted]), I got logged out of Facebook unexpectedly. Even though I had set up two-factor authentication on my account, the code I received did not work. When I tried to request another code, I received a message stating, "we limit the number of codes in a given time." Despite trying various help pages and options over the past two weeks, I am still unable to log in on my iPhone or laptop, especially since I have never logged in on my laptop before. Messenger is crucial for my work, and I have important sentimental photos on my account. I have taken steps to secure my account, verified my recognized friends, and reset my password multiple times successfully. However, I have not received a code that allows me to log back in. I encountered an issue when setting up my shop on my Facebook Business Page. While trying to correct a mistake in the website link, I inadvertently made more errors. Now, my posts don't appear under my business page name but my personal account, and I can't access Insights as it shows the content isn't available. I have sought help from the support center for two days without any success. I am hoping to undo the changes made in the last two days and have both accounts function properly again.

I expressed my condolences in a respectful manner, and shortly after, my account was disabled. As a professional engineer with a good reputation, I have no history of inappropriate behavior online. I have reported bullying in the past but nothing has been done. When I defended myself, I was immediately suspended for thirty days. This is the fourth consecutive month of being suspended over past issues. I recently got suspended again for a comment that seemed harmless to me. I need help because I feel targeted unfairly. My interactions are limited, affecting my ability to sell items and communicate with family. I am frustrated with the lack of resolution and seek a fresh start without unjust bans.

My boyfriend is experiencing issues with his Facebook account as his ex-wife has gained unauthorized access and made changes to his account settings, including the email address and password. This has caused disruptions like altering our relationship status on the platform. His name on Facebook is Tim Jacobs, and mine is Cari Zeppa. I've been removed from Facebook twice now for standing up against harassment and bullying. When someone uses profanity or threats against me, I respond by calling out their behavior. However, it seems that when they report me to Facebook, I get banned while they remain active. Sometimes, they even team up to repeatedly report me until I'm banned. It's frustrating that Facebook doesn't seem to see the initial nasty comments directed at me, just my responses. It's important to differentiate between bullying and defending oneself, especially when faced with such disrespectful language. What do you think about this situation?
